The Healthcare facilities for vital to avoid mortality and morbidity in the disaster affected regions. Every individual in the region is should be provided with medical care. In such a situation, this paper tries to analyse the accessibility of medical facilities in the tsunami affected regions of Nagapattinam District, Tamilnadu .This study also tries to compare high affected and less affected region among the different categories of population. The health care practices of the coastal population is also categorize different parts. The government and Private Health Care practices are also taken into consideration to study the deprived population group and to understand the nature of approaches of different Health Care practices available to them. This study collected data information from Nagapattinam district Tamilnadu. The study is on tsunami high affected area is Vadakkupoyyur and Tsunami less affected area Prathabaramapuram. The study suggests that the health care awareness program must be implemented in the tsunami affected villages. The reason behind it is that the people are needy and poor compared to other regions. Since the people affected by the natural disaster are most vulnerable both economically and socially. Hence this set of population should be provided with free medical facilities such as diagnosis of diseases treatment of chronicle diseases and mental treatments at free of cost.

In response to the challenge and an opportunity that the Indian government sees in its booming youth population, the Indian government is attempting to ramp up VET. The National Skills Development Policy in 2009 set the target of upskilling 500 million workers by 2022 to meet the impending skills gap; it is worth noting, however, that the government currently estimates training capacity to be 7 million per year. A more recent estimate from the Institute of Applied Manpower Research argues that 291 million additional workers are needed for the same period. This is particularly pertinent to the building, construction and real estate industry, the auto and auto components industry, and the textiles and clothing industry. The lack of skills supply is characterised by the government as a key issue for the economy: The country presently faces a dual challenge of severe paucity of highly-trained, quality labor, as well as non-employability of large sections of the educated workforce that possess little or no job skills

The paper describes synthesis of Nickel (II) complexes with some polymeric resins derived by the reaction of urea / ethylenediamine, formaldehyde and ketooxins of 2-hydroxy-4-methylacetophenone and 2- hydroxybenzophenone as ligand. The characterization of complexes were carried out with the help of a I.R, magnetic moment, analytical analysis and UV spectral analysis. Ligand filled parameters were also calculated.

Indias Act East Policy is based on commerce, culture and connectivity with Southeast Asian countries. It aims for the closer geo-political and security relations with its Asian neighbours to promote Indo-Pacific maritime security cooperation against the rising threats from China. Chinas growing presence in the region has created a common concern not only for India and littoral states of the region such as Maldives, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Seychelles, Djibouti, Iran, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore. It is also posing a threat to the international actors such as USA, Japan, Australia, who are also looking for protection of their economic, strategic and security interests in the Indo-Pacific regional order through the quadrilateral platform. India has deepened its easternized maritime security cooperation at the regional and international levels as a part of its balancing strategy against Chinas assertive maritime interests in Indo- Pacific. The paper, thus, focuses on the recalibration of Look East Policy into Act East Policy by the Indian government in 2014 to revitalize the maritime security cooperation with Southeast Asian littorals and the holistic geo-political and security convergence with the Indo-Pacific regions in the context of Chinas increasing assertion in the two oceans.

Its beginning started just after receiving from the World Bank a Confidential Report on financial sector of India in June, 1990. Since then the government of India has extended gradually its efforts to promote corporate interest. How the attacks on priority sector have been launched to accuse priority sector responsible for NPAs of public sector banks have given impetus to corporate capital for willful denial to pay their loan, is the theme of this paper. In 2017, Zohra Bibi, a domestic worker in Mahagun Modern Society, Noida went missing for a day; she was eventually found in the basement of her employers building. While the police framed it as a missing persons case, Zohra claimed otherwise. According to her, she was beaten up by her employer for demanding a wage hike and was later locked in the basement by him. The employeraccused her of stealing money. The news about the abusive treatment of Zohra Bibi spread in the slum where she was living and a militant protest was held by slum dwellers in front of the society complex where Zohra worked as a domestic worker. The residents of the society called the police who usedharshmethods to shut down the protest, arresting thirteen protesters. Ironically, police closed Zohra Bibis case citing lack of evidence but continued its investigation in to the arrested protesters diverting the focus from the real issue. Zohra Bibis case shows the experiences of migrant domestic women workers in cities. It is evident that workers have no right to protest, express their anger or demand their rights. In the absence of dignity and justice for domestic women workers who are part of Indias informal economy, it is showing contradictory nature of urbanization and urban economybut at the same time againstthe right to city and idea of safe city becomes a challenge.

After the independence, when the green revolution started in India, Radio played a very crucial role in spreading the message of revolution. Radio proved to be a very potent medium as it reached out to the masses in various entertaining forms like Chaupal, Gaon Ghar etc. These programs helped the farmers to understand and adopt scientific and modern ways of farming for better productivity. Radio also reached out to the soldiers who were away from their homes and shows like Fauji bhaiyon ke liye proved to be very successful and are running till date. This is one of the reasons that Sri Narendra Modi Prime Minister of India conveys his messages through his Mann ki Baaton Radio once every month. Radio is medium through which messages are broadcasted to a larger audience living in different locations. Radio always play a very important role in lives of public.
