CFD General Notation System (CGNS) provides an industry standard, portable and extensible scheme for the storage and retrieval of computational fluid dynamics mesh and data. The CGNS standard includes structured and unstructured grid information, boundary condition, multi-zone interface connectivity etc. Any complex mesh and data can be exported as CGNS file and this capability is provided by many CFD software. OpenFOAM, the powerful open-source CFD software, doesn't natively facilitate handling of CGNS mesh. In fact one of the drawbacks of OpenFOAM is generation of complex mesh to be used with it. It will be very useful to develop capability to import mesh data available in CGNS format in OpenFOAM, so that the code can be used for various industrial applications. In order to validate the mesh conversion, local wall shear stress under turbulent flow through straight pipe is analyzed then the flow through torus is analyzed.

This paper critically analyses the construction and deconstruction of mothering and parenthood through the perspectives of dialectical discourses ranging from medical epistemology, media and social norms. Contemporary developments such as the decriminalization of LGBTQ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer or Questioning)1 sexuality might not ensure an extended social confirmatory role of a mother or a caregiver. Stretching to such concerns, homosexuality and transsexuality as a sexual behavior has been quite debatable through the historical authoritative notions of disciplinary boundaries, questioning the social validation of the body and identity in terms of pathological progression and popular representations of role internalization and generalization. The inner conflict within the systemic forces of legality and culture remains an ineradicable journey of contesting between spaces of struggle and assertion from varying movements of sexual and behavioral possibilities to a demarcation of limitations.

Nine samples of sorghum were collected directly from fields either as ear-head (4-5/ field) from standing crop or as grains (about 500 gm) from threshing floors from villages of Jalgaon District, Maharashtra. Moisture content was determined by wet weight basis. Data on germination performances were collected from blotter test method and recorded as normal seedlings, abnormal seedlings and ungerminated seeds. Screening of mycoflora was studied by seed dissection method to record the mycoflora from pericarp, endosperm and embryo were dissected and incubated following blotter method. After 7 days fungi appearing on the seed were observed under streobinocular microscope. Comparing the three parts of seed, endosperm was found maximum number of fungi.

It is believed that smart cards offer more security and confidentiality than the other kinds of information or transaction storage. Moreover, applications applied with smart card technologies are illustrated which demonstrate smart card is one of the best solutions to provide and enhance their system with security and integrity. The smart card is one of the latest additions to the world of information technology. Similar in size to today's plastic payment card, the smart card has a microprocessor or memory chip embedded in it that, when coupled with a reader, has the processing power to serve many different applications. As an access-control device, smart cards make personal and business data available only to the appropriate users. Another application provides users with the ability to make a purchase or exchange value. Smart cards provide data portability, security and convenience. Smart cards come in two varieties: memory and microprocessor.

Data Science has also changed the way in which students interact with teachers and evaluate their performance. Instructors can use data science to analyze the feedback received from the students and use it to improve their teaching.[1] Data Science can be used to create predictive modeling that can predict the drop-out rate of students based on their performance and inform the instructors to take necessary precautions. IBM analytics has created a project for schools to evaluate students performance based on their performance. Universities are using data to avoid retention supplement the performance of their students. For example, the University of Florida makes use of IBM Cognos Analytics to keep track of student performance and make necessary predictions. Also, MOOCs and online education platforms are using data science to keep track of the students, to automate the assignment evaluation and to better the course based on student feedback.

Very-large-scale integration (VLSI) is the process of creating an integrated circuit (IC) by combining thousands of transistors into a single chip.VLSIbegan in the 1970s when complex semiconductors and communication technologies were being developed. The rapid advances in VLSI technology have resulted in the reduction of minimum feature size to sub-quarter microns and switching time in terms of Pico seconds or even less. As a result, the degradation of high-speed digital circuits due to crosstalk. Crosstalk is a phenomenon, by which a logic transmitted ina VLSIcircuit or a net/wire creates an undesired effect on the neighboring circuit or nets/wires, due to capacitive coupling. The reduction of crosstalk noise in the VLSI interconnect has become more important for high-speed digital circuits. In this project estimation of crosstalk noise analysis with mutually connected RLC interconnects in VLSI circuits is implemented with simulations results in CADENCE TOOLS. And also investigated the crosstalk reduction of mutually coupled RLC interconnects through shield insertion technique.

Abstract: The point of this analysis is to identify the utilization of administrative ingenuity in associations through key making arrangements for the advancement and improvement of HR so as to confront contemporary challenges. Since the components of progress are unpredictable, we should understand that change isn't done separately or somewhat. It must be founded on a coordinated and well-characterized structure, with logical and orderly consideration, the innovativeness of the association is an earnest and key need to be forced by the monetary and social changes in the association. Innovativeness has a significant task to carry out in the endurance and improvement of the association. It is its instrument in adjusting to the financial, social, mechanical, political, social and different changes encompassing it. Inventiveness additionally causes the association to confront contemporary issues and future difficulties.
