Many of the therapeutic plants that have been utilized for thousands of years are found in the Rasayana family of herbal remedies from the Indian traditional medical system (Ayurveda), which is named for its intriguing antioxidant properties. Some of the medicinal plants utilized in Ayurvedic Rasayana have undergone extensive research on their antioxidant qualities, as part of their therapeutic activity.. Antioxidants play a crucial role in neutralizing harmful free radicals, which are associated with various diseases and aging. This review explores the diverse range of herbal plants known for their antioxidant effects and the underlying compounds responsible for these properties.

The Internet of Things (IoT) enabled Wobbling Motion Detector for motorcycles, light, and heavy vehicles is intended to monitor the motion of the wheel and deliver real-time alerts to the driver via a flashing LED. This device is engineered for motorcycles, light, and heavy vehicles where wobbling motion can potentially cause accidents and present a considerable safety hazard. In response to this concern, we propose an IoT-driven wobbling motion detection system employing ultrasonic sensors integrated into the swingarm/frame of the vehicle. These ultrasonic sensors are tasked with ongoing measurement of the distance from a fixed point on the frame to the rim of the wheel. The microcontroller analyses the sensor data in real-time to detect any sudden or gradual fluctuations. If wobbling is detected, the microcontroller activates the LED display to blink, providing a visual alert to the driver. Simultaneously, the data is sent to the centralized server for further analysis and reporting. The objective of the IoT-based wobbling motion detector research is to mitigate accidents and improve driving performance by identifying any irregular wobbling of the wheel and issuing immediate alerts to drivers. Leveraging ultrasonic sensors and IoT technology, this system employs a proactive methodology to augment road safety across various vehicle categories

Abstract: Tribal girls in Andhra Pradesh, India, demonstrated a remarkable resilience and adaptability in their physical fitness levels. Their daily activities, such as farming, gathering firewood, and tending livestock, build functional strength and agility. Traditional dance forms and rituals promote flexibility, while sustained physical labor helps to maintain endurance. Despite limited access to formal sports facilities, community-based initiatives like local sports events and yoga sessions can enhance their overall well-being. Tribal culture, characterized by shared ancestry, unique language, and cultural practices, is characterized by a close connection with nature and spiritual beliefs. Social structures include communal living, elders, gender roles, art, music, and dance. Challenges include marginalization, poverty, and lack of access to education and healthcare. Despite these challenges, efforts are made to preserve ecological knowledge and maintain their traditional and healthy way of life.

Cities are the engines of the global economy, playing a crucial role in innovation, job creation, and overall prosperity. However, in an increasingly competitive world, cities must constantly strive to unlock their full potential and enhance their competitiveness. This paper proposes a multifaceted approach to city competitiveness enhancement, drawing on insights from leading organizations like the IMD World Competitiveness Center and the World Economic Forum. The paper argues that a successful approach goes beyond traditional economic factors. It emphasizes the importance of considering a broad spectrum of dimensions, including: Economic Vitality, Social Equity and Inclusion, Environmental Sustainability, Infrastructure and Connectivity. By adopting a multifaceted approach, cities can unlock their full potential, enhance their competitiveness, and become thriving centers of economic growth, social progress, and environmental sustainability.

In this study, copper nanoparticles (Cu NPs) were synthesized using Murraya koenigii leaf extract as a natural solvent that was safe for the environment. Murraya koenigii leaf extract has been found to decrease copper ions without the need for a stabilizer or surfactant agent, making it an easy, economical, and environmentally friendly way to prepare Cu Nps. A color shift in the reaction mixture was noticed upon the combination of plant extract with the copper sulphate solution, indicating the creation of nanoparticles. Using UV-Vis spectra, FESEM images and XRD spectrum the particles were characterized. UV-vis data shows that Cu NPs generated using this green synthesis approach remain stable even after a month, confirming their stability. Metallic Cu nanoparticles are less expensive than conventional heterogeneous catalysts. The characterization results of biosynthesized Cu NPs show that the particles are crystalline and cubical in shape, with an average size of 11.3 nm, and are very stable. This study has the potential to have a significant impact in a few years on the industrial synthesis of metallic nanoparticles. Because of its outstanding qualities, we suspected that the use of green-produced Cu NPs will result in the biomedical applications. Cu NPs exhibit cytotoxicity and anticancer characteristics in numerous applications.

Hemiplegia, a common consequence of stroke and other neurological conditions, presents significant challenges to rehabilitation efforts. Constraint-Induced Movement Therapy (CIMT) has emerged as a promising adjunctive treatment to traditional rehabilitation approaches. This systematic review and meta-analysis aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of CIMT as an adjunct to hemiplegia rehabilitation. A comprehensive search of electronic databases yielded a total of 20 eligible studies meeting the inclusion criteria. The studies included various designs, ranging from randomized controlled trials to cohort studies, and involved diverse patient populations across different settings. Our findings indicate that CIMT, when used alongside conventional rehabilitation, leads to significant improvements in motor function, activities of daily living, and quality of life among individuals with hemiplegia. Moreover, subgroup analyses revealed that the effectiveness of CIMT may vary based on factors such as stroke chronicity, severity, and the duration of CIMT intervention. Adverse events associated with CIMT were minimal and generally mild, suggesting its safety profile. However, further research is warranted to optimize CIMT protocols, identify patient subgroups that may benefit most from this intervention, and elucidate its long-term effects. In conclusion, CIMT appears to be a valuable adjunctive therapy for hemiplegia rehabilitation, offering promising outcomes in motor recovery and functional independence.

This study investigates the design principles and synthetic strategies aimed at enhancing the thermal stability of benzene derivatives. Thermal stability is a critical parameter influencing the performance and longevity of organic materials in various industrial applications. By analysing the structural features influencing stability and employing computational modelling techniques, this research elucidates the factors governing thermal stability in benzene derivatives. Furthermore, innovative synthetic methodologies for introducing stabilizing groups and modifying molecular architectures are explored to tailor the thermal properties of these compounds. The potential applications of stable benzene derivatives in fields such as materials science, pharmaceuticals, and electronics underscore the significance of this research in advancing the development of robust organic compounds.
