Sign language has been a solid medium for dumb and deaf people to interact with others. Speech-impaired people and people with impaired hearing make use of different meaningful hand-gestures and facial expressions to convey their message. However, many people lack the knowledge and understanding of such hand gestures, which then leads to difficulty in communicating or exchanging information with one another. Thus, there is a communication gap between them and normal people. The sign language recognition system acts as a supportive interface between their community and other people out there. This paper presents a way to convert human sign language or hand gestures to a meaningful text. This is achieved with the help of the Python programming language.

In Ayurveda Nadi Pariksha is an ancient ayurvedic diagnostic tool and it is very important to have a accurate diagnosis before treating the patient's disease. To know the Nadi Paiksha it is important to understand Nadi Vigyan. In Ayurvedic texts there are different type of Rog Rogi Pariksha i.e., Trividha Pariksha, Shadvidha Pariksha, Ashtavidha Pariksha, Dashavidha Pariksha etc. Concept of Nadi Pariksha is found under the Ashatavidhya Pariksha described by Yogratnakar. Yogratnakara described Nadi Pariksha under heading of Rog Pariksha. The presence of pulse at the Angushthamula is evidence of life. Nadi Pariksha is done to analyse and estimate the quantity of Tridosha in the body. Tridosha, i.e. Vata, Pitta and Kapha are considered as the fundamental. The examinations of Nadi Pariksha (Pulse examination) are evidence of many diseases including cardio-vascular system, G.I.T. diseases (Udar Roga) and Manas Roga as described in Ayurvedic literature But in modern medical science pulse examination is only limited to C.V.S examination. They were popular diagnostic tools in the past but nowadays they are not specifically used, so there is need to re-establish their results so that they can be used in future. The present paper describes the variations of Nadi in Udar Roga.

- The goal of resume screening is to find the best candidates for a position. Our system is a resume ranking software, Input would be resumes and job descriptions, output is highly ranked candidate's resume and acquired instantly in real-time. We will be using Mong for string matching, Cosine Similarity, TF-IDF. The existing systems are simple and effective but are not robust in terms of accuracy, efficiency, and processing and could lead to inaccurate assumptions and loss of human potential. We propose a web application that aims to order the resumes, by intelligently reading job descriptions as input and comparing the resumes which fall into the category of given Job Descriptions. In order to match and rate candidates in real-time, the software provides a ranking after filtering and recommends the better resume for a given textual job description. The Advantages of the proposed system are Secured, Interpretability, High accuracy, Lightweight model & fast processing. It could be used in MNC's where multiple resumes must be screened every single day for multiple jobs.

One of the most essential ways for the biosynthesis of nanoparticles is the use of plant extracts in the biosynthesis process, which is one of the most important approaches. Using Azadirachta indica leaf extract, it was possible to witness competitive bioreduction of Au3+ and Ag+ ions when both ions were present in solution at the same time. It was discovered that bimetallic Au core-Ag shell nanoparticles may be synthesised in solution. Aloevera leaf extract has been shown to be effective in the creation of gold nanotriangles and spherical silver nanoparticles. Transmission electron microscopy and ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy were used to track the kinetics of NPs production (TEM). Adding Aloevera extract to a 10-3 M solution of AgNO3 and HAuCl4 for around 5 hours resulted in the emergence of a yellow and red hue in the solution, which was confirmed by other researchers.

Every person these days has an individual ATM card for each and every bank where they maintain multiple accounts. So, handling numerous cards, remembering password for every bank account is difficult. Currently, banks are looking for each and every opportunity to maintain and provide new facilities for their customers. Integrating multiple bank accounts into single ATM card encourages banks for better customer management. Here we are developing an application for banking sector particularly for Debit/ATM card section. User can create his account using same mobile number, get ATM card from the bank. He can integrate all his accounts in other banks into a single card with a unique identification number. Here An RFID tag is used as a smart ATM card, it is considered as an existing and fast-growing technology. We are providing an extra security for the ATM card to prevent fraud and ATM theft. The fingerprint of the user is user as an Authentication. Data of a fingerprint is stored in database using the enrollment process through the bank. The user has to enter the pin code in order to do further transaction. The user can withdraw money from the account selected by him previously according to the specific account number.

Inverse cooking using a convolutional neural network is a promising approach that utilizes deep learning techniques to determine the ingredients and cooking instructions used in a recipe from an image of the final dish. In this research paper, we propose a model for inverse cooking that uses a deep convolutional neural network to predict the ingredients and cooking steps of a recipe given an image of the final product. We evaluate the performance of our model on a publicly available dataset of food images and recipes and achieve high accuracy in predicting the ingredients and cooking instructions of the recipes. Our study provides insights into the development of deep learning models for inverse cooking and highlights the potential applications of this technique in the food industry. This research paves the way for future work in developing personalized meal-planning systems and improving recipe search engines.

The millennial and Gen Z generations' shifting consumer preferences have significantly altered the luxury market in recent years. Through an analysis of their views about luxury products and their purchasing habits, this study seeks to understand the effects of the luxury business on these two demographic groups. The study uses a comparative methodology to examine information gathered from surveys and interviews with Gen Z and millennial customers. The results show that while there are some parallels between the two groups' attitudes toward luxury goods, there are also some significant disparities. The study ends by examining the results' significance for luxury businesses and providing suggestions for how they might adjust to the shifting tastes of their younger customers.

The mandi district of Himanchal Pradesh witnessed damaged to life, road ,infrastructure and landscape .The current study generates knowledge about landslide influencing factors and generates landslide hazard zonation maps using GIS, which is based on Analytical Hierarchy process method in which their weightage will be given to the parameters according to their importance in the landslide hazard. The research was conducted on a portion of Mandi district in Himachal Pradesh, India, which is most important landslide hazard area. With the help of landslide inventory, a range of landslide triggering geo-environmental factors were chosen for landslide hazardous mapping, including slope, relative relief, soil, Land Use and Land Cover (LULC), lithology, drainage density, and earthquake hazardous. The study area's slope gradient, slope aspect, curvature, and relative relief map were created using a digital elevation model. Also, in this study analysis part of different element at risk will be our outcome which will help to focuses on the building damage, injured and fatalities rate. Further it is analyzed spatially at the regional Scale itself and susceptibility is done on these three parameters in which it distinguishes the highest to low in which strategies and proposal is given to most vulnerable.

Early detection and accurate staging are critical to successful treatment of colon cancer, which is one of the top causes of cancer-related mortality globally. In the existing system, statistical features are used to classify cancer using supervised learning methods. However, recent advancements in deep learning have shown significant promise for improving classification accuracy. Research is being carried out to compare custom convolutional neural networks (CNNs) with pre-trained CNN models. We evaluated various deep learning models to identify the best model for classifying colon cancer. A publicly available dataset of histopathological images of colon cancer will be used to train and validate this custom CNN model. Performance metrics such as accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, and F1-score were used to assess the proposed CNN model. The results showed that the custom CNN model outperformed the pre-trained models with an accuracy of 93.6%, sensitivity of 92.7%, specificity of 94.5%, and F1-score of 0.916. Therefore, the proposed custom CNN model can be considered as a promising approach for colon cancer classification using histopathological images. By improving colon cancer diagnosis accuracy and developing an efficient computer-aided diagnosis system, this study will assist in improving colon cancer diagnosis accuracy.
