This study evaluates the seismic performance of an asymmetric 20-storey reinforced concrete building with and without infill walls. Three configurations--bare frame, AAC block infill, and burnt clay brick infill-- are analyzed using ETABS as per IS 1893 (Part 1): 2016. Key parameters such as displacement, drift, stiffness, and overturning moment are compared. Results show that infill walls significantly improve seismic performance by reducing displacement and drift, with AAC blocks performing better in displacement control and burnt clay bricks providing higher stiffness. However, infill walls increase overturning moments, requiring stronger foundation design.CIn a National Highway Project, the engineer has to plan, design and construct either a network of new roads or road link. Once a highway is constructed, development takes along the adjoining land and subsequent changes in alignment highway is not a source of potential traffic hazard, but also causes a considerable increase in transportation cost and strain on drivers and the passengers. The Government of India had entrusted to the Authority the development, maintenance and management of Four / Six Laning of Ambaghat to Paijarwadi section of NH- 166 from Ch 67+140(existing km 69+072) to Ch. 112+340 (existing km 115+540),Length With the rapid digital transformation across industries, the recruitment process has significantly shifted from traditional offline methods to online platforms. This research investigates the recurring psychological patterns underlying major global financial collapses. Drawing upon behavioral finance theory, the study introduces the concept of 'Behavioral DNA' to explain how systematic cognitive biases-- such as herding, overconfidence, confirmation bias, anchoring, loss aversion, and fear of missing out (FOMO)--drive asset bubbles and subsequent crashes. The research adopts a qualitative comparative case-study methodology supported by secondary statistical data from the Dot-Com Bubble (2000), Global Financial Crisis (2008), Bitcoin Bubble (2017), GameStop Mania (2021), and China's Housing Boom. Statistical correlation frameworks are incorporated to demonstrate relationships between market volatility, speculative participation, and behavioral intensity indicators. Findings reveal a consistent six-stage behavioral cycle across crises. The study concludes that financial instability is deeply rooted in collective psychology, amplified by institutional incentives and technological acceleration. Policy recommendations include behavioral early-warning systems, enhanced financial literacy, regulatory transparency, and social media monitoring.

The increasing pressure on organizations to achieve sustainability while maintaining competitive performance has accelerated the adoption of digital technologies in supply chain management. This study examines the effect of digital enablement of sustainable supply chains on organizational performance, with a focus on how advanced digital technologies facilitate environmental and social sustainability practices. Grounded in the Resource-Based View (RBV) and Triple Bottom Line (TBL) framework, the research investigates the role of digital tools such as big data analytics, Internet of Things (IoT), block chain, and cloud-based platforms in enhancing supply chain sustainability and performance outcomes. A quantitative research design was employed, using survey data collected from supply chain and operations managers across manufacturing organizations. The proposed conceptual model was tested using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) to examine the relationships between digital enablement, sustainable supply chain practices, and organizational performance dimensions, including operational, environmental, and financial performance. The findings reveal that digital enablement significantly enhances sustainable supply chain practices, which in turn positively influence organizational performance. Moreover, sustainable supply chain practices partially mediate the relationship between digital enablement and performance outcomes. The study contributes to the existing literature by empirically validating the role of digital technologies as strategic enablers of sustainable supply chains and by providing evidence from an emerging economy context. From a managerial perspective, the findings offer actionable insights for practitioners seeking to leverage digital transformation to achieve sustainability-driven performance improvements. The study also provides policy implications for promoting digital adoption to support sustainable industrial development.

Researchers have explored many ways to estimate the cost of a good business. The purpose of economic forecasting is to estimate the future value of the organization's financial products. Effective forecasting techniques allow investors to better understand data such as future trends. Investors can also benefit from future market analysis. The purpose of market forecasting is to estimate the future value of the financial institution's shares. One way is to use machine learning algorithms to make predictions. Machine learning uses different models to make predictions easier and more accurate. The main purpose of this article is to improve the quality of use of assets to predict the output of products. Many researchers have proposed many ways to solve this problem; Most of these are traditional methods, such as neural networks used to predict the stock market, which allow the model to hide and separate information. This article offers a different approach to estimating operating costs. It is not possible to fit the data into a specific model, we use machine learning architecture to identify the latest events on the device. In this paper, we use machine learning architectures Long Short Term Memory (LSTM), Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and hybrid approach of LSTM + CNN to predict the value of companies listed on NSE and differentiate their performance. In the long term, the hanging window approach is adopted and performance is evaluated using the root mean square error.

This research paper presents a comprehensive analysis of loan repayment behavior across different income groups, emphasizing how income level, income stability, financial literacy, and socioeconomic conditions influence borrowers' repayment performance. This paper focuses the determinants of loan delinquency among customers that tend to create repayment differences between the low, medium and high-income customers. Primary and Secondary Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and logistic regression analysis. The study draws empirical evidence from borrowers in the Jalgaon region of Maharashtra, India, offering insights relevant to similar semi-urban banking environments. The study examines the role of Income groups, documents, CIBIL score, debt to income ratio, moral behavior, advisory impact, financial literacy in loan delinquency behavior. The study determines that the households having low incomes, high obligations and greater loan diversion and experiencing high costs of borrowing are prone to greater risk of default. Contrarily, customers having higher financial literacy with a social awareness, multiple income sources and joint responsibility are likely to be less delinquent. Credit and collection team supervision is a critical factor for loan accounts stress management & delinquency. With proper supervision and organized credit underwriting measures for sanctioning loan proposals and tracking any stress factor is crucial for maintaining portfolio of bank and having smooth repayment behaviour among customers. The findings provide practical implications for banks and financial institutions in strengthening credit appraisal mechanisms, early stress detection, and improving repayment sustainability across income segments.
