We report the case of a 20-year-old patient followed in the dermatology department for tuberous sclerosis of Bourneville. Ophthalmologic examination found visual acuity of 10/10 P2 with appendages and an anterior segment without notable abnormalities in both eyes. The fundus of the right eye revealed a translucent, greyish-white, finely vascularized nasal para-papillary tumor formation evoking a type I astrocytic hamartoma, with two other small cottony infero-papillary lesions (Figure 1-A). In the left eye, there is a whitish, partially calcified tumor lesion with a papillary diameter and nasal para-papillary site (Figure 1-B). Fluorescein angiography revealed an aspect of early auto-fluorescent lesions becoming hyper-fluorescent late in both eyes (Figure 1-C, 1-D) with a peripheral lesion causing a window effect (Figure 1-E). General examination found diffuse angiofibromas on the face (Figure 1-F) and trunk with achromatic spots on the back (Figure 1-G). The neurological, cardiovascular and abdominal examinations were normal. Chest x-ray, kidney ultrasound, echocardiography, and brain computed tomography did not show other locations. The diagnosis of Bourneville tuberous sclerosis was retained due to the association of cutaneous angiofibromas with retinal astrocytic hamartomas.

Electronic voting machine (EVM) was introduced in 20th centuries, it is widely used. Traditional Electronic Voting Machines can stores only voting count of each candidate. Voter identification and allow for vote is done manually by Polling Officer using voter list. Polling officer use an indelible ink for identifying the fraudulent voter. These methods require additional man power. To overcome these problems, we proposed new technique which is based on Internet of Things (IOT). Here we are connecting voting machine to Internet of things. The user initially as to enroll their faces and their finger print with an id. Later while voting, the users has to enter his Aadhaar id when it matches then he goes for finger print, if any matches the monitor displays id and party short names of every party. The user has to enter that party id using keypad module. Then the party icon will display in the monitor. The vote count of that party will gets incremented and the total vote counts of every party should be updated to the server. As the system using both biometric and the camera, if anyone of them matches the citizen is allowed to vote. The server gets the voter registration id and the vote count of every party. Based on this data, the server sends an email and a message as thanks for voting and also it compares the votes count of every party and shows the leading party.

An easiest, precise, accurate and isocratic RP-HPLC stability-indicating method was developed and validated for determination of Nabumetone. RP-HPLC separation was achieved on Agilent Zorbax Bonus RP (5?, 250 mm X 4.6 mm) column using mobile phase comported of methanol: water (35:65, % v/v) at flow rate of 1 ml/ min. Forced declination studies were performed on bulk sample of Nabumetone using acid (1 N Hydrochloric acid), base (1 N Sodium hydroxide solution), oxidation (3% Hydrogen Peroxide Solution), Dry heat (80?C). Good resolution between the peaks corresponds to declination products. The estimation angles of Nabumetone showed good linearity in the attention range 60-140 ?g/ ml with UV discovery (270 nm). The correlation portions were better than 1.000. With limit of discovery and quantification 0.61 ug/ml and 1.86 ?g/ml, independently. The system has the needful delicacy, selectivity, perceptivity and perfection to assay declination products performing from the stress studies didn't intrude with assay is therefore stability- indicating.

This study focused on the analysis of mungbean value chain in Delomena district of Bale zone with specific objectives of analyzing the mungbean value chain; identifying the determinants of mungbean supply to the market and market outlet choice of mungbean producers and mungbean value addition at different stages of the marketing chain. Primary data were collected from 90 farmers and 30 wheat traders using structured questionnaires. Descriptive statistics and Econometrics models were used to analyze the collected data. Results show that the main mungbean value chain actors in the study area are input suppliers, farmers/producers, assemblers, wholesalers, commission agents and cooperatives. The result of 2SLS indicated that size of landholding, livestock ownership, family size and quantity of mungbean produced influences amount of mungbean supplied to market significantly. The multinomial logit model result indicated that the likelihood to choose wholesalers market outlet was significantly influenced by frequency of extension contact, distance from market place, own price of the commodity and membership to cooperative compared to accessing assemblers mungbean market outlet. The likelihood of accessing cooperative mungbean market outlet was significantly influenced by price given to the commodity and distance from market place compared to accessing assembler market outlet. Result of probit model indicated that access to market information, quantity of mungbean produced, distance from market place access to market information, access to extension and credit services significantly affected farmers decision to be engaged in value addition. Therefore, policies aiming at increasing farmers awareness of producing value added mungbean produce to enhance value creations are recommended to strengthen chain development.

For a project to be properly managed, there is a need to generate its work-breakdown structure (WBS), and to define work packages so that they can be correctly assigned to organizational units. The WBS may be considered the taxonomy of a project. Several possible patterns of WBS can be generated, despite the fact that all of them describe the same project. However, different WBS patterns call for different organizational structures and management styles during project implementation. Thus, the WBS designer already has a significant impact on the way that a project is to be managed at the very early stage of proposal submission, sometimes without being aware of it. A mismatch between the project WBS, the organizational structure, and the management style of the project manager has a negative impact on the likelihood of the project being completed successfully. Chaos results if the various parties to the project each produce a different WBS. The paper discusses the above issues, and presents an analysis of the different options for a WBS for an example project, and the possible impact of the options on the preferred organizational structure and management style. Well defined software scope eases the process of scope verification and contributes to project success. Furthermore, a deliverable-oriented WBS provides a road map to a well-defined software scope of work. It is on the basis of this that this paper extends the use of deliverable-oriented WBS to that of scope verification process. This paper argues that a deliverable-oriented WBS is a tool for software scope verification.
