Nine samples of sorghum were collected directly from fields either as ear-head (4-5/ field) from standing crop or as grains (about 500 gm) from threshing floors from villages of Jalgaon District, Maharashtra. Moisture content was determined by wet weight basis. Data on germination performances were collected from blotter test method and recorded as normal seedlings, abnormal seedlings and ungerminated seeds. Screening of mycoflora was studied by seed dissection method to record the mycoflora from pericarp, endosperm and embryo were dissected and incubated following blotter method. After 7 days fungi appearing on the seed were observed under streobinocular microscope. Comparing the three parts of seed, endosperm was found maximum number of fungi.

It is believed that smart cards offer more security and confidentiality than the other kinds of information or transaction storage. Moreover, applications applied with smart card technologies are illustrated which demonstrate smart card is one of the best solutions to provide and enhance their system with security and integrity. The smart card is one of the latest additions to the world of information technology. Similar in size to today's plastic payment card, the smart card has a microprocessor or memory chip embedded in it that, when coupled with a reader, has the processing power to serve many different applications. As an access-control device, smart cards make personal and business data available only to the appropriate users. Another application provides users with the ability to make a purchase or exchange value. Smart cards provide data portability, security and convenience. Smart cards come in two varieties: memory and microprocessor.

Data Science has also changed the way in which students interact with teachers and evaluate their performance. Instructors can use data science to analyze the feedback received from the students and use it to improve their teaching.[1] Data Science can be used to create predictive modeling that can predict the drop-out rate of students based on their performance and inform the instructors to take necessary precautions. IBM analytics has created a project for schools to evaluate students performance based on their performance. Universities are using data to avoid retention supplement the performance of their students. For example, the University of Florida makes use of IBM Cognos Analytics to keep track of student performance and make necessary predictions. Also, MOOCs and online education platforms are using data science to keep track of the students, to automate the assignment evaluation and to better the course based on student feedback.

Very-large-scale integration (VLSI) is the process of creating an integrated circuit (IC) by combining thousands of transistors into a single chip.VLSIbegan in the 1970s when complex semiconductors and communication technologies were being developed. The rapid advances in VLSI technology have resulted in the reduction of minimum feature size to sub-quarter microns and switching time in terms of Pico seconds or even less. As a result, the degradation of high-speed digital circuits due to crosstalk. Crosstalk is a phenomenon, by which a logic transmitted ina VLSIcircuit or a net/wire creates an undesired effect on the neighboring circuit or nets/wires, due to capacitive coupling. The reduction of crosstalk noise in the VLSI interconnect has become more important for high-speed digital circuits. In this project estimation of crosstalk noise analysis with mutually connected RLC interconnects in VLSI circuits is implemented with simulations results in CADENCE TOOLS. And also investigated the crosstalk reduction of mutually coupled RLC interconnects through shield insertion technique.

Abstract: The point of this analysis is to identify the utilization of administrative ingenuity in associations through key making arrangements for the advancement and improvement of HR so as to confront contemporary challenges. Since the components of progress are unpredictable, we should understand that change isn't done separately or somewhat. It must be founded on a coordinated and well-characterized structure, with logical and orderly consideration, the innovativeness of the association is an earnest and key need to be forced by the monetary and social changes in the association. Innovativeness has a significant task to carry out in the endurance and improvement of the association. It is its instrument in adjusting to the financial, social, mechanical, political, social and different changes encompassing it. Inventiveness additionally causes the association to confront contemporary issues and future difficulties.

The Task of monitoring of aging highway bridges and overpasses is important not only from the point of preventing economic losses but also is a matter of preventing catastrophic failures and loss of human life. In recent years wireless sensor technologies have been used extensively to develop highway monitoring platforms for bridges. A limitation of wireless sensors is the finite life span of batteries and high cost of battery replacements, which make such systems prohibitively expensive in many cases. The huge amount of electrical power of many countries is consumed in lightning the streets. However, vehicles pass with very low rate in specific periods of time and parts of the streets are not occupied by vehicles over time. In this paper, we propose a system that automatically reduces intensity of light for parts of the streets having no vehicles and increases the intensity of light for these parts once there are some vehicles that are going to come. Logically this system may save a large amount of the electrical power. In addition, it may increase the lifetime of the lamps and reduce the pollutions. This system automatically controls and monitors the light of the streets. It can light only the parts that have vehicles and help on the maintenance of the lightning equipments. We are also proposing a street light with image processing camera to monitor the situations near the highways, also lonely areas. If the street light is turned ON for more.

Today every process requires very important as well as updated data about that process or work. In order to acquire those data, employees from various fields searching through different search engines. Only very few times search engines are helping to get the users expected data but many times it can provides only the approximate data about the user expectation. To avoid this state we used the algorithm named K-means++ over the search engine documents to extract the most relevant information, because this algorithm uses the special mathematical method to find the out the successive cluster center of each cluster documents and only the first center is random selection from the data unlike K-means algorithm, which randomly selects all the cluster centers. Segmentation fusion is applied to provide the most resultant list, which is accepting as input of each clusters documents gradually. Performance of the K-means++ algorithm is compared and evaluated with the measures like purity and F-measure, which shows the novel algorithm has providing better relevant result while comparing with other traditional algorithms. Finally, this algorithm always works with large data set, so the researchers can utilize this algorithm to their innovative ideas comes to reality with high precision and recall.

Human facial expressions are an integral and straightforward means of displaying sentiments. Automatic analysis of these unspoken sentiments has been an interesting and challenging task in the domain of computer vision with its applications ranging across multiple domains including psychology, product marketing, process automation etc. This task has been a difficult one as humans differ greatly in the manner of expressing their sentiments through expressions. Machine learning, specifically deep learning has been instrumental in making breakthrough progress in many fields of research including computer vision. Through this research paper, we hereby introduce a convolutional neural network (CNN) implemented architecture that tackles this problem of facial sentiment analysis. For training and testing purposes we have made use of the FER-2013 public dataset. This task has been undertaken in a series of steps namely, preprocessing of the data followed feature extraction and finally classification by our trained model network. The results of our experiment have been very encouraging and are an improvement in the domain of automated analyzing of facial sentiments.
