Targeted drug delivery, additionally referred to as good drug delivery, could be a methodology of treatment that involves the increase in medicinal drug in one or few body elements as compared to others. Two strategies are widely used for drug targeting to the specified organ/tissue: passive targeting and active targeting. Drug delivery vehicles transport the drug either at intervals or within the locality of target. An ideal drug delivery vehicle is meant to cross even stubborn sites like a blood brain barrier. Recently, nano medicine has emerged because the medical application of nanotechnology. Since nanoparticles are very tiny in size, nano drug delivery can allow for the delivery of drugs with poor solubility in water and additionally aid in avoiding the primary pass metabolism of liver. Nanotechnology derived drug delivery will cause the drug to stay in blood circulation for a protracted time, thereby resulting in lesser fluctuations in plasma levels and so, token facet effects. These include polymer-drug conjugates and nano particulate systems such as liposomes, quantum dots, dendrimers, etc. There are several other approaches as well. These also include the strategies wherein the therapeutic agents are coupled with targeting ligands that possess the ability to recognize antigens associated with tumors.

Oyo Rooms and hotels started in 2013 as an Indian startup by Mr. Ritesh Agarwal is into Hospitality business. The issue of data breach came into the picture in the month of Oct 2019, when a person wrote about the leak of customers personal data including mobile no, booking IDs, location, number of people staying, etc. in the public forum. The person had stayed at the Oyo hotel and got to know about this vulnerability as he was able to brute-force the login credentials while executing the Captcha and can access all the past data. The study is about the data breach in Oyo cyber space which was published last year in 2019 and its consequences. I also studied the concept of cyber security and provided some remedial solutions which can be taken after or before the breach to reinforce the security of the Oyo cyber space in near future.

Orificemeter is used as flow meters in chemical industries, water treatment industry, oil industry and other mechanical equipment's.They are available at the lowest cost ,less maintenance and can be used for long life .The draw back with the orifice meter is that the amount of pressure drop occurs in the pipeline due to the presence of orifice (small opening) in these types of flow meters and the permanent pressure loss depend on the shape of obstruction, diameter ratio and properties of the fluids. Generally the shapes are in cross section of circular, eccentric, ellipse and many other . In this present paper, experiment is conducted in fluid mechanics & hydraulic machinery and the values are taken, tabulated and calculated and compared with the theory values to determine the permanent pressure loss and relative pressure loss for incompressible fluid for orifice plate.

The study investigated peer victimization and personality traits as predictors of social phobia among secondary school adolescents in Port Harcourt Metropolis. Four research questions and four corresponding null hypotheses were formulated to guide the study. The participants in the study were 448 (males = 166, female = 282) adolescents drawn from public secondary school in Rivers State, Nigeria. A multi-stage sampling technique was used to draw the sample of the study. Three instruments titled: Peer Victimization Scale (PVC); Five Factor Model Personality Scale (Openness to experience, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness and Neuroticism) (NEO-PR-I) and Social Phobia Inventory (SPIN) were used for collection of data in the study. The reliability indices of the instruments were estimated using the Cronbach Alpha method of internal consistency with coefficient values of; Peer Victimization Scale r=.86 Personality traits Scale r=.76, the sub-scale (OCEAN) with the values of (.62, .69, .68, .73, .78) and social phobia inventory r=.89 respectively. The descriptive statistics of mean, standard deviation and multiple regression were used to answer research questions while two-way analysis of variance (ANOVA); ANOVA and t-test associated with multiple regression were used to test hypotheses. The tenability of all the null hypotheses was tested at 0.05 alpha level of significance. The result revealed that, Peer victimization, gender and personality traits significantly predict social phobia but peer victimization based on gender and location agreeableness and conscientiousness had no significant prediction on social phobia. Openness to experience and neuroticism had a positive independent prediction while extraversion had a negative independent prediction on social phobia. Based on these findings recommendation were made.

Bricks are the major concern building material used for constructional purpose. In earlier days mud blocks & in now a day clay bricks are being used. In the manufacturing of clay bricks the Carbon dioxide emission is more, since they are burned and the clay is exhausting. More than 300 million tons of industrial waste per annum in India mainly by chemical & industrial waste. Waste water treatment sludge is a type of waste obtained by industries. Paper pulp residue dominated during manufacturing of paper. Disposal of these waste into the environment causes land pollution. Many attempts have been made to overcome these problems. So the industrial waste materials & by products are used in the manufacturing of bricks. Here we have incorporated hypo sludge & the paper pulp residue along with fly ash, lime, quarry dust & gypsum to manufacture the bricks. The bricks are made without burning, Carbon dioxide emission is controlled. Hype sludge & paper pulp residue are randomly added at different percentages and the tests are conducted & the optimum percentage is obtained from the results. This attempt will be a better solution for the pollution problem
