 Abstract

This study focuses on the formulation and evaluation of an antifungal cream incorporating fenugreek seed extract, neem oil, coconut oil, and clove oil, with the aim of assessing its efficacy against Aspergillus Niger. These natural ingredients were chosen for their known antifungal properties, making them promising candidates for an alternative treatment approach. To achieve this, extracts were prepared at different ratios, employing an appropriate solvent system. The resulting mixture underwent rigorous testing against a standard Aspergillus Niger strain, utilizing the agar plate diffusion method. The zones of inhibition around the agar plates containing the formulated mixture were measured, and the information achieve was exposed for statistical investigation. The antifungal activity of the prepared mixture revealed significant inhibition of Aspergillus Niger growth, as evidenced by distinct zones of inhibition. Importantly, the size of these inhibition zones varied based on the specific ratios of fenugreek seed extract, neem oil, coconut oil, and clove oil. Notably, a unique combination of these components demonstrated the highest antifungal activity. Comparative analysis against a positive control, representing conventional antifungal treatment, indicated comparable or even superior effectiveness in reducing Aspergillus Niger growth. This suggests that the formulated mixture could serve as a potent natural antifungal agent. The combined effect of fenugreek seed extract, neem oil, coconut oil, and clove oil showcased remarkable antifungal properties, opening avenues for their potential application as an alternative treatment for Aspergillus Niger fungal infections. The study proposes that the synergistic action of these four components could offer a compelling option for managing such infections. While the results are promising, the study acknowledges the need for further investigations to delve into the underlying mechanisms of action. Additionally, assessing the effectiveness and safety of this formulation in vivo through extended research and clinical trials is imperative. The reading is funding in the rising body of knowledge on likely anti-fungal agents also presents a potential avenue for innovative fungal infection treatments.

 Abstract

Background: Dismissal of Village Officials causes quite a few problems, because the village head makes unilateral dismissal decisions and ignores various statutory provisions. Research Objectives: The aim of this research is to examine and analyze the legality of the village head's actions in dismissing village officials, and the legal consequences of the village head's actions in dismissing Village Officials who do not have legality. Research Method: The research method in this writing is normative legal research. The approaches used in this research are the statutory regulatory approach, conceptual approach, and case approach. The sources of legal materials used are primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. Techniques for collecting legal materials through literature study and analysis of legal materials are qualitative. Research Results: The act of dismissing village officials is within the authority of the village head, however, when the village head is going to dismiss village officials, the village head is obliged to consult with the sub-district head, the sub-district head will carry out a review to provide recommendations to the village head to dismiss or not dismiss village officials. Without consulting with the sub-district head as stipulated in the provisions of the statutory regulations, the village head's action in dismissing village officials has no legality, because it does not comply with the procedures and substance stipulated in the provisions of the statutory regulations. The legal consequences of the village head's action in dismissing village officials that do not have legality are void, so they are not binding from the time the decision in question is made, and do not require cancellation from the official who issued or the superior of the official who issued the decision in question, or a court decision to cancel the decision in question. However, the decision in question is void from the moment it is made and does not have binding legal force.

 Abstract

Abstract---- Ensemble literacy system is a cooperative decision- making medium that implements to total the prognostications of learned classifiers in order to produce new cases. Beforehand analysis has shown that the ensemble classifiers are more dependable than any single part classifier, both empirically and logically. While several ensemble styles are presented, it's still not an easy task to find an applicable configuration for a particular dataset. It becomes a grueling problem to identify the dynamic nature of crimes. Crime vaticination is an attempt to reduce crime rate and discourage felonious conditioning. This work proposes an effective authentic system called assemble- mounding grounded crime vaticination system( SBCPM) grounded on algorithms for relating the applicable prognostications of crime by enforcing literacy- grounded styles applied to achieve sphere-specific configurations compared with another machine literacy model. The result implies that a model of a pantomime doesn't generally work well. In certain cases, the ensemble model outperforms the others with the loftiest measure of correlation, which has the smallest average and absolute crimes. The proposed system achieved bracket delicacy on the testing data. The model is set up to produce further prophetic effect than the former inquiries taken as nascences, fastening solely on crime dataset grounded on violence. The results also proved that any empirical data on crime, is compatible with criminological propositions. The proposed approach also set up to be useful for prognosticating possible crime prognostications. And suggest that the vaticination delicacy of the ensemble model is advanced than that of the individual classifier

