Microfinance becomes a tool for development in the third world countries. Modern microfinance is started from Bangladesh, but India too has a mature history of microfinance The aim of microfinance is lending the credit to poor so that they can enhance themselves economically and can be lifted out of poverty. India considers microfinance as an alternate credit delivery system. Microfinance started with noble cause to reduce the world poverty and committed to overall development of the poor. However, microfinance diverted from its main objective of social development and just become an agency of providing credit like any other financial organizations. This article examines the journey and changing trajectory of microfinance in India since inception. The paper concludes that the landscape of microfinance has changed from social objective of serving the unserved by extending credit to profit motives of microfinance institutions (MFIs) by commercializing themselves. And MFIs diverted from its path for what it was meant.

The article reviews the different in-vitro assays can be carry out in the laboratory to check the anti-inflammatory activity for particular herbal extracts. These assays include protein denaturation assay, membrane stabilization assay, enzyme assays. Diclofenac, acetyl salicylic acid, indomethacin used as standard drugs in the following assays. all assays are possible to carry out inside the laboratory, so there is no animal involved and harmed and herbal drug shows less side effects than synthetic one with easy availability. The anti-inflammatory activity can be check for herbal drugs in less time, in-vitro by following methods. Protein denaturation assay includes heating of egg albumin it denaturate the protein and shows the anti-inflammatory activity.membrane lysis assay involves preparation of red blood cells suspension, then the heating of solution, centrifugation, and then absorbance is taken of the supernatant layer.hypotonicity induced haemolysis include hyposaline for anti-inflammatory activity. enzyme assays include collection of enzyme from animal cells or tissues. Enzymes such as lipoxygenase, cyccloxygenase, hyaluronidase from animal tissues or cells.activities of enzymes takes place through reactions carried out under certain conditions are used for in-vitro study not the animals. Antiproteinase activity involves incubation, perchloric acid which terminate the reaction, centrifugation and absorbance.in lipoxygenase enzyme assay linoleic acid used as substrate to start the reaction, absorbance and calculation gives inhibition of lipoxygenase by using equations.

In order to survive and grow in a competitive environment, businesses must constantly improve their performance. Human resources, on the other hand, can be seen as one of the most essential organisational resources, referred to as "knowledge workers" in the new paradigm of the knowledge economy. Organizations have been paying more attention to their employees in recent years, and they've been looking for methods to improve their work environment and motivate them. This is owing to the fact that the human being is the organization's most precious asset. Businesses that lose their intellectual capital have a little chance of surviving. We need performance management, namely the performance evaluation system, to recognise this massive capital. The purpose of this article is to offer a full and complete review of 'performance management systems' as one of the most important human resource management procedures. One of the most essential concerns that will be covered is the introduction of basic ideas connected to HRM performance and the exploration of different elements of performance management and performance assessment, as well as the primary techniques for assessing staff performance.

Social media is a developing technology adapted by individuals for various purposes around the globe. Across the globe, social media tools have been noted to play an important part in the renovation of traditional teaching and learning techniques. Despite being designed mainly for online social contact, social media platforms often have tools that can be utilised for instructional reasons to encourage students to participate in active learning. Furthermore, social publishing capabilities that promote User Generated Content (UGC) play a key role in transforming social media sites into informal, networked, and beneficial online learning environments. The objective of this research is to examine how social media platforms are used for educational purposes in India. Furthermore the study analyzes the advantages and challenges of utilization of social media platforms in the education field. The research also seeks to understand the impact of pandemics on the establishment of an online learning environment in India.

Abstract: The Bharatiya Jana Sangh was founded by one of the renowned political figures of Bengal, Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee in the year 1951, was one of the significant political parties of post-independent India which was active in the preservation of the elements of Hindutva. It was actually the political branch of the Rastriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and the RSS leadership was pretty active in the policy making and the organization of the Jana Sangh. Sometimes, this intervention from the RSS leadership proved harmful to the ambitions of the Jana Sangh, which for the political gain often lose its principle and objectives. In this research article, the role of Bharatiya Jana Sangh in Indian politics is highlighted and how it was able to safeguard the elements of Hindutva and its challenges is discussed.

Because of the rising demand for concrete, it is critical to expand cement output. As a result, greenhouse gas emissions, which are to blame for global warming, are growing. Instead of cement, industrial byproducts such as fly ash, GGBFS, silica fume, metakaoline, marble powder, and so on can contribute to long-term growth. This will result in the utilization of waste resources and, as a result, a reduction in the cost of making concrete. The bulk of environmental issues are caused by garbage accumulation in the environment. The large-scale discharge of materials into the environment, such as Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GGBFS) and Waste Marble Powder (WMP), emphasizes the need of reusing these products.
