Having a balanced diet has become a necessity for many people, nowadays. An ideal balanced diet is the one which contains all the major food groups including adequate protein, carbohydrates, high quality fats, vitamins and minerals. Healthy dietary habits are the pillars of good and nutritious lifestyle. Likewise, there is an ideal dietary requirement for a person going to gym or who is involved in sports. Therefore, a survey was conducted and reported on 100 people both men and woman on an online basis in the state of Punjab and Haryana. This survey reported on the individuals different domains likeage, income-group, types of workout done, facilities used in gym, reason to go to gym, changes after going to gym, but the most important factor was to check which gender uses to gym most, dietary habits and outer source of energy and protein to enhance performance other than food. There are many social factors that affect the ratio of boys to girls exercising in the gym. Combination of nutritious food and gym/exercise can make a person live healthy and better life. There are many new products in market to enhance the endurance, but their consumption varies. Based on the information collected, a result was developed and reported here. However, an increase in the trend of going to gym has been observed among the youth from age 21 to 26.

The use of social media becomes more popular among all age groups. They use various social media platforms to express their views, share their photos and videos, and exchange ideas and messages in the form of text. Nowadays social media is becoming an effective tool to stay in touch with friends who is far away from you and to stay up to date with news and current events. Many companies use various social media platforms as advertising platforms so that they can reach more and more people. Social media helps bloggers to drive traffic to their websites. By using various social media platforms we can create awareness and share it among a large number of peoples. One of the famous social media platforms is Instagram. This platform allows users to share photos and videos with their friends. According to official statistical information,90 to 95 million pictures are posted on Instagram daily. Many Teachers use Instagram to develop classroom activities innovatively. Instagram is successful today because they provide very interesting features and their user interface is so simple. This paper will give a summary of how to develop an app like Instagram.

The study explores the bioefficacies of distinct plant derivatives that have an effect on the improvement of the red flour beetle, Tribolium castaneum fed on black sesame seeds. Plant extract powder and oil from Ocimum sanctum (Tulsi Oil), Mentha Piperita (peppermint oil), and Eucalyptus globules (eucalyptus oil) had been evaluated for their oviposition inhibition, residual toxicity, direct toxicity effects, and repellency on Tribolium castaneum. The effects confirmed that plant oils had been high-quality in checking insect infestation. The least quantity of F1 adults emerged from sesame seeds treated with collected plant oil. The powdered leaves and extracts of peppermint, tulsi, and eucalyptus, at a 3% mixture, provided good safety for sesame seeds with the aid of decreasing insect oviposition, F1 adult emergence, and sesame infestation rates. The oil treatment did no longer exhibit destructive outcomes on the germination functionality of seeds, even after three months of treatment. The four essential plants oil tulsi showed powerful repellent against T. castaneum beetles. In conclusion, the essential oils from the botanical plants may be explored as a potential natural insecticide for stored-product insect pests because of their high repellency and insecticidal activities.

Abstract Pulses are normally known as food legume while are secondary to cereals in production and utilization in India. Black gram [Vigna mungo (L) Hepper] otherwise called urd, or mash is one of the significant short duration pulse crop. The crop has its own significance because of high nutrition value of grains as human food and feed as rich feed for cattle. The grains contain around 24% protein on dry weight basis, which is more than twice than that of cereals. It is a decent green compost and erosion resistant cover crop. The crop likewise improves soil fertility by symbiotic fixation of atmospheric nitrogen in root nodules. As practices, a properly balanced supply of phosphorous and utilization of plant development controllers (PGRs) is one among the preeminent important factor to extend better returns in Black gram. Plant growth regulators (PGRs) assume a significant part in mitigating stress, increasing flower set, yield, and physiological proficiency of the crop. Many field experiments led on this crop from which it is regularly announced that the optimum level of phosphorous and growth regulators fundamentally upgraded the expansion, yield, and protein in crop. This paper mainly centres on the role of phosphorus and growth regulators of naphthalene acidic acid (NAA) and salicylic acid (SA) in improving the production of Black gram.

India's economy thrives on farming, which is the country's most popular occupation. Agricultural fertilisers are essential for proper crop growth and yield. Chemical fertilisers have recently been used by farmers to increase yield and speed up the process. These fertilisers, on the other hand, put habitats, soil, plants, and human and animal lives in jeopardy. Natural biofertilizers, on the other hand, not only have a higher yield but are also safe for humans. Biofertilizers are gaining traction as a viable alternative to toxic chemical fertilisers in the pursuit of sustainable agriculture. Biofertilizers are important for the crop yield and preserving long-term soil fertility. The role of biofertilizers in the growth of crops and the maintenance of long-term soil fertility, which is crucial to satisfy global food demand, is crucial. Microbes can interact and improve their immunity, growth and development with crop plants. The main nutrients required for the proper growth of the plants are nitrogen, phosphorous, potassium, zinc and silica, but these nutrients naturally take form as insolubilized or complex. Some microorganisms make them soluble and accessible to the plants. This review discusses the potentials of microbes, their mode of action and their impact on crops. The cost-effective, non-toxic and eco-friendly biofertilizers are a good replacement for costly and harmful chemical fertilisers. The knowledge gained from this review can help us understand the significance and methods of microbial production as biofertilizers for sustainable crop production in agriculture
