The beginning of social work not only in India but in Europe and America was concentrated on micro issues of the society. It mainly focuses on the individual concerns by putting individual as a problematic person. However, this approach sees individual as a subject of social work practice. Unlike micro practice, macro social work practices focuses on broad issues which is based on the assumption that environment and the outer structure of the society has certain difficulty and hence, it should be dealt with. The macro social work approach further focuses on challenging the structural inequalities to bring about change in the society. Social work practice in India which was heavily focuses on the functional issues of the society ignored the issues that has emerged from the social structure. Nevertheless, there were few attempts by social work practitioners during 1980's to bring the structural issues in centre of social work practice. The experience of practising social work in rural areas is different from that in urban areas. This has led to the development of a rural specialisation in the social work profession. In this article, the author draws upon his experience of more than 30 years as a social worker in rural settings, to explore the relationship between rurality and professional social work practice and education.

Education, widely regarded as the key to human and societal development, has raised critical issues and emancipated the human thought process in the pursuit of human liberty and dignity. In this sense, a quality higher education should enable personal accomplishment and enlightenment, constructive civic life, and productive human resources for nation building. With this context in mind and the view of educational quality indicators in mind, this paper conducts an empirical analysis of students' perceptions of the quality of higher education in the state of Odisha. The study used a structured questionnaire to conduct a comparative study of 209 students from two colleges in the Puri district. The paper concluded that higher education in Odisha is average, and the quality of higher education is hampered by structural and functional mechanisms, specifically the curriculum structure, libraries, and laboratory facilities, and the function of classroom and teaching facilities. According to the students' opinions, it will be improved by the self-assessment of teachers and management, proper vision, and the facilitation of desirable educational skills among the teachers by the government.

Prameha is one of the Meda Dhatu Vikruthijanya Vyadhi, characterized by Prabhuta Avila Mutrata. Considering the lakshana of Prameha, it can be correlated to Diabetes mellitus in the present day. Diabetes mellitus (DM) refers to a group of common metabolic disorders that share the phenotype of hyperglycemia. There are two broad categories of DM, designated type 1 and type 2. The rise in prevalence is more for type-2 diabetes than for type-1. It is anticipated that by the year 2030, the number of diabetics globally will double from the present figure of 250 million. The treatment modalities for Prameha include Sodhana Chikitsa & Shamana Chikitsa and Apatarpana Chikitsa & Santarpana Chikitsa based on the type of Prameha namely Sthula Pramehi and Krusha Pramehi. In this article, an attempt is made to understand the treatment principles of Prameha with special reference to Shodana and its probable mode of action.

This review is about aetiology of temporomandibular joint disorders and its effects on occlusion, its interferences with relationship to temporomandibular joint discomfort and need of occlusal adjustment. The focus of this review will be etiological factors causing temporomandibular discomfort and its prosthodontic management for the prevention of same. The scope of prosthodontics has been a boon to serve mankind. Mastication phonation and aesthetics has been a miracle in rehabilitating the patients since a long time. The ultimate health of a patient depends upon his absorption of various nutrients and it depends greatly on the masticatory efficiency and mastication depends upon the occlusion. Temporomandibular joint functioning and occlusion should be in harmony with each other it is otherwise affected by either of them. This topic is reviewed regarding the aetiology and its effect on functioning of temporomandibular joint as it governs the functioning in all the three planes hence, we need to understand the dynamics of its movement and its effect on the occlusal contacts.

Pericoronitis is inflammation of the soft tissue associated with the crown of partially erupted tooth. It is seen most commonly in relation to the mandibular third molar. The common symptoms and signs are pain, swelling, trismus, halitosis, bad taste inflammation of pericornal flap and pus discharge from underneath inflammation sometimes aggravated by trauma from an antagonist tooth. The microorganisms may involve in pericoronitis such as Streptococcus . sp, candida albicans is one of the most common opportunistic organisms, which cause oral cavity infections in humans .Most Antifungal and antibacterial drugs possess side effects and may have an undesirable taste. Ginger root is one of the oldest herbal products used in traditional medicine which has known antimicrobial effect and used in the manufacture of Zingiber officinale mouthwash. The present review was designed to investigate antimicrobial effect of Zingiber officinale mouthwash. In this study, the susceptibility of Streptococcus sp. and Candida albicans to Zingiber officinale was evaluated in comparison with commercially available mouth wash using disc diffusion method.

This research is to create different styles of adaptable robe for the common people. Adjustable garments are available in the market only for pregnant ladies, as their body changes each month..Therefore, the dress s not comfortable for all peoples and if it is, they have to give for Alterations to tailor shop or remove stitches. Even if give it to the tailor and make alterations, it is not comfortable for everyone. When the size increases, we have to divide our stitches. The fabric is damaged when the stitching is separated. it makes a holes. To solve this problem survey had been taken and according to that have designed a dress with comfy fit.In this project have created a bunch of garments which can be worn by two different sized people. When the size changes according to person silhouette also varies. The cotton fabrics are naturally dyed, so the garments are sustainable and bio degradable.

Sign language has been a solid medium for dumb and deaf people to interact with others. Speech-impaired people and people with impaired hearing make use of different meaningful hand-gestures and facial expressions to convey their message. However, many people lack the knowledge and understanding of such hand gestures, which then leads to difficulty in communicating or exchanging information with one another. Thus, there is a communication gap between them and normal people. The sign language recognition system acts as a supportive interface between their community and other people out there. This paper presents a way to convert human sign language or hand gestures to a meaningful text. This is achieved with the help of the Python programming language.

Artificial Intelligence is a broad field that encompasses various concepts in Information Technology. This research paper focuses on different technologies in AI and how they apply to improve the performance of multiple sectors. The purpose of this study is to discuss Artificial Intelligence and its present and future applications. AI is the foundation of multiple concepts, such as computing, software creation, and data transmission. The technologies that use AI are machine learning, deep learning, Natural Language Generation, speech recognition, robotics, and biometric identification. AI applies to many sectors such as healthcare sectors, assembling and manufacturing industries, business organizations, and in the automotive industries. AI also has various advantages that make it gain more popularity in many areas. The AI-powered machine can perform many jobs at once; they are not costly compared to human beings and are accurate and efficient. AI also encounters multiple problems that undermine its application. AI is prone to technical difficulties, security snags, data difficulties, and can cause accidents if users fail to understand the AI system. The increased use of AI has transformed various sectors by boosting the organization's performance and facilitating data safety.
