ABSTRACT Physical education (PE) was one of the subjects most brutally impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, which caused an incomparable disruption in education around the world. PE, which is stood on experiential and activity-based learning, faced many specific challenges in contrast to academic subjects that accustomed with the virtual classrooms. The health and overall improvement of students endured greatly as a result of school closings, sports competition cancellations, and controlled access to playgrounds and fitness centers. Purpose: The aim of this study is to examine the physical education crisis during the COVID-19 pandemic, with highlighting the short-term difficulties, long-term effects, and new improvements. The analysis also emphasises how vital it is to defend physical education as a central component of holistic education in the context of international and Indian system of education. Procedures: Peer-reviewed literature, policy documents and institutional reports from UNESCO, WHO and national bodies were blended using a narrative review approach. The effects on physical fitness, skill development, psychological health, equity and adaptations like online and hybrid PE models were identified through a thematic analysis of the evidence. Findings and Discussion: The results demonstrate that students had superior rates of anxiety, obesity risk, and sedentary behavior and reduced social interaction. Virtual competitions, digital fitness applications, and online physical education classes presented some partial solutions, but they were incomplete by unequal access, lack of supplies and insufficient teacher preparation. Children with disabilities, girls and students from rural areas were among the groups that suffered most. The requirement of digital infrastructure, teacher capacity building and hybrid PE models was also emphasized by the crisis. Conclusion: physical education should not be analysised as an elective but rather as a fundamental part of an all-rounded education. Post-pandemic recovery calls for funding for digital platforms, teacher preparation, and long-term changes of governmental outlook. In addition to dropping the negative effects of the pandemic, strengthening PE is indispensable for forming future healthier societies for the generation next.

In recent years, the integration of wearable technology and embedded systems has emerged as a promising solution to enhance road safety, particularly for two-wheeler riders. This research presents the design and development of an Arduino-Based Smart Helmet system that incorporates dual modules--helmet part and bike part--to ensure real-time accident detection, rider authentication, and emergency alert functionalities. The helmet module, powered by an Arduino Mini, is equipped with an alcohol sensor to detect the rider's sobriety and a reed switch to verify whether the helmet is properly worn. The bike module also utilizes an Arduino Mini, integrated with an accelerometer (ADXL sensor) to monitor the riding angle, a relay module to control bike ignition, a DC motor to simulate engine startup, and a buzzer for audio alerts. The ignition system is intelligently designed to activate only when the helmet is worn and the rider is alcohol-free, effectively preventing unsafe riding practices. For accident detection and post-crash response, the system incorporates GPS and GSM modules, enabling real-time location tracking and automated message alerts to emergency contacts upon crash detection. This dual-part system collectively contributes to a cost-effective, compact, and efficient smart safety solution for modern two-wheeler riders, aligning with current advancements in IoT and embedded technologies.

This study focuses on individuals of Indian descent in a remote place. Numerous Indians emigrated to foreign countries both before to and after independence. These people emigrated from their homeland to reside as immigrants in other countries in pursuit of improved work, enhanced quality of life, more opportunities, higher wages, and superior education. Such people must acclimate to two distinct cultures: the one they originated from in India and the one they encounter in these other places. A significant number of these immigrants want to articulate their national identity by documenting their memories, relationships, nature, culture, and traditions, so conveying their thoughts and experiences as members of the Indian diaspora. The emergence of Indian women writers in the literary arena signifies a notable progression in Indian English literature. These female writers have also made contributions to several genres, including theater, poetry, and short stories, in both English and regional languages like as Hindi, Marathi, Bengali, Punjabi, Tamil, and Kannada. Over the last twenty years, Indian women's writing in English has thrived both domestically and internationally. Diasporic Indian English literature significantly portrays the Indian diaspora across several situations. The present article focuses on the literary contributions of Indian women diasporic writers who advance India's enduring development via their works, motivating the subsequent generation of Indians to pursue literature and enhance the nation's prestige and reputation.

Jhumpa Lahiri's The Lowland explores the complexities of cultural duality and assimilation through the experiences of its protagonists, particularly Subhash and Gauri, as they navigate the tensions between their Indian heritage and their lives in the United States. The novel examines themes of identity, displacement, and belonging, illustrating how immigrant characters struggle to reconcile their past with their present. Lahiri portrays assimilation not as a linear process but as a continuous negotiation between cultural roots and new environments. While Subhash embraces aspects of American culture while maintaining ties to his Bengali heritage, Gauri seeks intellectual and personal liberation at the cost of familial and cultural connections. Through these contrasting experiences, Lahiri highlights the emotional and psychological impact of migration, revealing how cultural duality shapes personal identities and relationships. This paper analyzes how The Lowland presents assimilation as both an opportunity for reinvention and a source of alienation, ultimately questioning whether true integration is possible without a sense of belonging.

The study aimed a) to evaluate the influence of AI-based security systems on customer trust and perception of safety in fintech services, b) to analyze the impact of AI-driven security features on customer satisfaction levels in fintech-based companies, and c) to explore the correlation between AI-based security measures and customer retention rates in fintech companies. The study aimed at consumers of fintech firms and was undertaken in the Delhi NCR region with a stratified random sampling method to get respondents. The target population consists of 200 participants for the study. The study is descriptive and experimental. Primary data is gathered employing a questionnaire and secondary data is collected from journals, books, articles, reports, etc. Data collected are analyzed using statistical tools including the use of frequency tables, mean, standard deviations, correlation, and regression by use of MS Excel and SPSS. The findings underlined how AI-based security systems transform the essential elements of customer satisfaction and engagement in fintech companies. Also, it has been found that there is a moderate positive relationship between the usage of advanced safety techniques based on AI and the customers' retention percentages, which confirms the role of these remedies in creating customer satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty.
