 Abstract

The significance of English at higher education has increased due to its meaningful presence in professional world.it has been introduced as a compulsory subject in almost all professional and non-professional courses at undergraduate level. The present study has aimed at investigating the quality of teaching learning process being carried out in English classrooms in the colleges of Punjab. Qualitative data has been gathered through interview method from colleges by interviewing 50 English teachers across Punjab. The teachers have reported several issues being faced by both teachers and students pertaining to English language teaching and learning. In this context, the teachers have also come out with diverse suggestions to ensure optimum learning outcomes.

 Abstract

Assignment problems have various applications in the real world because of their wide applicability in industry, commerce, management science, etc. Traditional classical assignment problems cannot be successfully used for real life problem, hence the use of fuzzy assignment problems is more appropriate. The assignment cost has been considered as imprecise numbers that can be described by Triangular Fuzzy Numbers which are more realistic and general in nature. In this Paper, the fuzzy assignment problem has been converted into crisp assignment problem using Method of Magnitude and Ranking Function for Robust Ranking Technique for fuzzy costs matrix and solving it by Hungarian Method has been applied to find an optimal solution.

 Abstract

Microelectromechanical Systems (MEMS) have become a ground-breaking technology with substantial applications in a wide range of industries, from consumer electronics to healthcare and business. The essential ideas, operating principles, and several MEMS applications are highlighted in this study. MEMS technology combines little mechanical and electrical parts to create devices that can be created at the micrometer or nanometer scale. MEMS devices are distinguished by their capacity to perceive, control, and alter minute physical processes. They integrate microelectronics with micromachining methods to build complicated systems that are lightweight, energy-efficient, and reasonably priced. MEMS are significant because they may solve difficult problems in many different sectors. MEMS accelerometers, gyroscopes, and pressure sensors have completely changed the way we interact with consumer electronics, making it possible for functions like gesture recognition, picture stabilisation, and accurate navigation. The creation of wearable devices for monitoring vital signs, medication delivery systems, and less invasive surgical instruments has been made possible in the field of healthcare thanks to MEMS-based sensors and actuators, improving patient care and treatment results. In the automobile sector, MEMS are also essential for the implementation of safety features including airbag deployment, tyre pressure monitoring, and vehicle stability control. MEMS technology has also made a substantial impact on energy harvesting systems, telecommunications, aeronautical applications, and environmental monitoring. Temperature, pressure, humidity, gas concentration, and acceleration are among the factors that MEMS sensors are used to measure and regulate. These applications have significant effects on increasing productivity, lowering expenses, and boosting overall performance. MEMS technology developments are not without difficulties, though. Technical challenges include material choice, device integration, and fabrication methods. Other ongoing problems include guaranteeing dependability, durability, and sustaining high yields throughout mass production.

 Abstract

E-banking has a crucial function to play in the current environment. No bank can function without e-banking. In this analysis, we look at how much e-banking is used by banks in the public and private sectors. (With regard to HDFC Bank and SBI) The study's goal is to determine employee perceptions of e-banking use in public and private sector banks as well as consumer satisfaction in regard to e-banking. Both primary and secondary research methods are used in this study. Research revealed client perceptions of employee happiness and service quality in online banking services. Also, this study compares SBI and HDFC bank's working styles with those of public and private sector banks.

 Abstract

Temperature data acquisition is an important aspect of various industrial, scientific, and research applications. LabVIEW is a popular platform for acquiring and processing data from different sensors, including temperature sensors. This paper presents an abstract on temperature data acquisition using LabVIEW. The temperature data acquisition system includes a temperature sensor, signal conditioning circuit, data acquisition module, LabVIEW software, and a computer. The temperature sensor is used to measure the temperature of the object or environment, and the signal conditioning circuit is used to amplify and filter the signal before it is sent to the data acquisition module. The data acquisition module converts the analog signal into a digital signal that can be processed by the LabVIEW software. The LabVIEW software is used to acquire, analyze, and visualize the temperature data. It provides a user-friendly interface for configuring the data acquisition system, selecting the appropriate measurement parameters, and displaying the acquired data in real-time. The LabVIEW software also provides advanced features for processing the temperature data, including filtering, averaging, and statistical analysis.

 Abstract

A cyber awareness programme's main goal is to inform individuals about potential online dangers and help them prevent a data breach. No solution, however, can ensure total security from assaults, but it can help lessen their frequency and give end users and experts the knowledge they need to avoid such threats. In the study that has been provided, an effort has been made to understand how cybercrime affects teenagers. There are 60 participants in the study, 30 of whom are males and 30 of whom are girls. In the analysis, percentages and the t test were used. It was determined by evaluation that girls are less aware of cybercrime than boys, indicating a need for awareness among them.

 Abstract

The potential of blockchain technology to revolutionise several sectors has attracted a lot of interest in recent years. Scalability has, however, become an important issue that prevents the mainstream adoption of blockchain networks as their size and usage continue to increase. This study provides a thorough analysis of the scalability problems in blockchain networks and considers various remedies. We examine the basic limits of the blockchain designs that are currently in use, including those related to consensus techniques, network capacity, and storage needs. We also look into a number of scaling ideas that have been put up in the literature, including layer-2 protocols, sidechains, off-chain transactions, and sharding. Additionally, we go over the compromises made by various solutions and assess how well they work to increase blockchain scalability. This study attempts to give important insights into the scalability issues blockchain networks confront and proposes a path for further study in this field.

 Abstract

The effect of cash flow on project finance cash is a crucial aspect of project management and financial planning. Understanding how cash flow dynamics influence project finance cash is essential for project stakeholders to ensure the financial viability and success of their ventures. This study examines the factors and mechanisms through which cash flow impacts project finance cash and explores strategies to optimize cash flow in project finance. The research adopts a comprehensive approach by analyzing various factors that influence cash flow, including revenue generation, operating expenses, debt service obligations, timing of cash flows, and risk management. Additionally, the study investigates the significance of margin, retention, and mobilization in relation to cash flow in project finance. These factors play a crucial role in determining the financial health and sustainability of projects.Through an in-depth analysis of project finance cash, this study aims to provide valuable insights and recommendations for project managers, investors, and financial institutions involved in project finance. By identifying the key factors and their interrelationships, stakeholders can implement effective cash flow management strategies, mitigate risks, and enhance the overall financial performance of their projects.
