 Abstract

Finance is the lifeblood of any organization. The agriculture sector also relies heavily on the usage of credit. Timely and adequate credit is an essential step in increasing production. To cater to the credit requirements, many agencies have come up. The RBI was responsible for the credit disbursement activities up to 1980. In the year 1982, NABARD was set up as per the recommendation of the Sivaraman Committee. The aim of this study was to understand the role of NABARD in the development of agriculture and rural development. The data for this study has been taken from the published financial reports of NABARD for the last ten years to understand the credit flow to agriculture. The financial reports of the NABARD were studied, and the data were extracted and analyzed with respect to the disbursement of short-term credit, term loans, and other development activities.

 Abstract

Abstract - With the advent of advanced technology, public buildings such as high-rise buildings and long-distance bridges are designed to evolve, increasing their inclination to the outside world. Therefore, these structures are at risk of extreme vibrations under the influence of strong winds and earthquakes. To protect these public buildings from severe structural damage, the earthquake response of these structures is analyzed and the calculation of wind power and forces such as support and removal of members are calculated and included in the design of the building that resists vibration. The main purpose of this paper is to construct an earthquake-resistant structure by conducting seismic research of the structure in an equitable analysis and analysis and design of the structure using STAAD. Pro software. To this end, the 'Three-School School in Nagpur' is being considered. Seismic statistics are designed for the 3rd seismic zone, the 3rd aspect of Response reduction, the standard temporal resistance framework and the value factor 1. The structural safety of a building is ensured by calculating all active loads on the building, including side wind and seismic excitation.

 Abstract

Validation is the process of establishing documentary evidence demonstrating that a procedure, process, and activity carried out in testing and then production maintain the desired level of compliance at all stages. Quality is the primordial intention to any industry and its products manufactured. Multiple views on obtaining such quality are the current interest in the pharmaceutical industry. Validation is the art of designing and practicing the designed steps alongside with the documentation. Validation and quality assurance will go hand in hand, ensuring the through quality for the product. Validation is the mean of catering enormous benefits to even more than the acceptable quality level which in the global standard scale. Lending importance to validation is increasingly profound in recent years. Validation in itself does not improve processes but confirms that the processes have been properly developed and are under control. Process validation deepens the understanding of processes; decreases the risk of preventing problems and thus assures the smooth running of the process. Process validation also emphasizes the role of objective measures and statistical tools & analyses and emphasizes knowledge, detection, and control of variability and gives assurance on consistent of quality/productivity throughout life cycle of product.

 Abstract

Tourism is an important engine of economic growth and development. Its constant development has profound impact on transforming socio-cultural aspect of the communities residing in various tourist destinations. In many ways it helps to promote and preserve local culture, cuisine, crafts, arts, and festivals. It also creates an opportunity to improve hospitality towards strangers and help to improve their social skills as well. It contributes towards culture understanding and broadening the thinking of locals through interacting and creating awareness regarding the diversity of culture and lifestyle of other communities thus, helps in removing social barriers like caste, racism, religion etc. At this backdrop, the study has taken a close look at the community attitude towards tourism and its socio-cultural impact at Tawang District of Arunachal Pradesh. It attempted to find how local people have advantaged by meeting new people and learning new things through cultural exchanges.

Rights are in place but society, attitudes and understanding need to be worked in cohesiveness towards a dignified, equal and just place. The constitution of India has already set the framework but it is critical to set the context of Right, Just and Equal society today in gestures, implementations, expressions and thoughts. The Psychological and Social perspective for gender needs to be reframed and reinstated in the backdrop of the constitution then only in its true sense it will lead to a just, compassionate, humane and developed society.

 Abstract

Marine debris has become a serious concern globally. It causes severe damage to the coastal and marine habitat since a part of it is washed ashore along the coast and the remaining is swept off the coast leading to the sinking and persisting of the debris in the form of sediments for years. The motivation for building this project arose from the need to address the adverse effects of climate change around the globe and its detrimental impact on the beaches. This paper showcases the fabrication of a semi-automatic beach cleaning robot that is used to segregate beach debris from the sand bed. We have used the ESP32 CAM board for the functioning of BCR which also consists of sensors for obstacle detection and automated debris collection. The camera of ESP32 can be used for the surveillance of the region which makes it safer and easier for the authorities to enforce a certain degree of legislation. The ESP32 acts as an interface between the BCR and the created web server on existing Wi-Fi via which the BCR is controlled. Through the ESP32 web server, we can give the BCR the required commands for its smooth operation and optimum performance on the beaches. The BCR can be operated and controlled both manually and automatically.
