There are many problems in metering and billing processes for meter reader to take meter reading manually due to the non-existence of the customers at their homes during that time, problems while taking meter reading and sometimes the areas are not safety. The conventional method is not much suitable to retrieve the energy meter data and billing. It is tedious process for the meter reader to collect it manually and submit to the electrical distribution office to issue the bill for each consumer. On the other hand, energy meter in-service suffers from well-known measuring errors. The above problems impacts two significant things, Waste of Money and lack of Electricity Distribution Management which results in lack in electric power. Energy Monitoring System will takes automatically the reading of respective electrical parameters i.e., voltage ,current ,power and energy units consumed using Arduino Microcontroller .With this values we can know the consumption of power. This project provides a vital solution for Energy Monitoring System using Internet of Things(IoT) technology that enables us to develop the system without human interference and with the use of smart energy meter to read electrical energy consumed to get an accurate reading.

This paper is focused on the effective implementation of United Nation Convention against Torture in India and maintaining harmonious balance between individual liberty and the need of social defense, which can be possible access to mechanism of justice and to prompt redress. Custodial violence continues to be prevalent in India. So far, neither the Indian Penal Code nor the Code of Criminal Procedure Code specifically or comprehensively addresses custodial torture. Torture is a common scenario in the country everyday this inhuman practice is taking place in India, which is not expected because torture represents the uncivilized human society. Thus efforts to bring a standalone law against torture had lapsed. Though India had signed the U.N. Convention Against Torture in 1997, it is yet to ratify. The ratification by India will improve its image as a responsible & a liberal nation & will also improve cooperation in criminal matters.

Industry 4.0 sheathe future trade development trends to realize a lot of intelligent producing processes, together with construction of Cyber-Physical Production Systems(CPPS), reliance on Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS), implementation and operation of good factories .This paper provides a brief learning concerning industry 4.0 and the way machine vision is related to trade industry 4.0.This refers to the event method within the management of producing and chain production .In trade four.0 computers are connected and communicate with each other to ultimately build call while not human involvement. A consolidation of the web of Things, cyber physical systems and the web of systems build trade four.0 doable and the good industrial plant a reality with the support of good machines the factories and a lot of knowledge can become a lot of economical, less wasteful and productive. Whereas machine vision joins machine learning in a very set of tools that provides consumer- and commercial-level hardware unmatched skills to look at and interpret their setting. In an industrial setting, these technologies, higher-speed networking and automation, add up to a brand new technological revolution trade four.0 and that conjointly provide spic-and-span ways in which to conduct low-waste, high-efficiency industrial activities.

Abstract: Machine learning has been adopted in a wide range of domains where it shows its superiority over other algorithms. These methods can also be integrated in cyber detection systems with the goal of supporting replacing the first level of security analysts. Although the complete automation of detection and analysis is an still a distant goal, the efficiency of machine learning in cyber security must be evaluated with the due diligence. We present an analysis, addressed to security specialists, of machine learning techniques applied to the different types of cyber attacks. The goal is to assess the current maturity of these solutions and to identify their main limitations that prevent an immediate adoption of those machine learning cyber detection schemes. Our conclusions are based on an extensive review of the literature as well as on experiments performed on real enterprise systems and network traffic in different conditions.

Pediatric cancer patients are vulnerable to malnutrition. They exhibit increased needs during disease and treatment. Pediatric friendly nutrition education tool for cancer patients in vernacular medium could address nutritional issues and compliance. Vernacular board game focusing on neutropenic diet was developed, validated for content and approved by practicing dietitians. Questionnaires in local languages to test efficacy, acceptance and relevance were also developed. The Hindi translated board game was tested on 10 pediatric cancer patients (7-10 years) with no specificity to the type of cancer. Responses were taken before and after the intervention and analyzed by T-test and percentages. Statistical significance was considered when p value was < 0.05. Study showed that patients were aware of neutropenic diet and its benefits, but lacked information about complications of noncompliance, and approved food lists. Post intervention, all patients knowledge about neutropenic diet improved. The results found were statistically significant (p value 0.00). All patients liked the tools and agreed that it helped in understanding nutrition. Characteristics, appearance (100%), informative (60%), interactive (90%) and enjoyable (90%) were rated highest by patients. Nutrition education has positive effect in improving knowledge about nutrition among pediatric cancer patients. Further research is required to bring about a greater change in the health of pediatric cancer patients in the languages understood by them.

With the growing energy demands and depleting natural resources, it is of utmost importance to work on developing alternating source of energy and to improve the existing technology to utilize the existing resources. Coal-based energy generation meets around 70 percent of our energy needs. Now, to move forward towards a cleaner energy production mechanism and to attain the energy security of the country, judicious utilization of Indian coal is essential. The quality of Indian coal is poor and is worsening since the higher quality resources have already been exploited. Coking coal accounts for around 18-20 percent, of which only a small percentage is of prime coking quality. CO-gasification is the technology to improve the utilization of coal to increase the efficiency of coal utilization.
