The proposed system provides a centralized and automated platform where candidates can create profiles, upload resumes, search for job opportunities, and apply online, while employers can post job openings, manage applications, and shortlist candidates efficiently. The system is designed with a focus on usability, scalability, and data security. Advanced features such as job filtering, real-time updates, and secure authentication mechanisms enhance the overall user experience. The system architecture ensures efficient handling of multiple users and large datasets. The implementation utilizes modern web development technologies, making the platform responsive and accessible across devices. The developed system not only reduces the time and effort involved in recruitment but also improves transparency and accessibility. It serves as a practical solution for modern hiring challenges and can be further enhanced with intelligent features such as AI-based job recommendations and resume analysis

Conventional hiring approaches are often time-consuming, inefficient, and limited by geographical constraints. To address these challenges, this internship project at Shorat Innovation Pvt. Ltd. This paper presents the design and development of an advanced and interactive E-commerce Sales Dashboard using Microsoft Power BI integrated with Microsoft SQL Server to support efficient data analysis and strategic decision-making. The primary objective of this study is to convert large volumes of raw, unstructured transactional data into meaningful and actionable insights through systematic processes such as data collection, cleaning, transformation, and visualization. The proposed system leverages the capabilities of business intelligence tools to monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs), including total sales, profit margins, customer purchasing behavior, order trends, and region-wise performance. The methodology involves structured data storage using SQL Server, followed by data preprocessing and modeling techniques to ensure accuracy and consistency. Advanced analytical methods such as time-series analysis, trend identification, and category-wise segmentation are applied to uncover hidden patterns and support business forecasting. The dashboard is designed with an intuitive and user-friendly interface, incorporating interactive elements such as slicers, filters, and dynamic visualizations including bar charts, line graphs, maps, and KPI indicators.

The usage of floating columns for additional space is a recent trend that caters to functional needs. The architectural feature known as the floating column responds poorly to earthquakes. As a result, it should be avoided in areas prone to earthquakes. Earthquakes affect mostly where there is a weak structure; in modern buildings, apertures are widespread for lifts, lighting, and other architectural features. This review displays the results of numerous research studies. Different researchers used various floating column locations across the structure. The main goal of research conducted by various researchers is to compare structures with floating columns and without floating columns

 Abstract

This study evaluates the seismic performance of an asymmetric 20-storey reinforced concrete building with and without infill walls. Three configurations--bare frame, AAC block infill, and burnt clay brick infill-- are analyzed using ETABS as per IS 1893 (Part 1): 2016. Key parameters such as displacement, drift, stiffness, and overturning moment are compared. Results show that infill walls significantly improve seismic performance by reducing displacement and drift, with AAC blocks performing better in displacement control and burnt clay bricks providing higher stiffness. However, infill walls increase overturning moments, requiring stronger foundation design.CIn a National Highway Project, the engineer has to plan, design and construct either a network of new roads or road link. Once a highway is constructed, development takes along the adjoining land and subsequent changes in alignment highway is not a source of potential traffic hazard, but also causes a considerable increase in transportation cost and strain on drivers and the passengers. Modern web applications require seamless integration between front-end and back-end technologies to provide efficient and user-friendly systems. Traditional standalone applications lack scalability, real-time interaction, and centralized data management.

Foundations are essential structural elements that transfer loads safely from a structure to the underlying soil. The performance of a footing depends largely on the bearing capacity of the soil and the amount of settlement it undergoes under loading. This project presents an experimental study on the behavior of footings under different soil conditions and loading patterns.
