The utilization of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) constitutes a crucial element in upholding worker safety amidst perilous environments within diverse industries. However, ensuring compliance with PPE usage can present a challenge due to the requisite manual inspection by supervisors or safety officers. Recent years have witnessed a burgeoning interest in constructing automated systems using computer vision and deep learning techniques to discern PPE usage. With this in view, the "Personal Protective Equipment Detection using YOLOv8" undertaking endeavors to forge a deep learning model that can automatically detect the presence of personal protective equipment such as masks, safety glasses, reflective vests, and hardhats. Through harnessing the YOLOv8 architecture and training the model on a dataset replete with images of individuals donning and eschewing PPE, the proposed system can accurately detect PPE usage. This can serve as a valuable instrument for organizations to ensure the safety of their employees and customers, as well as scrutinize compliance with safety regulations in public spaces. The project epitomizes the prodigious potential of deep learning in augmenting safety measures and curtailing risks throughout diverse industries.

Abstract: Background of the Study: Adolescence is the most important period in one's life. It is a period of stress and strain, of daydreams, of intense affection and excitement the mind is pious and pure free of all wickedness. The adolescent is still teen and lacks maturity of thought and experiences. He and she is not aware of what is proper and what is improper and therefore is danger of going on the wrong path. Objectives of the study o To assess the adjustment problem faced by the students. o To compare the level of adjustment among Post Basic B. Sc. Nursing and B.Sc. Nursing 1st year student. o To find the member of students who get well- adjusted or not. Methodology: Quantitative research approach was used in this study and the research design adopted for the current study was based on non-experimental research design. Setting of the study was College of Nursing. PGIMS - Rohtak. A sample of 40 students out of which 20 from P. B. B.Sc. Nursing 1ST year and 20 students from B. Sc. Nursing 1st year were taken from college of nursing PGIMS. Rohtak. Sampling Technique adopted was Non - probability convenient sampling technique. Research tool was developed by the researcher to assess the adjustment problems faced by the samples. The tool was rating scale type. Data collection method was through self-reporting technique. Collected data were analysed through descriptive and inferential statistics. Results: Out of 40 students, 25 students are well adjusted while 15 are facing mild adjustment problem collectively; while in B.sc nursing students out of 20 students, 13 students are well adjusted while 7 are having mild problem; and in Post Basic B.sc nursing out of 20 selected sample 12 are well adjustment while 8 are facing mild adjustment problem . But no one facing moderate and severe adjustment problem.

Fringe Benefits means additional benefits provided by employer to his employees in addition to regular salary and wages. It includes various types of payments amenities, facilities and services out of which some are voluntary and some are legally compulsory according to Factory Act-1948. In India these facilities i.e., benefit classified in five major categories: 1. Payment for time not worked 2. Employee security 3. Safety and healthy 4. Personal service and family benefits 5. Old age and retirement benefits These benefits are helpful in increasing production and productivity retaining skilled and trained employee in factory employees feel mental and physical satisfaction. But in practical there is a great possibility to tax evasion in regard of fringe benefits from early state to till date. To prevent tax evasion in this regard the Finance Act-2005 introduced a newly tax Fringe Benefit Tax w.e.f. Assessment year 2006-07 which levied in the hand of employer in addition to income tax. But due to several reason it abolished by Finance Act-2009 w.e.f. Assessment year 2010-11. Then after the value of fringe benefits become part of gross salary and now it taxable in hand of employee. Through this research paper I focus challenges and remedies in valuation and taxation of fringe benefits.

there are many fake products in the existing supply chain. It is necessary to have a system for end user to check all details about product that they are buying so that the customer can check if the product is genuine or not. In recent years, Counterfeit products play an important role in product manufacturing industries. This affects the company name, sales, and profit of the companies. Block technology is used to identification of real products and detects fake products. Blockchain technology is the distributed, decentralized and digital ledger that stores transactional information in the form of blocks in many database/node-computers which is connected with the chains. Blockchain technology is secure as the data stored once in the chain is immutable therefore any block cannot be changed or hacked. By using Blockchain technology, customers or users do not need to rely on third-party users for confirmation of product authenticity and safety.

The present report identifies textile trends considering sustainability and the ecosystem as the focus point. Based on the literature review the report has been developed. Prominent findings based on analysis bring out the conclusion that milestones of development have been experiential and have the potential for all industries. Though the textile industry has always been a charmer, in the last 30 decades, this industry has seen a miraculous boom, all thanks to the modern era where clothing is now the most important part of looking good. And "no-repeat formula" has been on the trending charts of the fashion industry. The study further delves into the components of the textile industry, the process of clothes formation, and its effects on the human body and environment. We will also analyze works of literature to conclude upon some remedies that are more than ever needed. Especially, details what specifically can be done in Indian industries to maintain the cycle of production while keeping the environment at "THE CALM".

Mathematics is perhaps one of the oldest and the fundamental branch of Science. Mathematics plays an important role in the bottom line of industrial organizations and helps companies to perform better in the present data driven market. Industrial mathematics uses statistics, trigonometry, optimization, dynamics, mathematical modeling etc. for solving complex problems for many industries and has thus emerged as a new vista for the Science and Engineering students.

Keratin is a durable, insoluble, fibrous protein belonging to the large family of structural protein to form hair, nails, feathers, wool and horns. Keratin present in higher vertebrates (mammals, birds and reptiles). Keratin doesn't degrade in nature because of the tight packing of their polypeptide chains in alpha-helix structures and their linkage by disulphide bridges. Food industry especially the poultry farms, meat market, slaughter house and wool industries produces million tons of keratin waste. According to a literature review, keratin waste contributes to environmental pollution, resulting in the destruction of a valuable resource, a decrease in species diversity, and soil acidification with negative impact on ecosystem. In nature for overcome these problem keratinophilic fungi play significant ecological role in degrading keratin residues. Keratinase enzyme is an enzyme produced by keratinophilic fungus that digests keratin. The current findings suggest that keratinophilic fungi may play a key role in keratin degradation in the environment, and that Keratinase produced from keratin waste can be employed in the feed, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical industries.

This study explores the savings and investment patterns of rural consumers after the COVID-19 pandemic. The pandemic has significantly impacted the financial behaviors of consumers, and this study aims to identify the changes in saving and investment habits among rural consumers. The research uses a mixed-method approach, including both quantitative and qualitative data collection methods. A survey is conducted to gather quantitative data from a sample of rural consumers, and interviews are conducted with a subset of respondents to obtain in-depth insights into their experiences. As a result, many consumers have become more cautious about investing their savings, with a preference for low-risk investment options such as savings accounts and fixed deposits. Furthermore, the study finds that the pandemic has also led to changes in consumer behavior, with many rural consumers becoming more inclined to use digital financial services. This shift is attributed to the need for contactless transactions during the pandemic, as well as the convenience and accessibility of digital financial services.
