 Abstract

The ever increasing numbers of traffic accidents all over the world are due to diminished driver's alcohol consumption and improper driving. For this reason, developing system that actively monitors the driver's alcohol detection and near by vehicle distance alerting the driver of any insecure driving condition is essential for accident prevention. In this project we continuously monitor the condition of the driver i.e. whether driver is alcohol is consume or not and monitor near by vehicle distance. If near by vehicle is closes to near by vehicle alerts though voice using voice module. If accident occurs detects by using mercury sensor, micro controller reads the data from GPS Module and send accident location though SMS to police station and Hospital.

 Abstract

Global Education System creating worldwide opportunity for higher education, research and employment. In this globalized context of education, the curriculum of Indian Education system necessarily to concentrate on two major aspects. One is, to produce the skill full students to compete with those worldwide and second is, to maintain the standards to attract the students worldwide to encourage and impart educational techniques and employable opportunities. So there has always been a constant demand for the language studies and communication skills in India as well as abroad. Ganesh N Devy, remarked that "India may have lost 220 languages since 1961,". and has 191 endangered languages. Each language that dies is a culture system that is lost.' Instead of Globalization and modernization of Indian Education system Most of the Languages and its Cultural and Literary forms are in danger and disappearing gradually. The Languages, Literature and Cultural Heritage which is the Icon of the country like India has to be preserved for future generations. Languages are Interpretations of reality, mythical and symbolic constructions, and expression of community identities as well as heritage of whole humanity. So sustainable development of Languages is very important for the standardization of education system as well as Cultural Heritage preservation, proliferation and propagation. India is a Multilingual and Multiethnic Country in which many small groups speak diverse Languages and Dialects which are barriers to standardize education. Linguistic policy must set to promote the self- Esteem of the languages of each community. Very positive changes occurred in the linguistic policy of major countries. The Republic of South Africa and Ethiopia, Bolivia and other Andean countries, Australia, Cambodia, Russia, Spain and many other countries have recognized their linguistic plurality and renewed the laws and practices in a way of democratic and peaceful spirit.

 Abstract

Abstract: The terms "utopia" and "dystopia" are interchangeable. They show a science fiction environment with two extremes in general. The two are also discussed in greater depth in literature. "Utopia," on the other hand, is described as a civilization or community in which people live the most perfect and ideal lives possible. Many individuals believe that "Utopia" is a utopia. Thomas Moore coined the name in his official publication "Utopia" in 1516. He imagined a single island where everything appeared to be working smoothly in his utopia. Working in pristine, roomy facilities, living with lovely people, enthusiastically reporting to work, and happily coexisting with everyone is what it's like. There are no restrictions; humanity is free to study everything. Throughout history, the psychologies of individuals have inspired literature. Different literary genres are defined in this way. The utopia and its descendent, dystopia, are two literary genres that look at social and political institutions (against each other). Where Utopian fiction shows a setting for a novel fits the author's ethos and is depicted as having many characteristics that readers often perceive to be symbolic of what they would like to apply in reality or utopia. Dystopian fiction depicts a world that radically opposes reality.

 Abstract

Voting is one of the most usually used terms in contemporary age of democratic politics. The ever increasing popularity of democratic theory and practices has even made this term a household name. In democratic systems, and their number is quite large and ever increasing, each adult citizen uses 'voting' as a means for expressing his approval or disapproval of governmental decisions, policies and programmers of various political parties and the qualities of the candidates who are engaged in the struggle to get the status of being the representatives of the people. The study of determinants of electoral behaviour constitutes a very significant area of empirical investigation. Man is a rational creature in the philosophical sense of term; he is not so rational in the realms of his economic or political behaviour. An empirical study of the determinants of electoral behaviour displays the amazing fact that the behaviour of man is influenced by several unreasonable factors and pressure groups in invoking religious and communal factors, influence of money or charismatic personality of a leader and host of other irrational forces have their definite influence on the minds of the voters. The main purpose of the present study is to focus attention on voting behaviour in India and to highlight the factors that determine the voting behaviour in India.

 Abstract

From ancient times, people all over the world have used camphor (Cinnamomumcamphora), which is derived from camphor's wood tree, as a cure for a ample variety of symptoms, including cough, inflammation, ingestion, infection, congestion, pain, and irritation. Studies on the bioactive extract's safety should be conducted. In India, about 70% of contemporary medications come from natural sources. In addition to serving as traditional medicines, medicinal plants also serve as important trade commodities, supplying far-off markets with what they need. With a long tradition it was used as an antibacterial, antipruritic, rubefacient, abortifacient, aphrodisiac, contraceptive, and location suppressant, camphor is well known to many people as a key component in topical home treatments for various kinds of sickness. Camphor was employed for a sanitation during the leishmaniosis (kala-azar) epidemic in the 1400's to stop the plague's spread over Europe. When cholera, smallpox, and influenza were on the rise in the 19th century, mothballs made of camphor were employed on the Indian subcontinent as a cough suppressant. Hahnemann, the creator of homoeopathy, presented his findings during the "flu pandemic" of the 18th century in Russia. Research on camphor and its proposed use as a "divine medicine" for influenza when administered in very small doses Camphor has historically been used in domestic cleansers, as a food flavouring, as a good fragrance in cosmetics, as a rubefacient for treating minor muscle aches discomfort, and as a popular ingredient in household cleaners. Camphor is utilised in a variety of commercial goods on the Indian market, including VapoRub with Vicks. It is used as a antiviral anticoccidial insecticidal antimicrobial anticancer, antinoceptive and antitussive properties define camphor physiologically. Additionally, it aids in skin penetration. However, camphor is a highly hazardous chemical, and there have been numerous reported occurrences of camphor poisoning.

 Abstract

Emergency vehicles are an essential part of modern-day society, and their timely arrival at the site of an emergency is crucial for saving lives. However, in urban areas, the traffic congestion often slows down the movement of emergency vehicles, leading to delayed arrival and loss of valuable time. The Intelligent Traffic Signal System is a solution that aims to reduce this delay by dynamically adjusting the traffic signal timings in response to the approaching emergency vehicles. This research paper discusses the design and implementation of an emergency vehicles using Arduino and Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID) technology. The system uses RFID tags installed on emergency vehicles, which are detected by the RFID reader installed at the traffic signal. The Arduino board processes the data received from the RFID reader and adjusts the traffic signal timings accordingly, providing a green signal for the emergency vehicle to pass through. The results show that the proposed system can significantly reduce the delay in emergency vehicle arrival time and improve the overall efficiency of the emergency response system.
