Recruitment is one of the most fundamental activities of HR team. Recruitment is the set of activities and processes used to legally find an inadequate number of people with correct place and time experience, so that, people and organization can be selected, in their own interest, short and long term. A study has been conducted on the subject, a study of recent trends in recruitment and selection within the city of Vadodara. The sample is selected from 40 private companies within the Vadodara district. 40 cores HR was selected that selected people at random and data are collected from them through the data collection tool. Respecting the caution steps for the Covid-19 pandemic situation, the data collection for the study was performed through the online portal. Google's forms were made and collected primary data through it. Telephone calls were also made to collect data.

Pterocarpus marsupim Roxb belongs to the family fabaceaeis commly known as red Indian kino tree. This forest endangered medicinal tree has restricted distribution to southern parts of india. Pterocarpus marsupium is medium to large sized deciduous tree and can reach upto the height of 30m In nature Pterocarpus marsupim has a very restricted distribution and does not propagate well in nature due to which this tree species is declining in the wild and therefore it has been placed in the red data book. In order to conserve and sustainable use of this endangered species a lot of research efforts are been made on Pterocarpus marsupium in the field of micropropagation, phytochemistry and pharmacology.

Background: The present study was conducted to assess the knowledge, attitude and practice regarding Covid-19 among people in Chennai and Thiruvallur district ( Tamil Nadu). Methods: A cross sectional study conducted among the people at in and out communities of Thiruvallur and Chennai. The size of sample was 220 members. A prior tested questionnaire after taking their verbal consent to participate in study. Results: Insignificant difference in knowledge about Covid-19 was found between male and female respondents. More than 65% of respondents found to have correct knowledge regarding sign and symptom, mode of acquiring corona and way of preventing corona. Conclusion: Health education directed towards improve knowledge and bringing a change in attitude and practice among people is needed to create awareness and remove myths about Corona Virus (CV) in groups of people in the community.

ABSTRACT: Thyroid disease is very common, with an estimated 20 million people in the United States having some form of thyroid disease and research studies emphasizing that approximately 43 million people in India suffer from thyroid disease. The thyroid gland is a small organ found earlier in the neck. It is shaped like a butterfly. Thyroid problems is a abnormal production of thyroid hormones. This research paper based on the prediction of thyroid disease using Decision Tree and Artificial Neural Network. This paper explains to see the separation of the best way. As a result, the operation will be completed in both segregation modes and their accuracy will be compared with the confusion matrix. It has been concluded that ANN provides better accuracy than other decision tree classifier.

The term alcoholism was first used by a Swedish professor of medicine. Marguns huss in 1849 to describe a variety of physical symptoms associated by drunkenness. Alcoholism is a long-term chronic disease. A person who suffered from alcoholism is known as alcoholic. In today society consumption of alcohol is prevailing all over Indian especially among students irrespective of age. Excessive use of alcohol has a negative consequence. Many students consume alcohol due personal, physical, mental, and social at large. Excessive consumption of alcohol creates various social, economic, psychological problems. Problem like family breakdown, separation some foam of verbal, physical and mental abuse, violence, accident, loss of interest in studies, misunderstanding within family. Cervical cancer develops in a woman's cervix (the entrance to the uterus from the vagina). Almost all cervical cancer cases (99%) are linked to infection with high-risk human papillomaviruses (HPV), an extremely common virus transmitted through sexual contact. Although most infections with HPV resolve spontaneously and cause no symptoms, persistent infection can cause cervical cancer in women. Cervical cancer is the fourth most common cancer in women. In 2018, an estimated 570 000 women were diagnosed with cervical cancer worldwide and about 311 000 women died from the disease. In a study report in India 122,844 women suffered with cervical cancer & 67,477 patients died. In India About 432.2millions of women under the age of 15 years old suffering from developing cancer1.
