The exponential growth in the newer technologies like electronic gadgets and internet connectivity has led to many advancements in the existing systems and has provided a scope of many more such possible advancements. This research paper provides a detailed idea of the possible implementation of an efficient e-Voting system using web-based platform and also portrays the scope of deploying the idea onto an android platform making an android application that can beused nstead of the website for the same known purpose. This idea easily depicts how the voting process can be made much more easy and efficient. This e-voting system promises the safest possible way to cast a vote and the best possible algorithm calculation of the results. This paper provides the idea of the proposed system in terms of specifications and requirements of the system. e-Voting basically means the process of voting done through an electronic device like personal computers, laptops or smart phones etc. In the starting, an introduction and brief idea is provided about the proposed system through a general diagram. This section is followed by the concepts, surveys, design and implementation details that would be made use of in the work.

The question of the representation of the victor and the vanquished has tantalized all stake-holders spatio-temporally. While the victors have had their absolute truths, the vanquished, in their undergrounds, have sustained a voice of themselves and complained of a dissociation of that absolute from their collective memory. History and literature, two major aspects of narrative, have been the loci of this debate and there have been persevering interrogations about the status of and space in recits. The paper attempts an analysis of these narrative spaces and the need to resynchronize them in order to offer genuine space to the tribal reality. In addition, the paper strives to foreground the kind of spatial distribution that is imminent for a just and civilized social order and the progenitors of the same.

The earlier work on the snails and cercariae of this region was carried out by Karykarte and Yadav( 1974 to 1979 under PL-480 Project on Control of Molluscan Agents of Helminth Parasites of Agricultural and Veterinary Importance (Project No. A 7-ADP-39). The account of their finding was published in the year 1981. They examined 8 species of snails viz , Viviparous bengalensis, Melanoids tuberculatus, Melanus scabra, Lymnea acumulata , Lymnea luteola, Lymnea auricularia, Indoplanorbis exustus, Anisus (Gyrulus) convexiusculus. Out of these 8 species, they reported cercarial infection in 6 species of snails and 2 species, M. scabra and V. bengalensis were free from larval infection. Their work included description of 11 species of fresh water cercariae belonging to Monostome, Amphistome and Distome groups. The work on larval trematodes was further continued in this region in the Trematology Laboratory. Present paper deals with two species of freshwater cercariae which belong to Furcocerus cercariae of Baiswan Group. Out of these two species, one is reported from the host Lymnea acuminata and the other is from Lymnea Luteola. The collection were carried out at Gangapur project ( Water reservoir ) Godavari river, Dharha river, Waldevi river, Girnare, ponds and ditches around Godavari river.

This research project majorly focuses on the set or expected gender roles that have been set into the minds of the stereotypical society from a long period of time. The minds of the children are trained in a way that they meet their expected set of roles. A female child is ordained to be a good daughter and aspire to get married and become a good wife by abiding with all the duties that she must fulfil. A male child is expected to earn well as he is said to be the head of the family who will earn the bread. These roles, based on the gender are rooted deep inside the minds of the people. People do not conform and find it inappropriate if the mark of division is slightly blurred. The difference must be maintained in order to carry the politics of the society which is hovering over from centuries.

In this paper, we present a model of the Bhagavat Gita as an Algebraic Group of Human Resources for Professional Human Resource Management. An individual is considered as an algebraic Group of Human Resources (Soft skills, Outer and Inner human Resources) under the binary operation, Karma-Yoga (Professional Aptitude). In this paper, we investigate the Human Resources Management principles mentioned in Bhagavat Gita and their Group theoretical formulations.

Sustainable Development in a building is related to focus on low cost and low energy architecture. The site of work is the key point for investigation. In hilly stations, the buildings are constructed by various types of soil and rock formations.Varying slope characteristics in development on improper selection of sites often causes landslides, loss of life and damages of properties. Hill slope less than 300 is stable gradient corresponds to safe angle of repose of slope forming materials. Computational results for honeycomb cell depth in the range of 2 to 16 cm show that the cell width range of 7 mm to 19 mm is sufficient to suppress the convection for the angle of inclination of 100 ,400 & 700 and DT in the range of 200C to 1200C which is the range of interest in solar thermal applications. Simultaneously experimental results in fabrication of noryl air heater are capable of providing hot air of temperature difference [150 C-300 C] on a moderate sunny day. Therefore it is a suitable air heater for producing hot air of space heating and agricultural drying applications. Innovative applications of TIM Devics for sustainability and heat tranfer analysis corresponding to New Delhi and Leh in India and Boulder in USA for TIM device of depth 5 cm to 10 cm and aspect ratio of 10-20 considerably enhances the heat flux entering the living space and increases the indoor temperature to comfortable conditions in cold climates. Therefore an appropriate engineering design of building with TIM insulation would involve tradeoff between several of above-mentioned factors.
