Artificial Intelligence (AI) has the potential to revolutionize India's administrative environment through the integration of AI into e-governance technologies, offering efficiency, accessibility, and inclusion. This study examines the various effects, difficulties, and prospects brought about by India's deployment of AI in e-governance. In order to better understand how AI may improve e-governance in India, the study looks at how advanced data analytics and predictive modelling can improve decision-making, improve service delivery, and expedite bureaucratic processes. It also covers how chatbots and virtual assistants driven by AI might improve public participation and enable responsive governance. The study explores the difficulties in applying AI to e-governance, including issues with data security, privacy, and algorithmic decision-making bias. It also discusses the digital divide and the necessity of enhancing government officials' capacity to use AI technologies efficiently. The study highlights important chances to use artificial intelligence (AI) in e-governance to solve social issues and promote sustainable development. These potentials include using AI to develop proactive policies, deliver personalized services, and launch focused initiatives in industries like agriculture, healthcare, and education. This study paper offers an in-depth examination of the implications, obstacles, and prospects of artificial intelligence in the process of revolutionizing e-governance in India.

Our forthcoming paper shows great interest in breakthrough and advanced technologies. In the realm of tourism, it is very crucial to have proper planning and strategy for a trip, for which one needs a guide. Travellers today depend on technology to get up-to-date information about any location. MahaXplore is a tour guide that will virtually help the tourist to make their trip MahaXplore and innovative "Android Application" is programmed to fulfill all the needs of travellers. MahaXplore provides the most accurate information about the places that tourists are eagerly waiting to explore. Along with that, the app provides the Facilities such as hospitals, medical supermarkets, and restaurants nearby. It also provides a map of a particular place so that tourists won't get swerved from the destination. In summary, our main aim is to provide one stop location for all tour guide related features for Maharashtra in one app stop for all tour guide related functions.

Multi-sensor image fusion techniques combine two or more geometrically registered images of the same scene into a single image that is more easily interpreted than any of the originals. Resolution of the PAN sensor is higher than that of the MS sensor. In addition, a high resolution MS image has a data volume significantly greater than that of a bundled high resolution PAN image and low resolution MS image. Considering these limitations, it is clear that development of an efficient image fusion technique is the best solution for providing high spatial resolution and high spectral resolution remote sensing images. An ideal fusion process should preserves the original spectral characteristics and add spatial characteristics to the image r . In this paper, we review the popular and state-of-the-art fusion methods in different levels especially in the pixel level.

Wound is the term which means the damage or tearing of cells and its anatomy and cell function. The wound healing is a process which involves hemostasis, inflammation, proliferation and remodeling of tissue. The proposed study was done and performed to evaluate the wound healing capacity of the herbs like psidium guajava leaf and piper betle leaf when formulated in form of transdermal patches. In this study natural wound healing was enhanced by the various phytochemicals present in guava leaf and betle leaf. The main of the study was to formulate the herbal transdermal patches for wound healing. The extract of guava leaves has been found to have antiseptic properties and can promote normal and rapid wound healing. Betle leaf extract effectively accelerates wound healing, apart out of the low risk of side effects its economically affordable and readily available in the surrounding environment. Herbal formulation is still the mainstay about 75-80% of worlds population in various country for health care because it has fewer side effects. In various study it has been seen and observed that the plants like guava and betle have the wound healing activities. Transdermal drug delivery system was introduced to overcome the difficulties of drug delivery through oral route. TDDS has wide scope in future so it involves various new approaches.

Abstract:The aim of this study was to assess the role of agmatine as a novel neurotransmitter in the CNS and its other important actions in the body. The CNS, being the most injury-susceptible part of the mammalian body, has been observed to protect neurons from damage. Agmatine plays a vital role in neurological diseases. Previous studies have found that agmatine is related to the regulation of nitric oxide synthesis, relief from chronic pain, cerebral edema, and glucose regulation. It binds with imidazoline-binding sites and ?2-adrenoreceptors and blocks N-methyl-D-aspartate receptors via voltage and concentration-dependent mechanisms, as well as other ligand-gated cationic channels including nicotinic and 5-HT3 receptors. In this review, we will focus on the pharmacological role of agmatine, establishing it as a novel neurotransmitter.

The significance of intrusion detection systems (IDS) in network security and the need for accurate and effective detection methods are emphasised by research on the subject. Research emphasises the use of statistical methods in host-based systems, web-based data mining systems, and modern intrusion detection systems such as firewalls. It offers a thorough synopsis and evaluation of the body of knowledge about this topic. Using web-based data mining and machine learning algorithms--such as Rough Set Theory and Support Vector Machine--as well as an optimised framework and a two-layer mechanism, the article investigates intrusion detection systems. Effective feature selection and representation are the foundation of machine learning-based intrusion detection systems (IDS). For feature extraction, anomaly detection, abuse detection, and hybrid models, new approaches are required. It's also necessary to have domain adaptability, interpretable models, visualisation, and strong defensive mechanisms. Compared to conventional techniques, the suggested learning-based intrusion detection system may identify network traffic patterns more precisely, minimizing false positives and logging network activity. Although it can be flexible and scalable to many kinds of attacks and network circumstances, it could have issues with interpretability, resource needs, and possible hostile manipulation vulnerabilities.

The study is a descriptive study aimed at understanding the perception of individuals towards Fintech in banking services with respect to Valsad district. A sample size of 160 respondents was taken for carrying out the research. Primary data was used for the study and the data was collected through a structured questionnaire (Google forms) to collect data from the respondents. Random sampling and convenience sampling techniques were used and the statistical tools used were SPSS Software and Microsoft Excel. However the findings indicated that the young population majorly students are familiar with and actively use Fintech services in Valsad district.
