The amount of sugar found in the blood is known as blood glucose. The main source of glucose is food. The blood cells carry the glucose throughout the body for energy. If the level of glucose goes higher than the normal level it tends to diabetes disease occurs in our body. The normal blood glucose level is 70-110mg/dl. Type 2 diabetes is a chronic condition in which your body becomes resistant to insulin or doesn't produce enough insulin to regulate blood sugar levels properly. Insulin is a hormone produced by the pancreas that helps transport glucose from the bloodstream into your cells to be used for energy. When you have type 2 diabetes, your cells become resistant to insulin, which causes sugar to build up in your bloodstream and can lead to a variety of health problems. Regulating the blood glucose level in the body within the limit is a difficult task. To overcome these issues, In this project, we proposed a Neuro-Fuzzy Logic Algorithm used to regulate the system model. Finally, this result is compared with existing conventional PID, FOPID, and Fuzzy PID controllers which use the PSO algorithm. There are several risk factors for developing type 2 diabetes, including being overweight or obese, having a sedentary lifestyle, having a family history of diabetes, and being over the age of 45. Symptoms of type 2 diabetes can include increased thirst, frequent urination, blurred vision, fatigue, and slow healing of wounds.

Abstract The flipped classroom method, which could be considered as one of the crucial new generation teaching approaches, is a permutation of the educational activities that are carried out inside and outside of the classroom environment. The main purpose of the present study is to determine the impact of the flipped classroom approach on students' academic achievement and their attitudes toward programming and methodology at the higher education level. The current study employed a mixed research method as findings were transcribed on the basis of quantitative and qualitative data sets. Academic achievement tests and attitudes toward programming scales were used to collect quantitative data, whereas a semistructured focus group interview was used to collect the qualitative data set. The findings demonstrated that a statistically significant difference existed among the students in the experimental group and students within the control group regarding their attitudes toward programming and academic achievement. The results of the study reported that the experimental group had more positive attitudes and higher levels of academic achievement when compared with the control group. The advantages of the flipped classroom model include the elevated teacher-student interaction, raised independence in terms of accessing courses regardless of time and place, the opportunity to save time particularly during practicing, student-centered structure and increased motivation. This method also has many disadvantages. These include the need for technological requirements, students not watching videos, poor attendance to the course, and the lowered student-teacher interaction, especially outside the classroom.

Fall detection for elderly and patient is a very important service that has the potential of increasing autonomy of elders while minimizing the risks of living alone. It has been an active research topic due to the fact that health care industry has a big demand for products and technology of fall detection systems. Owing to the recent rapid advancement in sensing and wireless communication technologies, fall detection systems have become possible. They allow detecting fall events for the elderly, monitoring them, and consequently providing necessary help whenever needed. This paper describes the ongoing work of detecting falls in independent living senior apartments using force sensors and 3-axis accelerometers concealed under intelligent tiles. The force sensors permit detecting elders' falls, locating, tracking and recognizing human activities (walking, standing, sitting, lying down, falling, and the transitions between them). However, the detection accuracy on real data contains false alarms coming from falling and lying postures. To solve this issue, we propose the fusion between the force sensor measurements and the accelerometer sensor decisions. As a consequence, the system accuracy is satisfactory and the results show that the proposed methods are efficient, and they can be easily used in a real elder tracking and fall detection system.

Innovative neuroprosthetic technology called Brain Gate aims to make it possible for people with paralysis or other motor disabilities to operate devices with their thoughts. It functions by utilising a tiny implanted sensor that records neural activity in the brain and converts it into electrical signals that can be used to control exterior gadgets like computers, robotic arms, or even communication equipment. People with paralysis and other motor disabilities have hope that the technology, which has been successfully tested in animal models and has shown promising results in human clinical trials, will help them regain control of their lives. With the help of Brain Gate technology, the field of assistive technology could undergo a revolution, allowing people with impairments to interact with the outside world in previously unimaginable ways. A group of scientists from Massachusetts General Hospital and Brown University have created the Brain Gate technology. The system comprises of a tiny sensor that is inserted into the part of the brain that regulates movement, the motor cortex. The sensor has the ability to recognise electrical impulses produced by the brain's motor neurones and convert those signals into instructions that can be utilised to operate external devices.

Bio printing is a new regenerative medical field in which the In-vivo bio-manufacturing of tissues or organs takes place which is driven by two needs one is organ transplantation and the other is accurate tissue models. Bioprinting was first demonstrated in the year 1988 by Klebe. He used standard Hewlett-Packard (HP) inkjet printer to deposit the cells using cytoscribing technology. The ability to create a cell-laden, 3 D structures, that mimic bodily tissues not only in tissue engineering but also in drug delivery and cancer research. For the fabrication of tissue engineering scaffolds, bioprinting can provide patient-specific spatial geometry, controlled microstructures, and the positioning of various cell types. Over the last few decades, three-dimensional bioprinting has been widely used in the construction of many tissues/organs such as skin, vessels, hearts, and so on, which cannot only lay the groundwork for the grand goal of organ replacement, but can also be used as In-vitro models for pharmacokinetics, drug screening and so on. As conventional techniques are in capable of fabricating constructs with the required structural, mechanical, and biological complexity, there is an increasing demand for alternative fabrication approaches to develop tissues and organs. 3D bioprinting is an additive manufacturing technique that uses a "bioink" to build devices and scaffolds layer by layer. Because organs are so complex, many bioprinting methods are used to overcome the challenges of various applications. Nozzle based techniques such as inkjet and extrusion printing, as well as laser-based techniques such as stereo lithography and laser-assisted bioprinting can yield on cell viability, resolution, and print fidelity. The different fabrication techniques, laser-based, extrusion-based, stereo lithography and inkjet-based bio-printing are defined in this article. The benefits, current research status of each technique in relation to different tissue types, challenges and prospects are discussed.

Sandblasting, sometimes known as abrasive blasting, is the operation of forcibly propelling a stream of abrasive material against a surface under high pressure to smooth a rough surface, roughen a smooth surface, shape a surface, or remove surface contaminants. The sand media used in the process is of very small size and travels at a higher pressure, which when done manually causes health hazards and lower productivity than that of machine labour. As a result, an automated sandblasting machine will eliminate operator interference with the process and cycle time, resulting in cost savings for the industry. An automated sandblasting machine is developed that sandblasts the tools in the industry and improves the existing process.
