ABSTRACT Urban green spaces (parks, forests, green roofs, streams and community gardens) are public and private open spaces in urban areas, primarily covered by vegetation, which are directly (active or passive recreation) or indirectly (positive influence on the urban environment) available for the users. Most urban green spaces represent novel ecosystems providing critical ecosystem services. In fact, urban areas can support endemic native species and others of conservation concern both at regional and global levels. These species and the overall diversity in a city rely on the size, quantity, and quality of such spaces which facilitate citizens to connect with nature, witness ecological processes in action, and potentially become scientifically literate citizens, equipped to make informed decisions regarding conservation initiatives and policy. Quality green spaces in the city act as carbon sinks and affect climate change. Apart from supporting a variety of species and habitats, they contribute to essential services including water filtration and absorption, nutrient cycling, air filtration and noise buffering. Identifying the ecological role and conservation value provided by different types of urban green spaces is of particular importance, given the continued growth of urban areas and the development of new cities, along with the promotion of certain types of green spaces. The recent Smart City initiative by the Indian Government promoting development of urban green spaces can be coupled with strategic landscaping to optimize benefits of greening programs, thus ushering sustainable urbanization.

An important aspect of physiotherapy professional autonomy is the ethical code of the profession. In Indian scenario, patient rely more on the Physiotherapist and ethical code is very important. So everyone should know about the professional ethics and legal aspects of physiotherapy. This was a survey study conducted on 100 Registered Qualified Physiotherapist from a State Council in Maharashtra district. Sampling technique was purposive sampling and study material was Self-structured Validated Questionnaire. The self-structured questionnaire which was evaluated and validated by five Physiotherapist expert who has the experience of 10 years. After the validation, the questionnaire form was distributed through link to the Maharashtra Physiotherapist. Confidentiality of all responses were assured. The result shows the knowledge of professional ethics and legal aspect of Physiotherapy among Physiotherapist in Maharashtra district and the maximum awareness about the Domain. And the study concluded that the knowledge about the Legal aspect is slightly greater than the Professional Ethics. And among the domain, Domain 3 (Infrastructural requirements of a clinic) has maximum awareness. Overall, we can say that the Ethical and Legal aspect knowledge is good among Physiotherapist in Maharashtra district.

In the modern era the demands of high-rise are greater than earlier due to the provision that the number of satisfactory people can be accommodated in that but the inappropriate design may lead to catastrophic demolition or destruction of the structure which is obvious from the earlier few decades. When horizontal loading acts on a building, causing it to deflect, the resulting eccentricity of the gravity loading from the inclined axes of the structure's vertical members causes the lateral displacements of the structure and the moments in the members to increase. This second-order effect is termed the P-delta effect. In heavily clad low- and medium-rise structures, the P-delta effects are small enough to be neglected. However, with the trend toward taller and lightly clad buildings with greater lateral flexibility, the P-delta effects become more significant. In some cases, the P-delta effects are large enough to require an increase in the designed member sizes. In an extreme case of a very flexible structure with a large gravity loading, the P-delta effects could, if not accounted for, be severe enough to initiate collapse. Thus, in the design of any high-rise building, it is important to assess whether these second-order effects are significant and, if so, to account for them in the analysis and design.

The need to recognize main talents in the business is well recognized in IT sectors of the economy. The purpose of the paper is, therefore, to identify the main factors contributing to the recognition and internalization of talent by competency modeling on the basis of an overview of competence. The paper describes areas of the required competencies for particular job positions in companies. Their targeting of employees and talent management teams is revealed by the use of artificial intelligence. The goal is to evaluate the primary survey performed by IT firms. Data were obtained through surveys conducted by a single employee representing their company. On the basis of statistical analyzes of the necessary competencies, five factors characterizing the field of the main employee and team growth have been identified. Such considerations include inclusive strategy, management support, strategic development, leadership growth and honesty. The resulting factors lead to the development of competency models that can be used in defined job positions using AI. The paper restrictions are specifically based on companies in the primary sector. The results can help surveyed companies in the primary sector to determine the required and appropriate competencies for specific areas to identify and grow staff, talents and teams.

Well foundations are a robust and preferred foundation in India for river bridges and are quite appropriate foundation for alluvial soil in river and creek where depth of scour can be very large. In Indian technique of well foundation for design and construction is quite well developed since, a long time, still there are situations where serious problems are encountered at site during construction of well foundations, one of the important problem identify here and rectified in this paper.

Multilevel inverter with a reduced number of switches. A multi-level inverter is one kind of effective and practical solution to the increasing power demand and reducing harmonics of ac waveforms. This multilevel inverter equires eight switches to achieve the multilevel output. By reducing switches and increasing levels will reduce filter costs, harmonic content, reducing switching losses and costs.

The utilization of computerized pictures is expanding a direct result of the focal points controlled by advanced pictures, among others, in the image, recreate pictures, picture handling and others. In any case, not every computerized picture have a visual appearance that fulfills the natural eye. Disappointment can emerge because of commotion, absence of enlightenment quality in the pictures where it either excessively dim or excessively splendid. So we need techniques to upgrade the nature of computerized pictures. To upgrade the picture quality from the red shading side we can offer consideration to the histogram. The treatment alluded to in this article is a picture balance histogram at the dim level (grayscale). A decent picture histogram when it includes every conceivable level or levels on a dark level. Obviously the objective to have the option to show the detail on the picture for simple perception. One technique to improve advanced pictures is to utilize the adjustment of histogram strategy, where the level or dim in the picture can the spread uniformly over all degrees of dim. Histogram Equalization is a difference improvement system in the picture preparing which utilizes the histogram of picture. Anyway histogram evening out isn't the best strategy for differentiate improvement on the grounds that the mean splendor of the yield picture is fundamentally unique in relation to the information picture. There are a few expansions of histogram leveling has been proposed to defeat the brilliance conservation challenge. Differentiation upgrade utilizing brilliance protecting bi-histogram evening out (BBHE) and Dualistic sub picture histogram leveling (DSIHE) which partitions the picture histogram into two sections dependent on the information mean and middle separately then adjusts each sub histogram autonomously. This paper gives survey of various famous histogram evening out systems and trial study dependent on unquestionably the mean splendor mistake (AMBE), top sign to clamor proportion (PSNR), Structure similitude list (SSI) and Entropy.
