The workplace environment impacts of employees performances, morale, productivity and engagement. The workplace in a majority of industry is unsafe and unhealthy. These includes poorly designed workstations, unsuitable furniture, lack of ventilation, inappropriate lighting, excessive noises, insufficient safety measures in fire emergencies and lack of personal protective equipment. Tues productivity is decreased due to the workplace environment. The workplace environment that most impact of employees performance. The relationship between work, the workplace and the tools of work. The questionnaire was then field and use of survey method was employees to collect the data for conducting the study. Descriptive statistic and one- sample test have been used for analysis. Our finding that shows that employees are providing to good workplace environment, best facility provide that increased the of employees performance. The entire factor of employees are affected that employees performance in the positive way at the organization.

Abstract: In democratic and multi political parties society like India, elections play a pivotal role to form federal forms of governments like Parliament and state Assemblies and Local Self-Government bodies known as Village Panchayats, Taluk Panchayats, Zilla Panchayats, and Municipalities at Urban levels. Indeed, the survival and smooth functioning of democracy are based on the success and smooth fair and impartial elections only. Indeed, to conduct elections impartially, a separate independent constitutional body known as Election Commission of India was constituted under Article 324 of the Constitution. Method of study: The researcher has followed the doctrinal method of study. Objectives of the Study: To find out issues, challenges and suggestions. Governments.

We are living in the click of the world. Social media gives us every news in a finger tip. Therefore, the world has become a global village. Social media is an umbrella term which affects all the domain of human learning more especially in our psycho-motor aspect of life. It is one of the key sources for the development of human civilisation. This paper is a mere attempt to present a glimpse of the social media a means for apt communication to society. The major objective of this study was awareness of social media a means for apt communication to higher secondary school students on the basis of gender, habitation, type of school, medium of instruction and residential and non-residential. The population consists of higher secondary school students in Simdega, Jharkhand and the sample consisted of 200 higher secondary school students. The investigator adapted the survey method. Self constructed and validated tool on awareness of social media was administered to establish the validity and reliability of the tool. Mean, standard deviation and t-test was used to analyse the data to infer findings. The findings of the study reveal that there is a significance difference between the mean scores of social media of higher secondary school students.

Congestion and extended waiting time in the eye OPD for treatment created several problems for patients, medical staff as well as management. Purpose of the time-motion study to know the time is taken in every work station in OPD and regarding the value time, non-value time and total time spent patient in OPD. Time-motion studies analysis different queues which create bottlenecks situation in different work station. The Time-motion indicator plays a vital role in patient satisfaction in OPD. Some tool like Lean Six Sigma which is the latest methodology in healthcare. It focuses on improving process, continuous quality improvements and increasing patients satisfaction by removing non-value time in OPD.

This study has been undertaken to examine the magnitude of illicit financial flows from India during the Post-Reform period by using World Bank Residual Model and to interpret the long-term changes because of illicit flows after post liberalization of trade. To study the impact on Income Inequality with increasing trade openness since Liberalization and to capture various issues that underlie the generation of cross border transfers. To study and analyze how the after-effects of reform, specifically economic growth and income distribution, and increasing trade openness relate to illicit flows, we have found statistical correlation between different variables.

A new simple, rapid and precise UV spectrophotometric method was developed and validated for the simultaneous estimation of Quercetin and MAG. The method involved estimation of Quercetin and MAG by simultaneous equation at 377nm and 248nm respectively in ethanol as a solvent. The Beers law obeyed in the concentration range of 2-10 ?g/ml and 10-60 ?g/ml for Quercetin and MAG respectively. This method was validated with respect to linearity, accuracy, precision, Limit of detection and quantification as per ICH norms. This method was found to be precise as %RSD was less than 2. Thus the proposed method was found to be rapid, specific, precise and accurate for the routine analysis of Quercetin and Monoammonium glycyrrhizinate in gel formulation.

The natural polymers always have exceptional properties which make them distinct from the synthetic polymers and tamarind seed polysaccharide (TSP) is one such example which shows more valuable properties for a wide range of applications. In recent years polysaccharides are used widely in food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries. The near future of drug delivery system would lie in the search of a versatile and harmless material, based mostly on the natural resources. The recent use of biopolymers derived from agricultural feed stocks has attracted the attention of many researchers. So, this review mainly focuses on the utility of TSP in pharmaceutical applications.

Lung Cancer is one of the dangerous disease which affects the human being easily. The reasons for getting lung cancer are Smoking, Exposure to secondhand smoke, Exposure to radon gas, Family history of lung cancer. Earlier there are some mechanisms for detecting lung cancer. The mechanisms are principal component analysis, naive Bayes, k-nearest neighbor, etc, but these algorithms give less accuracy and also these algorithms are used for smaller datasets. In this project we use neural networks that take large datasets and give more accuracy. The detection of lung cancer in early stages can save human lives and based on the symptoms also we can detect lung cancer. But based on the symptoms we cant decide whether it is a lung cancer or sometimes, it might be another disease. In this project we are using Convolution neural networks to detect lung cancer. Here first we remove the noise from the image after that we divide the image into multiple segments then we find the features of the image i.e. we calculate the size of the nodule. Based on those features we detect lung cancer. This project will easily tell whether the patient has lung cancer or not.

Cross talk is a common issue in ASIC design for technologies lesser than 180nm. It is more complicated in larger designs like System on Chip and Network on chip. Crosstalk noise effects the timing performance and degrades the signal which is passing from one module to another module in a chip. Generally ASIC implementations use special crosstalk removal circuits which consume more power and more area. In order to avoid crosstalk and delay we have used Bus Encoding Method. Bus Encoding Method aims to reduce the overall activity factor and there by reduces the consumption in system. This method avoids the crosstalk by low power and low area. We designed 18T Full adder circuit as testing sequence for crosstalk analysis. crosstalk avoidance can be achieved by low area and low power.
