Abstract The proposal of "One Nation, One Election" (ONOE), which seeks to synchronize elections to the Lok Sabha and State Legislative Assemblies, has emerged as a major subject of political and constitutional debate in India. While proponents argue that simultaneous elections would reduce public expenditure, ensure administrative efficiency, and promote stable governance, critics highlight serious concerns regarding its feasibility, constitutional validity, and implications for India's federal structure. This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the historical evolution of electoral cycles in India, examines the constitutional and institutional requirements for implementing ONOE, evaluates its potential benefits, and critically explores the challenges it poses to federalism and democratic accountability. The study concludes that although ONOE offers certain administrative advantages, its implementation requires cautious deliberation to safeguard the core principles of India's federal and democratic system.

Transdermal drug delivery is a non-invasive way to administer medication without going via the liver. In addition to being the third-largest medication delivery mechanism, this is producing a localized effect. Drug distribution in a regulated way is made possible by this novel delivery. Reduced adverse effects and variations in the drug's blood levels are achieved by the transdermal method. Stop medications from being broken down by the digestive system. A new vesicular system called invasomes provides better transdermal penetration than liposomes. Methanol, ethanolic PBS, thymol, chloroform, and phosphatidylcholine make up this vesicular system. Ethanol, thymol, and phospholipids offer appropriate transdermal penetration characteristics. An invasome is made using the thin film lipid hydration technique. The Mechanical Dispersion Technique is another approach. Zeta potential, cryo TEM, SEM, entrapment efficiency, viscosity, drug content, and in vitro investigations were among the properties of the generated invasome that were evaluated. Fungal infections, skin cancer, acne, and breast cancer are all treated using invasomes. In general, invasomes improve medication delivery via the cellular membrane and epidermal layer. This vesicular carrier presents certain difficulties as well as research prospects for the creation of new, better treatments in the future.

Post-Covid-19 higher education has offered mixed experiences through hybrid learning; likewise, instructors continue to find it challenging to retain engaged and motivated students, particularly for the online portion of hybrid courses. This research brief represents early findings from the classroom-based research project exploring the potential use of gamification strategies in hybrid education to address retention-related challenges associated with online learning. Using the Self-Determination Theory and Flow Theory as guides, the researchers conducted a quantitative pre-post survey investigation on the impact of gamification (using points, badges, and peer-competition style leaderboards) on student engagement and motivation; they found through collecting data from 220 students that using descriptive statistical techniques, correlational analysis, and multiple regression analyses along with paired comparison t-tests provided a method for analyzing changes in both engagement and motivation from the point of gamification introduction to the point of effect on July 31, 2024. The result of the study demonstrated statistically significant positive relationships between gamification and student engagement and motivation to perform academically, with gamification contributing a considerable amount of variance-related to student engagement outcomes. It was found that moderate pre/post gains were made in both student engagement and academic motivation to learn as a result of the study. Although the data does not support a cause-and-effect relationship between these three variables, it suggests that a thoughtfully created and implemented gamification strategy for students who are participating in hybrid learning may encourage increased involvement and interest by students. The researchers of the current study have contributed to the area of Canadian scholarship of teaching and learning by providing data-driven and practice-based information regarding how to use gamification as a means to facilitate student participation in blended postsecondary education.

Physical fitness is an important indicator of overall health and functional capacity. Modern lifestyles, particularly among Information Technology (IT) students, are increasingly sedentary due to prolonged screen time, academic workload, and reduced physical activity. Such lifestyle habits can negatively affect cardiovascular endurance and overall physical fitness. The Modified Harvard Step Test (MHST) is a simple, reliable, and economical method used to evaluate cardiovascular efficiency and determine the Physical Fitness Index (PFI). Therefore, assessing the PFI among IT students is essential to identify their fitness levels and promote awareness about maintaining an active lifestyle.

Abstract The modern English theatre is experiencing some radical changes as the digital revolution has dramatically changed the essence of the performance and the role of the text and the audience. The purpose of the present research is to investigate how digital technologies affect contemporary theatre in England and how the use of multimedia and virtual space can transform the theatre experience. The study is based on a theoretical framework that is informed by cultural studies and postmodern criticism, suggesting that digital theatre is not just a continuation of the traditional practice but a structural transformation that requires the re-evaluation of the existing critical concepts. The research examines the chosen examples of the modern productions in the English language, including the National Theatre Live and the works of Complicite, where the live stream, virtual reality, and visual effects are applied in order to recreate theatrical space. It addresses also the aesthetic aspects of these changes such as the re-definition of the role of the actor, the increased interaction of the audience, the incorporation of the digital element into the performance structure, that leads to the development of new visual and auditory experiences that go beyond the framework of traditional theatre. In addition to the artistic aspect, the study indicates the cultural and social consequences of digital theatre, which represent the modern problems of globalization, migration, and cultural identity. It makes theatre a space of critical activity with reality. This critical reading shows that modern English theatre has transformed into a hybrid space in which literary text, live performance, and digital technologies intertwine and bring a new perspective to the literary and theatrical studies. The paper comes to a conclusion that digital technologies are no longer secondary devices but are a part of the organization of modern English theatre. This shift sees the necessity of new critical methods that could absorb these changes and be able to keep abreast with the fast changing performing arts to further support the significance of theatre as an important means of voicing the apprehensions of the contemporary human being.

In today's dynamic and competitive business environment, organizations are increasingly focusing on attracting and retaining talented employees to achieve sustainable growth, and compensation strategies play a vital role in influencing recruitment outcomes such as candidate attraction, hiring decisions, and employee retention. This study examines the relationship between compensation components--including salary, incentives, benefits, and non-monetary rewards--and recruitment effectiveness using a quantitative approach based on primary data collected from 89 respondents across industries like IT, manufacturing, education, healthcare, and finance. The findings indicate that fair and competitive compensation significantly improves recruitment success by attracting skilled candidates and enhancing organizational appeal, while factors such as transparency, timely payment, and performance-based rewards help build employee trust and motivation. Although basic salary remains the most influential factor, non-monetary benefits like career growth, recognition, and work-life balance also contribute to long-term employee engagement, leading to the conclusion that compensation should be viewed as a strategic tool rather than just an operational cost to achieve effective recruitment and sustained organizational success.

Abstract: Garment construction in fashion design commonly uses two primary techniques: flat pattern making and draping. Flat pattern making involves drafting patterns on paper using body measurements, while draping focuses on shaping fabric directly on a dress form to develop garment structure and fit. Both methods form the foundation of garment development in fashion design and education. An innovative approach that extends these traditional techniques is Transformational Reconstruction (TR), developed by Shingo Sato. In this method, a basic garment block is placed on a mannequin and new style lines are drawn directly onto the garment. The garment is then cut along these lines, and the pieces are manipulated and flattened to create new pattern pieces. This process transforms the original garment structure into innovative designs with sculptural silhouettes, asymmetrical seams, and geometric panels. A critical analysis of TR highlights both its strengths and limitations. The technique promotes creativity, experimental pattern development, and integration of two-dimensional and three-dimensional design approaches. However, it also requires high technical skill, involves time-consuming processes, and may be difficult to adapt for mass production. Despite these challenges, TR remains significant in contemporary fashion design and fashion education.
