Breast cancer is one of the leading causes of cancer related deaths among women worldwide. Early detection and accurate diagnosis of breast cancer can significantly improve the chances of successful treatment and long-term survival. Mammography is a widely used imaging technique for breast cancer screening and diagnosis. In recent years, there has been growing interest in developing computer-aided detection (CAD) systems to improve the accuracy and efficiency of mammography interpretation. This paper presents an overview of the current state-of-the-art in breast cancer detection using mammography and CAD systems. The paper discusses the challenges and opportunities in developing CAD systems, including image preprocessing, feature extraction, classification, and validation. Finally, the paper highlights some of the recent advances in deep learning-based CAD systems and their potential impact on breast cancer detection and diagnosis.

Intellectual property rights (IPR) are the legal rights that are granted to individuals or organizations for their creations or inventions. These rights provide for exclusive ownership and control over intangible assets, such as inventions, artistic works, trademarks, trade secrets, and designs. IPR protects the creators or owners of such intangible assets by giving them the ability to make a profit from their innovations and creativity. Several types of IPR such as patents, copyright, trademarks etc. are provided solely. Patents are such rights that grant inventors or creators the ability to prevent others from making, using, or selling their inventions without permission for a limited period of time. Copyrights protect original works of literal, artistic, musical, and drama creations. Trademarks being distinctive signs, symbols, or logos help customers identify and associate certain qualities or characteristics with a particular brand or company. IPR is a requirement for improved innovation or creative work identification, planning, marketing, and protection. Depending upon the area of specialization, each industry has its own IPR policies, management styles, etc. Without IPR businesses would struggle to maintain their creativity and competitive edge and would lose their revenue along with their reputation. With this view, the paper provides a succinct summary of IPR.

Introduction; Ventilator-associated pneumonia is one of the most frequent nosocomial infections among ventilated patients in ICUs, associated with an increase in days of ICU stay, morbidity, and mortality. Its prevention is a significant concern in every hospital. The objectives; of the study is to evaluate the effect of nursing interventional Programme on knowledge and practice regarding ventilator care bundle in prevention of ventilator associated pneumonia among staff nurses working in ICU. Method; A Pre-experimental research design is subdivision of experimental research design. With experimental one group pre-test post-test research design was adopted for this study. A total of 50 staff nurses working in ICU were selected by non-probability convenience sampling technique. Result; The overall mean difference in knowledge between pre-test and post-test is 11.76 and overall mean difference in practice between pre-test and post-test is 5.48. The calculated 't' is 48.43 and the tabulated 't' is 1.684 P<=0.05 with DF of 49 level of significance of overall knowledge and in practice the calculated 't' is 29.73 and the tabulated 't' is 1.684 P<=0.05 with DF of 49 level of significance. The correlation (r) value 0.92 & 0.58 indicated positive correlation between pre-test and post-test knowledge and practice. In knowledge, chi-square values for educational status, years of experience, clinical experience in ICU and ICU training found that there is significant association between them. Hence hypothesis H3 is accepted. In practice, chi-square values for years of experience, clinical experience in ICU and ICU training were found that there is significant association between them. Hence hypothesis H3 is accepted. Interpretation and conclusion; Analysis data shows that Post-test level of knowledge and practice score is increased. Investigator concludes that nursing interventional programme can be an effective method of increased knowledge and practice regarding ventilator care bundle among staff nurses working in ICU.

Abstract: The creams are considered an important part of the cosmetic product as a topical preparation since ancient times due to their relief on the skin and its removal. From cosmetic purposes, Medicinal creams have a variety of applications such as cleansing, beautifying, changing appearance, moisturizing etc. protect the skin against bacteria, fungal infections and heal cuts, burns, sores on the skin. These fragile arrangements are safe for public and private use. Human skin is vulnerable to damage but has the potential to heal itself. However, a natural healing process can take time and there is also a risk of infection especially in the early stages of injury. In such cases, medicinal creams can be applied to the injured area to speed up the healing process and prevent the wound from becoming infected. In this review, we focus on the application of the drug delivery system to the topics, namely wound healing creams with a detailed discussion on wound healing process, appropriate methods of correcting creams, their classification based on their function, their advantages and disadvantages, features and different types of creams, creams used in creams and its various exploration parameters. Gaming which was introduced as an entertainment thing only, has gained a remarkable significance and influence in the development of youth in modern era. Today the gaming industry is the biggest revenue generating across the globe and now with the introduction of Artificial Intelligence in the field of game technology since 20th century, one cannot overlook the phenomenal role it has played in the gaming experiences. Since, it is very difficult to define the meaning of realistic game experience which usually refers to the intelligence of Non-player characters (NPCs) in the game and absorption of real world view in the gaming world but by integrating graphics and Artificial Intelligence (A.I) and collecting data on different player's experiences on different situations. Due to this the application of A.I has increasingly widened in the field, which greatly encourages its development. This paper discusses the advancements of Artificial Intelligence in the field of game technology mentioning history of integrating Artificial Intelligence (A.I) into gaming technology and Artificial Intelligence (A.I) techniques in gaming technology which are notable such as Procedural content generation (PCG), Non-player characters (NPCs) and so on. Here we included the problem with advancement of Artificial Intelligence in the gaming industry among the youth and purpose of the study with seeking answers to some questions which came into the mind in the research paper making and going on with how actually Artificial Intelligence (A.I) is being applied in the field of gaming technology with the aim of improving player experience and following is the challenges and future directions or aspects discussed in the last with conclusion of the whole

The Mini turbine engine is an fuel combustion Engine which uses a Brayton cycle to run the cycles of the engine, in this specific scenario the Turbocharger of an IC engine has been used in a way so that it can optimally run The Brayton Cycle. The turbocharger is a very useful accessory of the IC engine which increases the efficiency of the engine by providing forced induction into the engine without actually depriving the engine performance of its own energy like in the case of a Supercharger. The Compressor (The cold side) and The Turbine (The hot side), of a Turbocharger are connected within which a combustion chamber is provided to sufficiently run The Brayton cycle. The Main aim and scope of this paper is to superimpose separated results to get integrated systems seek to reach the overall advanced design and benefits by integrating: (a) Physics, Aero, and Stealth Thermodynamics in simulations by flying unmanned or manned prototypes supported by artificial intelligence and Computer Simulations based on: (b) Component R&D of Turbo and Jet-Engines, Airframe, Helmet-Aiming-Systems and Ammunition based on: (c) Anticipated New Programs Missions based on (d) improved reliability, efficiency, economics, tactics, strategies and education in both the civil and military domains of Turbo and Jet Engines. The International Journal of Turbo & Jet Engines is devoted to cutting edge research in theory and design of propagation of jet aircraft. It serves as an international publication fragment for new ideas, insights and results from industry and academic research on thermodynamics, combustion, behavior of related materials at high temperatures, turbine and engine design, thrust vectoring and flight control stabilizers as well as energy and environmental issues.
