Medical services provide gigantic information on every day ground having diverse structures like printed ,images, numbers pool and so forth. However, there is absence of devices accessible in healthcare to process this data. Data mining frame works are utilized to extricate information from this data which can be utilized by media proficient individual to figure future procedures. Heart illness is the primary driver of death in the masses. Early recognizing and hazard expectations are essential for patient's medicines and specialists analysis. Data mining algorithms like Decision trees (J48), Bayesian classifiers, Multilayer preceptor, Simple logistic and Ensemble techniques are utilized to determine the heart ailments. In this work, different data mining classification procedures are analyzed for testing their precision and execution on preparing medicinal informational index. The classification results will be envisioned by various representation procedures like 2D diagrams, pie graphs, and different techniques. The beforehand mentioned calculations are analyzed and assessed based on their exactness, time utilization factor, territory under ROC and so on.

In this overview, the most significant and recent development in bio engineering is using insect as a model for studying essential mammalian processes such as immune responses to pathogen. Silk from cocoons is a promising bio material for controlled delivery system of therapeutic molecules. Silk has a unique protein chemistry and also structure that can be tuned to form different carrier formats. The protein has been studied for injectable or implantable sustained release depot systems for the targeted or localized delivery of drugs for treatment of diseases.

Smart Street light is an automated system which automates the street. The main aim of Smart Street light is to reduce the power consumption when there are no vehicle movements on the road. The Smart street light will glow with high intensity when there are vehicles on the road otherwise the lights will remain OFF. With advancement of technology, things are becoming simpler and easier for everyone in the world today. Automation is the use of control systems and information technologies to reduce the need for human work in the production of goods and services. In the scope of industrialization, automation is a step beyond mechanization, whereas mechanization provided human operators with machinery to assist the users with the muscular requirements of work, automation greatly decreases the need for human sensory and mental requirements as well. Automation plays an increasingly important role in the world economy and in daily experience. Automatic systems are being preferred over manual system. The research work shows automatic control of streetlights as a result of which power is saved to an extent. The Smart street light provides a solution for energy saving which is achieved by sensing an approaching vehicle using the IR sensors and then switching ON a block of street lights ahead of the vehicle with high intensity. As the vehicle passes by, the trailing lights turn OFF automatically. Thus, we save a lot of energy. So when there are no vehicles on the highway, then all the lights will remain OFF.

This study aims to assess the Challenges faced by the Gig Economy Workers working in the Indian Facility Management Industry in Chennai and its suburban Areas. The main purpose of this study is to find out the major challenges faced by a Gig Economy worker who is otherwise a Temporary or a contract worker and how their life is influenced under such a work profile and whether they are satisfied with the kind earning they get. The study followed a Descriptive study method and in this survey, a quantitative survey method using a Google Forms survey from the target individuals who are working in different kind of industries under different role. The sample size stood at 130. The survey found that 58% of the respondents were working as a temporary staff. This study also attempted to find out how satisfied are the Gig Workers with the amount of money they earn and found out that 47.7% are getting the wages as they expect and are satisfied with that and 26.9% of respondents get less than the wage they expect and are dissatisfied. Moreover that 30.8% of the respondents say that it is somewhat tough to find a new contract once the old contract is over. Majority of the respondents say that the major motivation factor to keep up with the work is to get regular new work contracts once the old contract is over followed by some of the respondents saying giving proper wage and monetary incentives.

Irrigation is planned across the world based on farmers' eye assessment of crops, and as a result, traditional irrigation systems waste around 50% of water. Sprinkle irrigation, drip irrigation, and furrow irrigation are examples of controlled irrigation methods that minimise water waste by 30% to 70%. However, because to the open-loop structure, these techniques fail to maintain precise water content in the soil, resulting in worse crop quality and quantity when soil nutrients are depleted by under or over-irrigation. As a result, input on integrated precision irrigation strategies is required in order to properly use water without compromising crop development. Precision irrigation uses soil moisture, climatic data, and crop type to determine whether or not water is required. As a result, farmers' labour expenses are reduced. In this study, we will determine if agricultural land requires water or not. Using a hybrid machine learning approach known as Hybrid Random Forest and Linear Model, we can determine if we need to apply fertiliser or not. Precision agriculture has recently received a lot of attention as a result of the ever-increasing global population demands for food and water.. As a result, farmers will require water as well as arable land to satisfy this demand. Farmers require a solution that alters the way they work due to the restricted availability of both resources. Precision irrigation is the way to get greater, better, and more lucrative yields with less effort and money. To make better use of water, several machine learning-based irrigation models have been developed. These models are not well adapted to variable climates due to their weak learning capabilities. For precision agriculture, our study offers a deep learning neural network-based Internet of Things (IoT)-enabled intelligent irrigation system. The sensor's data was saved in order to use it to estimate the content and control the water

Orphan drugs are drugs or vaccines intended to treat, prevent or diagnose a rare diseases like Huntington's disease, myoclonus syndrome disease, Tourette syndrome, etc. definition of these are rare diseases varies widely but generally takes into account the occurrence of the disease, its severity, and the availability of alternate therapies. A rare disease is not found worldwide and depends on the laws and policies adopted by each state or country. A rare disease is not universal and depends on the legislation and policies adopted by each region or country. A rare disease is not universal and depends on the legislation and policies adopted by each region or country. In the last 35 years, ODA (Orphan Drug Act, 1983) has been adopted in several countries worldwide (USA, Australia, European Union, Japan, etc.) and has successfully promoted R and D investments to develop new pharmaceutical products for the treatment of rare diseases. The incidences of such diseases have been increasing at a greater pace than the speed with which drugs are researched and developed to treat such diseases. One of the major reasons is that the pharmaceutical industry is not very keen to research the development of orphan drugs as these drugs do not capture a bigger market. This is the current scenario in-spite of the various incentives provided in the orphan drug act. However, in this article, we have tried to focus on existing regulations and policies utilized by various countries namely USA, EU, Japan, and Australia. It has been noted, most importantly that the two largest populated countries- China and India, both lack national legislation for orphan medicines and rare diseases, which could have substantial negative impacts on their patient populations with rare diseases.