 Abstract

Many scholars today are deeply interested in the concept of statistical convergence, primarily because it is stronger than regular convergence. A key concept in the convergence of positive linear operator sequences is the Korovkin-type approximation theorem. Additionally, this class of approximation theorems has been expanded to general sequence spaces using other statistical summability techniques. In this proposed research, we have proved a fuzzy Korovkin-type approximation theorem by introducing a new statistical Euler product summability mean for sequences of fuzzy integers. Additionally, under our suggested summability mean, we have proved another conclusion for the fuzzy rate of convergence, which is uniform in fuzzy Korovkin-type approximation theorem.

 Abstract

clients are the most vital belongings in any enterprise considering the fact that they're considered as the principle profit supply. organizations are operating difficult to live to tell the tale in nowadays's competitive marketplace relying on a couple of techniques. 3 fundamental strategies have been proposed to generate more sales: (1) acquiring new customers, (2) upselling the present customers, and (3) increasing the retention period of customers. however, assessment of these techniques has proven that keeping an current purchaser fees a good deal decrease than obtaining a brand new one, further to being taken into consideration a good deal less difficult than the upselling method. to use the 1/3 approach, groups must decrease the capacity of customer's churn. customer churn is a time period that refers back to the lack of a purchaser or consumer--that is, when a purchaser ceases to have interaction with a enterprise or commercial enterprise. further, the churn price is the rate at which clients or customers are leaving a enterprise inside a particular period of time. consumer churn is one of the maximum crucial worries for massive agencies. due to the direct impact on the revenues of the organizations, mainly within the telecom area, companies are in search of to expand approach to are expecting ability customers that would churn. therefore, locating elements that growth purchaser churn is important to take important actions to reduce this churn.

 Abstract

In an era marked by the rapid advancement of technology, traditional computer systems with limited functionalities have evolved into highly sophisticated platforms capable of executing diverse tasks, thanks to innovations such as machine learning, artificial intelligence, and deep learning. However, despite these advancements, if users still encounter challenges in interfacing with computers using conventional input devices, the utility of such progress is called into question. To address this gap, we have developed a voice assistant application using Python. This application boasts a range of functionalities, including the ability to initiate commands such as launching software applications like Word and Excel, web application, sending mail , WhatsApp messages and offering real-time information such as current dates, times, and CPU performance metrics.

 Abstract

The advent of Over-The-Top (OTT) platforms has transformed the landscape of entertainment consumption, offering viewers unprecedented access to a myriad of content. Within this digital realm, Indian web series have gained substantial popularity, exploring diverse themes and narratives. This research delves into the psychological implications of content in Indian shows available on major OTT platforms which are extremely popular among all age groups including adolescents, with a specific focus on themes of violence, sexual content, tobacco depiction, drug abuse, and foul language. The main characters which become the role models for the youth consuming these shows influence the young minds in a very negative way. Through a meticulous content analysis, ten web series from each of the prominent OTT platforms, namely Netflix, Disney+ Hotstar, and Prime Video, were selected for examination. Drawing from established literature, the paper discusses the potential ramifications of exposure to violence, sexual content, tobacco depiction, drug abuse, and foul language on viewers, particularly adolescents and children, who are in their formative years and are highly susceptible to observational learning. The findings of this research offer valuable insights into the psychological dynamics of media consumption, emphasizing the importance of critical engagement and media literacy among viewers.
