The Human Values and Community Outreach project assigned for the duration of thirteen weeks was aimed at providing valuable experiences and making us socially responsible. The internship provided the opportunity to explore beyond the academic learnings and gain more knowledge about the practical aspects of society and help the people in all possible ways. The main purpose of the internship with the NGO, UMEED was to teach the underprivileged children and help them with their academics so that they could have a better knowledge and values. Apart from that the Internship also included various tasks related to social work, HR, Marketing, Finance and Environmental works which would be helpful in various ways for the society and students. The tasks were done on a weekly basis which included various aspects of the work management techniques and punctuality and discipline. The internship provided a much-needed experience so that one could understand the work ethics and the ways to deal with people and create awareness ensuring the proper discipline and management of the tasks with proper efficiency throughout the project. The tasks were assigned and completed with the coordination of the industry guide and the faculty coordinator. NGOs plays an important role in improving the education of children in India. The Indian government is focused on expanding access to education and the role of NGOs has been dominant in providing additional support to children who face various barriers to education. Many NGOs are working to provide education to underprivileged children who don't have access to it, they set up schools in remote areas and provide basic education to children who do not have access to schools or other educational resources. They also provide scholarships to deserving students so that they continue their education beyond primary school, because many children drop out of school due to financial constraints. There are various organizations that are working to improve the quality of education in government schools. They work with teachers to develop teaching techniques that are more effective and engaging for students. They also provide training to some undertrained teachers to help them improve their teaching skills and encourage them to use more interactive and child-friendly teaching methods. The issue of child labor has also been a focus. Many children in India are forced to drop out of school and work to support their families. NGOs work with these children and their families to provide education and other resources that will help them break out of the cycle of poverty and improve their future prospects. They are also working to address the issue of gender inequality in education. In many parts of India, girls are still not encouraged to go to school, they often face discrimination and harassment. NGOs are working to create safe spaces for girls to learn and grow, and they provide education and support to families to help them understand the importance of educating their daughters. The role of NGOs has been important in providing support to children with disabilities. Many children with disabilities face significant barriers to education, and NGOs work to provide them with the necessary resources and support to succeed in school. They work to make schools more accessible for children with disabilities and provide specialized education and training to teachers to ensure that they are equipped to teach children with different abilities. They have been an active participant in improving the education of children in India. Through their efforts, they are helping to create a more equitable and just society, where every child has access to the education and resources they need to succeed. However, much more work needs to be done to ensure that all children in India have access to quality education, and NGOs will continue to play an important role in this effort.

Marma Massage is an Ayurvedic technique that involves applying snehadravyas over the body with a precise amount of (very mild) pressure in particular directions while also stimulating the underlying Marma. It may be used locally or across the body. According to Ayurveda, Marma are body spots that should be protected from Sastra, kshara, and agnikarma. The role of Vata do?ha is seen as being of utmost importance in the management of Marma related disorders, and all therapeutic measures are done for maintaining the normalcy of Vata. The tenets of Ayurveda Marma Massage use a variety of therapeutic massage techniques to balance the Dosha in the living body. Numerous techniques are employed for rejuvenation, Do?ha balance maintenance, health maintenance, and the treatment of numerous conditions with musculoskeletal and neurological origins. The assumption behind treatment effectiveness is that it will normalise Vata Dosha movement and control and channel the life force (Prana) in the body. Because Vata is the primary energy type in the living body. The connective tissues that support the muscles and many other sections of the body as well as assist keep these tissues elastic are gently stretched during a Marma massage. After Marma Abhyanga is used, the structure is nourished and adjusted. Marma Chikitsa employs indigenous methods and techniques in a methodical manner to address musculoskeletal damage, although it still requires in-depth research. The use of indigenous resuscitation techniques (Adangal Prayogam) is yet another area that can be improved. Despite obstacles, Marma practise has recently developed into a more robust form that incorporates information from both traditional and modern realms.

ABSTRACT Background: Migraine is a common problem encountered not only in India but the world affecting 14% of the world's population at all ages. It is a much under-diagnosed and under-managed disease entity. Migraine in women is influenced by hormonal changes throughout the life cycle- menarche, menstruation, oral contraceptive use, pregnancy and menopause. The frequency of menstrual migraine has been reported to be as high as 60%-70% in female migariners.Menstrual migraine is a headache disorder having most attacks associated withmenses, proving to be more severe and disabling. The diagnostic criteria, the 3rd edition of the ICHD (ICHD-3) is in use for menstrual migraine with or without aura. For the easy use and accurate diagnosis MMAT proved to be effective in clinical settings while evaluating menstrual migraine. While for severity and impact MIDAS is standard measure used universally for all types of migraine. Aim: To find the occurrence of menstrual migraine and its impact amongst menstrual population. Methodology: Participants were explained about the condition menstrual migraine and its severity. Their informed written consent form was taken.186 participants willingly filled the MMAT questionnaire. The females diagnosed with menstrual migraine were then asked to fill MIDAS questionnaire. The total score was then calculated and grades were given accordingly on MIDAS. Both the questionnaires were given in online Google forms format. Results: Statistical analysis was done suing frequency and percentage analysis and revealed the prevalence of menstrual migraine being 23% amongst the female population of Miraj.Amongst these 24% females had Littleordisability(Grade I) on MIDAS scale. While 39% females had Milddisability(Grade II) and 37%females had Moderate disability (Grade III). Conclusion: Menstrual migraine accounts for 23% females in community of Miraj. The attacks of menstrual migraine in majority females were moderately disabling affecting her for about 6-20 days in various fields like work, household work and leisure time, productivity.

Psychosynthesis is an approach to psychology that expands the boundaries of the field by identifying a deeper canter of identity, which is the postulate of the Self. It considers each individual unique in terms of purpose in life, and places value on the exploration of human potential. During the time of the Upanisads, the rudimentary references to the mind and related states in the Vedas evolved and were arranged. According to Samkhya, the mind is one of the eleven sense faculties (Indriva) and is created from the ego-factor (Ahamkira). Yoga Dershan provides a method that is both methodical and practical for obtaining the highest mental state--Samadhi, which results in freedom. Mimamsa is primarily and fundamentally concerned with the comprehension and interpretation of early Vedic ceremonies and sacrifices. Mimamsa had a strong belief that the soul is real, survives death, and enjoys the rewards of one's deeds. It aggressively defended realism and denounced nihilism and romanticism.

The use of social media has grown exponentially over time with the growth of the Internet and has become the most effective networking platform in the 21st century. However, enhancing social connectivity often creates negative impacts on the society that contribute to a couple of destructive phenomena such as online abuse, harassment, cyberbullying, cybercrime, and online trolling. Cyberbullying frequently leads to serious mental and physical distress, particularly for women and children, and even sometimes forces them to attempt suicide. Online harassment attracts attention due to its strong negative social impact. Many incidents have recently occurred worldwide due to online harassment, such as sharing private chats, rumors, and sexual remarks. Therefore, the identification of bullying texts or messages on social media has gained a growing amount of attention among researchers. The purpose of this research is to design and develop an effective technique to detect online abusive and bullying messages by merging natural language processing and machine learning. Term frequency-inverse text frequency (TFIDF) is used to analyze the accuracy level of four distinct machine learning algorithms.
