Dengue fever, the most serious arthropod-borne disease, is transmitted to people by Aedes mosquitos. The liver is the most commonly implicated organ in dengue. abrupt dengue infection frequently involves the liver, which can result in abrupt liver failure with lethal consequences. The detection of traffic rule violations and fake registration plates is an important area of concern in ensuring road safety. Computer vision and machine learning technologies can be employed to automatically detect and flag such violations in real-time. This system involves the application of image processing techniques and machine learning algorithms to analyse images and videos captured by traffic cameras, enabling the identification of fake registration plates and any breach of traffic rules. The proposed technology offers a reliable and efficient means of monitoring and enforcing traffic laws, thereby enhancing road safety and mitigating the risk of accidents. This paper aims to present a comprehensive review of the current state-of-the-art techniques in detecting fake registration plates and traffic rule violations using computer vision and machine learning approaches, highlighting the associated challenges and potential solutions.

Abstract: Theoretical results for Surface tension and excess volume were studied for the binary system formed by Benzyl alcohol + 2-Phenyl ethanol at 298.15, 308.15 and 318.15 K and atmospheric pressure over the concentration range 0.05-0.95, from the work of Ching-Ta and Chein-Hsiun Tu. Flory model,Ramaswamy and Anbananthan (RA) and model devised by Glinski, were utilized to study the association properties of strong interacting liquids. Changes in the surface tension (??) were evaluated and fitted to the Redlich-Kister polynomial to derive the binary coefficients and standard errors. Furthermore, McAllister multi body interaction model based on Eyring's theory of absolute reaction rates, has been applied. For liquid mixtures, the free energy of activation is additive, based on the proportions of the different components of the mixture and interactions of like and unlike molecules. The association behavior of the liquids was correlated with molecular interactions using the different liquid state models. Conclusively, these non-associated and associated models were compared and tested for different systems showing that the McAllister multi body interaction model yields good results as compared to associated models while Flory model shows more deviations.

This research explores the emerging HR trends in the Information Technology (IT) industry and their implications for talent management. The IT industry is known for its rapid evolution and innovation, with new technologies constantly transforming the way we live and work. As a result, HR management in the IT industry is facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities. This research focuses on six key areas: remote work, upskilling and reskilling, diversity and inclusion, agile performance management, the utilization of technology for HR management, and the role of automation and artificial intelligence in HR management. We examine the latest trends and best practices in each area and provide insights into how organizations can adapt and navigate the future of talent management in the rapidly evolving IT industry. The research is based on a comprehensive review of academic literature, industry reports, and case studies, as well as interviews with HR professionals in the IT industry. The findings of this research provide practical guidance and recommendations for organizations seeking to attract, retain, and develop talent in the dynamic and rapidly evolving IT industry. The IT industry is constantly evolving, and with that comes new challenges for talent management. This research paper explores emerging HR trends in the IT industry and how organizations can navigate the future of talent management. Key topics include remote work, upskilling and reskilling, diversity and inclusion, performance management, technology, and the future of work. The paper discusses case studies such as IBM's upskilling initiative to illustrate how organizations can successfully implement these trends. Keywords: Information technology, talent management, human resources, remote work, upskilling, reskilling, diversity and inclusion, performance management, technology, artificial intelligence, mental health, recruitment strategies, agile, automation, future of work, case study.

Local Governance draws strength and focus from quality local legislation. More than a mere procedural act or legislative formality, legislation is concerned primarily with substance, where its main objective is general welfare and well-being, according to the Task and Responsibilities Checklist of the Sangguniang Panlungsod Newly Elected Officials (NEO), 6th Edition. The researcher employed the descriptive research design, quantitative method to assess the legislative competencies of the newly elected officials among First Class Municipalities in Region 3. The study found out that, the respondents were predominantly 51 and above years of age, males, college graduates, either employed or owned a business prior to employment and have attended legislative-related training prior to being elected and a large majority had sponsored resolutions. However, they need to undergo more training on effective local legislation since significant positive correlation has been noted, under legislative functions, jurisdiction of assigned committees, presiding over committee meetings and relationship building, the more number of hours of legislative training the newly elected officials have, the more adept they are in making laws and policy decisions, and enact these laws on our behalf. In summary, even though the majority of them have college degrees and their competency level is noticeably higher, they still lack the necessary abilities to put their knowledge to use. In order to advance and produce a continual improvement in the local legislative system as a whole, it is recommended that there be a continuous education and development focused primarily on the knowledge of parliamentary rules and procedure and skills training on effective communication.

Nowadays people are with low immune health which leads to weakness in body metabolism resulting in several health issues. Among that heart diseases, diabetics, osteoporosis, cholesterol, anemia and cancer are diseases that builds inside our body without any symptoms on its primary levels. Its presence inside the body can be identified only when it reaches its secondary stage at which total curing is impossible. So, nutrients that are needed for our body to fight against these diseases are Vitamin C, Magnesium and Iron. To give this altogether in a form of snack makes people healthy. Cipse diamonds, chips made of citron rich in vitamin c, pumpkin seeds rich in magnesium and white sesame rich in iron. As it is oven baked the possibility of nutrient loss is also less. The materials, methods and results are discussed in detailed.

Textile industries are one of the major industries in the world. The textile industry utilizes various chemicals and large amount of water during production process. The waste water produced during this process contain large amount of dyes. If a textile mill discharges the waste water into the local environment without any treatment, it will have a serious impact on natural water bodies and land in surrounding area. In this project, vermifiltration technique is used for treatment of textile waste water. A non-vermifiltration technique is also used for treatment of textile waste water. The efficiency of vermifilter for making appropriate quantities of following parameters like, BOD, Color, pH, Hardness, Alkalinity, Chloride content, and TDS in both techniques at varying hydraulic loading rate are studied.

The improper disposal of diapers and menstrual waste is an obstacle for public hygiene. Disposable diapers are thrown away indiscriminately and this presents some challenges, environmental and health-wise. Implementation of modern techniques like incineration can help in safe disposal of diapers and menstrual pads and to promote public hygiene. Here, the used diapers are dumped into an incinerator for incinerating. The sanitary napkins are also incinerating by dumping into an incinerator. The sanitary waste generation rate in Parappanangadi municipality around 200 kg/day. An incinerator has been designed to treat the sanitary waste like diapers and sanitary napkins which is being generated in Parappanangadi municipality with a capacity of 100kg/day. The incinerator will work at 600 - 800 degree Celsius and there is no smoke and foul smell. Both solar energy and steam energy is used for the working of incinerator. The excess electrical energy generated can be selling to the Kerala State Electricity Board (KSEB). The 2D model of napkin incinerator created using both Auto CAD and ANSYS software. The 3D model of napkin incinerator created using ANSYS software. Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) is done in the incinerator with ANSYS software. The Cost estimation is also created. The disposal system of diapers and sanitary napkins are designed for Parappanangadi municipality in Malappuram district which contain 45 wards, for hygienic environment.
