Abstract
The purpose of writing this paper is to share the implementation of the project known as Konnect-Mates that is created as a major project for college. The foundation of this project is based upon the core idea of Social Network. Social Network helps people to connect from all over the world. The basic difference between this project and other Social Network platforms is to make it super simple, junk free and free from all trackers. The name Konnect-Mates is actually derived from words Connect and Mates. In short Connection between Mates is Konnect-Mates. The project is completely web based and can be used on any device which has any kind of browser installed. Any new user can simply register on this application and it provides unique id and username for the same. This platform is 100% free and open for anybody to register and use without any restrictions.

Abstract
The goal of this project is to find out the perception and attitude of SMEs towards Digital Marketing in Vadodara City. Keeping in mind the covid and digitalization era we conducted the survey. Had one-to-one interaction with the owners and managers of SMEs to understand more about their behavior. Digital Marketing is known for connecting brands to consumers through multiple platforms like Google, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, Facebook, Pinterest. The SME sector plays an important part in the modern era. The vital contribution of SME in economic development and socially beneficial led to the consideration of the SME sector as a field in strategic interest.

Abstract
In any judicial proceeding, the case may be proved either by oral evidence or by documentary evidence. Oral evidence means the statement of the witness and documentary evidence means the document produced for the inspection of the court in support of the claim. The rule of best evidence enshrined in the provision of the law of evidence is that the evidence must be of the witness who says that he has full and complete knowledge of the fact is issue. This provision is enshrined under section 60 of the act. This section precludes the admission of evidences which are not directly related to the fact in issue. The evidence act also provides that hearsay evidence shall not be admitted however section 6 is an exception to the rule of hearsay. Section 6 provides that the facts which are not in issue may be relevant if they are the part of same transaction. The rule of same transaction is provided under English term res gestae. The facts which are to be proved must be different from the fact in issue but necessary for proving the fact in issue. In any proceedings all the evidences are not admissible. Only those facts are admissible which are connected to the facts in issue and relevant fact. Admissibility is different from the relevancy. All admissible facts are relevant but all relevant facts are not admissible. In the doctrine of res gestae, the facts which are directly connected to the facts in issue by establishing a chain of circumstances are admissible as evidence only.

Abstract
Finite element method (FEM) is a numerical method for solving a differential or integral equation. It has been applied to a number of physical problems, where the governing differential equations are available. The method essentially consists of assuming the piecewise continuous function for the solution and obtaining the parameters of the functions in a manner that reduces the error in the solution. In this article, a brief introduction to finite element method is provided .The aim of the present paper is to study and calculate the stresses in knuckle joint using steady state analysis for different material and the knuckle joint is analysed for structural steel , aluminium alloy. The knuckle joint is proposed to develop in the present study is for an applied force of 150 KN. also find out natural frequency of frame type machine foundation using modal analysis in ANSYS.
