Cervical cancer has been identified as the second most common cancer in women and contributes to the high mortality rate in women. Among all cancers in women, cervical cancer is rated the second most common cancer in women worldwide. In poorly resourced settings, access to services offering cervical screening is still a challenge and it is estimated that more than 50% of women in developing countries have never had a single screening test for cervical abnormalities. This study wills awareness of cervical cancer among women at Rangpur division in Bangladesh. A cross-sectional survey was conducted among 150 women. The women's score on knowledge, attitude, awareness and practice were categorized as sufficient or insufficient. The results of this study showed that 60% of respondents were informed by health care professionals on cervical cancer. Health care workers also should play a vital role in educating communities on cervical cancer and on the benefits for cervical cancer screening, through reaching all patients who utilize health care services with cervical cancer information and also communities through outreach programmes.

It has been almost three decades since the Super Cyclone ravaged Odisha. Around eighteen million people were affected, more than ten thousand precious lives were lost, and the economy was devastated. The event, however, marked a turning point in Odisha's development trajectory. Not only did the cyclone-prone state resolve to protect its people from future disasters setting the goal of zero-human casualties, it also emerged as a global pioneer in disaster management. Today, Odisha is more resilient with support from civil society organisations. When Cyclone Phailin struck the coast in 2013, Odisha carried out one of the most successful disaster management efforts in the world, evacuating close to one million people ahead of the strongest cyclone to hit the country since the Super Cyclone. In 2019, when another powerful cyclone Fani struck, the Odisha government showed a high degree of preparedness and effectively evacuated about 1.2 million people based on these predictions. In 1999, in the wake of the Super Cyclone, Odisha became the first state in India to establish a disaster management authority well before the establishment of the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) in 2005. But empowering communities is just one part of the solution. Building disaster-resilient infrastructure is equally important. Since this requires collaboration between several government departments and civil society organisations OSDMA has taken the lead in putting in place critical infrastructure that protects the lives and livelihoods of the people. The World Bank, along with several other multilateral agencies, has been privileged to partner with the Govt of Odisha, helping to strengthen it in its formative years. This article attempts a critical analysis of the steps augmented by international and national relief and rehabilitation organisations.

In today's dynamic digital landscape, the development of a Smart Chatbot Application is of immense significance for my final year engineering project in artificial intelligence and machine learning. This project is a fusion of advanced AI and ML techniques, creating a chatbot capable of simulating human-like text-based interactions, a crucial component in modern customer support services. The primary objective is to design a chatbot that can decipher and resolve customer complaints and queries. Leveraging natural language processing (NLP), the chatbot processes customer inputs and efficiently searches through a database for appropriate solutions. An innovative twist lies in its ability to recognize new, previously undocumented solutions, deftly handing over the conversation to support staff for resolution. Furthermore, the chatbot's learning capability is a vital aspect. By analyzing interactions between customers and support staff, it continually updates its knowledge base, making it better equipped to tackle similar issues in the future. This project presents a prime example of AI and ML applications in real-world problem-solving, contributing to efficient customer support and elevating user satisfaction. It's a journey into the practical realm of AI and machine learning, aimed at enhancing human-computer interactions and redefining customer service in the digital age.

The android is a powerful operating system and it supports large number of applications in Smart phones. A growing interest m having smart phones interacting with peripheral devices such as motors, servo and sensors led to the recent creation of electronic interface boards. These applications are more comfortable and advanced for the users. This robot can be controlled with the help an application of Android phones. So main aim of our project is to make a robot vehicle which is controlled by Android application. This robot can move to any place and perform smartly within specified Wi-Fi range. This project is work on radio frequency technology. So, Android application sends the signal to radio frequency receiver which is mounted on robot by using Wi-Fi connection. The robot consists of night vision wireless camera which can transmit images or videos.

India is a developing country, and the population of India is significantly growing. India stands within the 2nd place in the world in terms of population. As there will be an increase in population gradually there will be increased in the number of vehicles, due to which the traffic congestion increases and because of which emergency vehicles like ambulances, fire engines, etc. face difficulty in reaching their destination in time. Under these circumstances, a promising system that can clear the traffic signal, especially in peak hours, and thus provide a safe route for emergency vehicles is extremely important. In existing literature, there's less focus shown on the emergency vehicles to clear the trail, to overcome this issue a system is proposed by using this technique we will manage and regulate the traffic signals at the junction which emergency vehicles approach. Thus there'll be easy passing out for the emergency vehicles in traffic congestion. The proposed framework is modeled by means of an experimental setup using Arduino and LED displays which simulate a true-time traffic scenario. These simulation results illustrate the terms of detection still as is providing passing for the emergency vehicle to of holdup in peak hours. Keywords-- traffic, emergency vehicle, destination.

Employee Portfolio Management, fuelled by advanced artificial intelligence (AI) techniques, stands out as a transformative strategy that has the potential to reshape how businesses optimize their human resources. In this context, Employee Portfolio Management refers to the systematic and data-driven process of understanding, organizing, and leveraging the skills, experiences, and aspirations of each employee within an organization. Unlike traditional approaches that often focus solely on job roles and responsibilities, Employee Portfolio Management takes a holistic view of individuals, acknowledging their diverse talents and potential contributions. The integration of AI-driven techniques into Employee Portfolio Management introduces a game-changing element. These AI algorithms can analyze vast amounts of data related to each employee, ranging from their educational and professional background to their on-the-job performance and skill development. By processing this data, AI can uncover patterns, correlations, and insights that might not be immediately apparent through manual methods

The severe and recurrent signs of a systemic form of lupus is lupus nephritis (LN). Keeping chronic kidney disease (CKD) at rest is the primary objective of LN care. The prognosis and quality of life for people with systemic lupus nephritis are significantly affected by the onset of LN, which impacts up to 60% of them. In more recent years, new medications that stop the progression of kidney damage and particular pathways have been identified, and the method for diagnosing to LN has been improved. Restoring normal renal function or, at least, stopping the progressive loss of kidney function is the primary goal of treatment for lupus nephritis. Depending on the type of lesion, numerous treatments are used. Another multisystem autoimmune ailments that often affects the kidneys is systemic lupus erythematosus. The most frequent cause of damage to kidneys among individuals having systemic lupus erythematosus is lupus nephritis (LN), that additionally presents an elevated risk for morbidity as well as mortality. The cause of lymphoplasma is varied. This heterogeneity is probably caused by environmental as well as genetic variables. Although our understanding of the pathogenesis of LN has grown, here have been few improvements in treatment, and the risk of kidney failure remains too high. The present version of the Core Curriculum of Nephrology provides an in-depth discussion of the most recent information about the pathophysiology, diagnosis, medical treatment, and epidemiology of LN.
