The purpose of this study is to identify the impact of leadership skills on employee performance. A sample size of 100 was used using convenience sampling technique. The study used quantitative approaches, and a questionnaire was designed. A five-point Likert scale questionnaire was used to determine the impact of leadership skills on employee performance. 55% of the respondents scored for Administrative skills. Hence from this study administrative skill is more important to become a leader followed by interpersonal skills with 23% and conceptual skills with 21%. In the contemporary competitive environment, the survival and development of institutions are required to emphasis upon the responsibilities and processes that play main role in augmenting their performance. In the prevailing situation, the main objectives for nay dynamic institutions are the development of individual capabilities and ultimately the performance of the institutions. The present study was an attempt to explore the suitable leadership skills with respect to the performance of the employees. All the three styles have significant impact upon the performance of the individuals. Interpersonal and conceptual skills do not have much difference. It means both are equally important to become a good leader. The leadership with these shared attributes will strengthen the institutions and thus the quality will be the only result.

Domestic violence at home is an overall issue coming to across national cutoff points similarly as budgetary, social, racial and class separations. This issue isn't simply commonly dissipated geologically, yet its rate is moreover expansive, making it a customary and recognized lead. Forceful conduct at home is wide spread, significantly instilled and impactsly influences women's prosperity and success. Its continued with nearness is morally flawed. Its cost to individuals, to prosperity systems and to society is tremendous. The inspiration driving the present assessment is to report the regularity of various kinds of damaging conduct at home against women, to separate the data on injurious conduct at home against women in India and some fascinating measures. The organization of injurious conduct at home fundamentally requires united effort of law execution, social government help and restorative administrations organizations. Disregarding the way that tries have been made at this moment, went to cases address basically a look at something bigger, as a lot of the cases are not point by point on account of social loads from family members or social disgrace of analysis. Real change in these cases must be accomplished by changing the mentality of society through guidance and better law essential.

Now in a current scenario green approach in organic synthesis covers a precious value over its traditional one. Green synthesis evolving in this decade got an appreciation from many researchers. This method for the synthesis of derivative of Prop-2en-1one from 2- acetyl pyridine and different aromatic aldehyde at room temperature by using PEG-400 solvent under microwave irradiation yields chalcone within short of time with excellent yield. This method is suitable alternative path for the green approach. In this method may consider as convenient route for synthesis of Chalcone derivative.

The foods that we eat carry microbial associations whose composition depends upon which organisms gain access and how they grow, survive and interact in the food over time. The microorganisms present will originate from the natural micro-?ora of the raw material and those organisms introduced during harvesting, slaughter, processing, storage and distribution. The numerical balance between the various types of microorganisms will be determined by the properties of the food, its storage environment, properties of the organisms themselves and the e?ects of processing. The aim of the study is to check the microbiological quality of street foods. In present work samples constituting spicy salty water and sweet chutney used for preparation of chat dishes were collected from five different locations from street vendors in Nasik city of Maharashtra. These samples were tested for different parameters such as Total Bacterial Count, Total Coliform Count, Presence of Moulds, Escherichia Coli, Salmonella, Staphylococcus and Pseudomonas. Enumeration of bacteria from these samples showed the presence of mesophilic bacteria in each of the sample and there was a considerable variation in bacterial content and pathogens amongst the samples.

Banks act as engines that steer the processes of money markets, the financial sector and economic growth. The Indian banking sector has expanded at a fast pace, especially as we stand today on the brink of the fourth industrial revolution. However, this has not come without its due share of complications. Along with the swiftly growing banking industry, frauds in Indian banks have seen a rising trend and there is an urgent need to revamp the banking sector in India, given the scams involving crores of rupees being unearthed in the recent past. The present study makes an attempt to review and analyze the trend of frauds plaguing the banking sector and its role in the continuous rise of Non- Performing Assets in the India. Further the study endeavors to throw light on the impact of rising bank frauds on profitability of the banking sector in India. The study concludes that the number of frauds plaguing the Indian banking sector is on a constant rise in recent years leading to a rise in NPAs and severely impacting profitability of the banking sector in India. Stringent action by authorities along with finding new means of fraud prevention and reduction is the only way forward for safeguarding the credibility of Indian banks and giving a face-lift to the banking sector of the country.
