Medicines and vaccines have transform the prevention and treatment of disease. In addition of the benefits, medicinal product may also have side effects, some of which may be undesirable or unexpected. Pharmacovigilance is the science and activity relating to the detection, assessment, understanding and prevention of adverse effect of any medicine/vaccine related problem. All medicines and vaccines undergo rigors testing for safety and efficacy through clinical trials before they are authorized for use. However, the clinical trial process involves studying these products in a relatively small number of selected individuals for a short period of time. Pharmacovigilance is defined as "the science and activities relating to the detection, assessment, understanding, and prevention of adverse effects or any other possible drug-related problems." The objective is to extend safety monitoring and detect ADRs that have previously been unrecognized despite evaluation in clinical trials. Although these methods were developed for monitoring of pharmaceutical medicines, they are also used for additional evaluation of safety of other medicinal products, including herbals, blood products, vaccines, and even medical devices. Some of the challenges and future opportunities in this field are briefly discussed below.

In recent years, humanity has witnessed several significant catastrophic disasters, including pandemics, wars, and earthquakes, in which millions of people required both emotional and mental support. Chatbots have been made use of for the past decade or so to improve delivery of mental health care services. Patients' perceptions and views impact the widespread use of chatbots in healthcare. Several studies have been carried out to evaluate patients' views and experiences on mental health chatbots. Our project focuses on finding a solution to this issue by building a chatbot which provides mental health-based support. The chatbot understands and responds to people's emotions through Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Long Short Term Memory (LSTM). It offers helpful advice for managing common mental health issues like stress and anxiety. It will also cover the benefits as well as the limitations of using chatbot for therapy as well as some suggestions as to how it can be enhanced in the future.

This study aims to investigate the interplay between mindfulness, mental well-being, and perceived stress among working adults. Using a sample of 150 adults aged 25-50, data is collected through both offline and online questionnaires, employing simple random sampling. Hypotheses predict a significant relationship between mindfulness and mental well-being (H1), an insignificant relationship between mindfulness and perceived stress (H2), and a significant relationship between mental well-being and perceived stress (H3). Analysis includes correlation design. The findings are anticipated to offer insights into workplace mental health and inform potential interventions.

Abstract- This review explores the field of Internet of Things (loT)-enabled agricutural robots, looking at various applications and implementations in the agricultural industry. The study looks at how cutting-edge loT technology and agricultural methods are combining, illuminating how agricutural robots are revolutionizing resource optimization, crop monitoring, and precision farming. Three different paradigms are examined: the use of edge computing for accurate data analysis, the coordination of agricutural robots with conventional sensor networks, and the application of machine learning techniques for intelligent decision making. The benefits and drawbacks of each strategy are carefully evaluated, taking into account variables like data quality, cost-effectiveness, scalability, and ability to adapt to various agricultural situations.

In spite of the protection guaranteed to women across the globe they are seen and treated as the second sex. This reality for women is perpetuated and propagated by the age-old traditions and practices. Thus, women empowerment is the need of the hour and entrepreneurship is the right tool to achieve it. However in recent years, there has been a noticeable shift towards fostering women's participation in entrepreneurship, driven by both societal changes and deliberate government initiatives aimed at promoting gender equality and economic development. This paper intends to highlight the factors that influence women to become entrepreneurs, the problems and challenges faced by women entrepreneurs in general, the nature of women entrepreneurs in Dhofar region and the challenges faced by women entrepreneurs, in dhofar region in particular.

Tankanadi Churna is a Herbo-mineral Formulation mentioned in the classical text called Siddha Bheshaja manimala. It is a Dadruhara Lepa which contains Tankana, Gandhaka, Navasadara and Mishri as ingredients. Tankanadi Churna is in Churna form(powder) which should be mixed with Nimbu swarasa(lemon juice) and applied on the affected area. Preparation of the Churna and Lepa are explained in the Sharangadhara samhitha. In the present study, Shuddha Tankana(Borax), Shuddha Gandhaka(Sulphur), Shuddha Navasadara (Ammonium Chloride) and Churna of Mishri (Rock sugar) were taken in a Khalwa yantra and properly mixed to prepare Tankanadi Churna. Step by step pharmaceutical procedures were carried out according to classical reference and SOP. Loss during the process, total yield is noted. Pharmacological action of the Tankanadi Churna is discussed in brief.

This research paper clarify about the integration of waste plastic into bituminous concrete mixes presents a promising solution to both environmental pollution and infrastructure durability challenges. This study explores the optimization of bituminous concrete mixes by incorporating various types and proportions of waste plastic, aiming to enhance pavement performance. Laboratory experiments were conducted to evaluate the mechanical properties, including tensile strength, rutting resistance, and durability, of bituminous concrete modified with waste plastic. The results demonstrated significant improvements in the performance characteristics of the modified concrete, with optimal plastic content enhancing the material's resistance to deformation and extending its lifespan. Additionally, the environmental impact assessment highlighted the potential of this approach in reducing plastic waste in landfills. This research underscores the dual benefits of incorporating waste plastic into bituminous concrete: promoting sustainable waste management and advancing the development of more resilient and long-lasting pavements. Further studies are recommended to refine the mix design and assess long-term field performance.
