Abstract:- In ancient times women were not allowed to work outside the home. Their main job was to stay at home and do household chores and take care of the children. Women play an important role in society. Today, along with men, women are also walking shoulder to shoulder and performing well in their respective fields. Women are working in harmony with the work outside the home as well. But it is not as easy as we think. Women have to face different types of problems outside the home. Today women are given unequal pay for the same work because men are considered superior to women. This is an age-old tradition, due to which women are hindered in development. Today women are considered very suitable in professions like nurses, teachers, and doctors. Along with this, they are also respected in these professions. In the present era, women are also working in the fields like bank workers, managers, engineers, etc. Yet when it comes to preference, women are not considered worthy. Their qualifications and experience are questioned and preference is given to males. Wherein, more work pressure is given on women workers, due to which they are physically and mentally harassed, due to and their curiosity also decreases.

ABSTRACT: Stock market anomalies can be broadly categorized as calendar, fundamental and technical anomalies. Calendar anomalies however are among the most discussed issues in the financial literature. This is because these anomalies are the primary contributors to the abnormalities in the stock returns. Calendar anomalies are defined as an irregular pattern of stock returns that are based on a calendar year. This paper attempts to determine the existence of calendar anomalies, namely, the Day of the week effect, Turn of the month effect, and Month of the year effect in the Indian stock market. Daily data of Sensex and Nifty from 1993 through 2013 are analysed using different statistical techniques. The tests indicate an absence of a significant day of the week effect and month of the year effect, while a significant turn of the month effect is observed. There are multiple hypotheses associated with anomalies, but only the turn of the month stands valid for the Indian context.

Banking administrations ought to be accessible to the total population of the economy without segregation. Be that as it may, in India, banks have not possessed the capacity to cover numerous fragments of our population. Financial inclusion is conveying financial administrations at reasonable expenses to burdened and low income people of society. The Private Banks has been endeavoring hard endeavors to extend digital financial inclusion from many years. That numerous changes have been made in territories identified with financial reasonability, gainfulness intensity, still immense fragments, particularly the underprivileged segments of the general public, have not gotten to fundamental banking administrations. This article provides a discussion on major two private banks which providing digital financial inclusion service from past one decade and also its comparative study.

This research examines the issue of vengeance in Shakespeare's plays Hamlet and The Merchant of Venice by comparing and contrasting the two texts. First, this research will define the meaning of the term revenge from a linguistic and social viewpoint, as well as providing a synopsis of both works. Second, by a detailed analysis of the texts, this study illustrates the aspects and motivations that led to retribution in both works. The researcher explains the concept of revenge in the two plays, each of which has a different sort of revenge and a different tale in the discussion part. The researcher then shows how Shakespeare expressed the study's theme in his two plays. The outcomes of the investigation and what the researcher discovered after completing the study are presented at the conclusion of the research.

Nano capsules are vesicular systems in which the medicine is contained in a hollow with an inner liquid core and a polymeric membrane surrounding it. Nano capsules come with a number of benefits and drawbacks. Two types of polymers can be employed in the manufacture of Nano capsules. 1) Polymers found in nature 2) Polymers that have been synthesised.a) Solvent evaporation b) Nano precipitation c) emulsification / Solvent diffusion d) Salting out e) Dialysis f) Super critical fluid technology are some of the methods used to create nano capsules. Nano capsules are subjected to a variety of characterization and evaluation procedures. To achieve controlled release and efficient drug targeting, dispersed polymer nanocapsules can be employed as nano-sized drug carriers. Drug-loaded polymeric nanocapsules have been shown to have potential applications in drug delivery systems To develop current nano-particulate drug delivery methods, enormous research efforts have been made. Newly discovered therapeutic compounds with a modest biopharmaceutical profile, on the other g (NC), have the potential to provide therapeutic benefits in the field of drug delivery

To deal with the uncertainties, the recently known and developed topic was fuzzy soft set. Fuzzy soft set structures are very useful in many areas of applied mathematics and computer science. In this paper, we introduce a new operation of Hadamard product on fuzzy soft matrix. To evaluate the efficiency of these new proposed product of fuzzy soft matrix, a fuzzy soft matrix cryptosystem has been explained. Nowadays our life is not possible without social media because we are connected everywhere and share anything through online but the problem is security. In this application part we have introduced a strong security system to share the message. A new fuzzy soft encryption and decryption is introduced.
