Single crystal of cadmium manganese oxalate crystals was grown by using agar - agar gel method at room temperature. Effect of various parameters on the growth of cadmium manganese crystals has been studied and reported. X- ray Diffraction analysis was done to determine the structure of grown crystal. Orthorhombic crystal structure was found of grown crystal. The chemical analysis has been performed by FTIR to denote the functional group of grown crystal. Scanning Electron Microscope images highlights that crystals were grown by layer deposition. Elemental analysis carried out by Energy Dispersive X-ray Analysis (EDAX). Thermal behavior of grown crystal studied by using Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC).

Predicting stock prices accurately remains a challenging task, driving continuous research efforts in leveraging various machine learning, deep learning, and statistical analysis techniques. This paper presents a comparative study of four different models BiLSTM, GRU, CNN-LSTM, and ARIMA for stock price forecasting, using data from the S&P 500 index and five prominent technology companies: Meta, Apple, Google, Netflix, and Amazon. The study aims to identify the most effective model for maximising returns on investment in stock trading by forecasting future trends. Leveraging a dataset sourced from Yahoo Finance, comprising historical stock market data, we evaluate the performance of each model based on error metrics such as , Mean Squared Error (MSE), Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) and Mean Absolute Error (MAE). The research findings highlight the strengths and weaknesses of each model in accurately predicting stock prices. Lower RMSE values indicate higher accuracy in predicting stock prices, guiding investors towards more informed decision-making. Through this comparative analysis, investors can identify the optimal model for stock price forecasting, thus enhancing their investment strategies and maximising returns.

Introduction: Globally the social media platform are distributed widely and there is no proper control over it, makes it impossible ot fight against cyber criminals. Cyber security is an invention that's depict to secure networks and devices from external warning. It is a system of protecting computers, servers, mobile devices, electronic systems, network and data from suspicious attacks. It is also known as information security. The risks manifested by cyber security come in 3 folds; cybercrime involves mono group or poly groups targeting systems ofr financial gain or lead to disturbances. Cyber-attack often includes information gathering related to political motivation. Cyber terrorism makes the people to show panic or fear in weakening the electronic devices. Through regular seminars, training programs and conferences the users and social media content providers can be educated about the cybercriminals and its consequences. The aim of the study is to assess the level of awareness of cybersecurity measures among nursing students at selected college. An Experimental research design was used in this study. A total of 30 students were selected by using Non probability convenience sampling technique. The modified standardized tool (CASM-S) was used to collect data. Conclusion:The findings revealed hence there is a highly significant difference between pre and post-test level of awareness among students at the level of p<0.0001. The researcher needs to understand the level of awareness of cybersecurity measures and its consequences of cybercrime

Employee motivation is a complex and vital aspect of organizational behavior and management. It involves understanding what drives individuals to perform at their best within a workplace setting. Factors such as recognition, rewards, job satisfaction, autonomy, and a sense of purpose all play significant roles in motivating employees. Research in this area often explores various theories, such as Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, Herzberg's Two-Factor Theory, and Expectancy Theory, to understand the underlying mechanisms of motivation. Moreover, the modern workplace dynamics, including remote work and the gig economy, have added new layers to the understanding of employee motivation. Ultimately, effective employee motivation strategies are essential for fostering a productive and engaged workforce, leading to higher levels of job performance, satisfaction, and overall organizational success.

This study explores the crucial role of family in education, emphasizing the importance of equal access to education for all individuals, regardless of gender or other identities. Drawing on constitutional articles and acknowledging the significant influence of family in shaping educational outcomes, the study aims to understand students' perspectives on family involvement in their education. Through a survey conducted among undergraduate students in the Delhi National Capital Region (NCR), the study seeks to collect feedback, evaluate family engagement, and promote mutual trust and collaboration between students and their families. By recognizing diverse backgrounds and celebrating family contributions to education, the study aims to highlight the synergy between teachers and families for the holistic development of students. This research investigates the important contribution of family members such as parents, siblings, and guardians to an individual's education. Families accord to learning through various means, including fostering curiosity, assisting with homework, and engaging in conversations about school. By creating a secure and nurturing atmosphere, families facilitate the natural progression of learning. This study examines the diverse ways in which families offer support and underscores the importance of their involvement for an individual's academic achievement and prospects.

Non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) constitute a diverse family of RNA molecules that regulate various cellular processes, with implications spanning from basic molecular biology to clinical applications. This review explores the multifaceted roles of ncRNAs in gene regulation, focusing on their involvement in cancer biology and potential applications as diagnostic and therapeutic targets. NcRNAs encompass a wide array of molecules, including microRNAs (miRNAs), long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs), and others, each exerting regulatory effects on gene expression through various mechanisms. MiRNAs, for instance, regulate mRNA transcripts via sequence-specific interactions, while lncRNAs modulate gene expression at transcriptional and post-transcriptional levels. In cancer, dysregulated expression of ncRNAs contributes to tumorigenesis, metastasis, and drug resistance, highlighting their potential as biomarkers for diagnosis and prognosis. Liquid biopsies, utilizing circulating tumor-derived ncRNAs, offer less invasive alternatives to traditional tissue biopsies for cancer detection and monitoring. Additionally, advancements in RNA sequencing technologies enable comprehensive profiling of ncRNAs, aiding in the identification of cancer-specific signatures. Therapeutically, ncRNAs hold promise as targets for innovative treatments, such as RNA-based gene silencing therapies. Clinical trials investigating ncRNA-targeted therapies have shown encouraging results in diverse cancer types, although challenges remain in ensuring efficacy and safety. Overall, the burgeoning field of ncRNA research offers insights into the complex regulatory networks governing cancer biology and presents opportunities for the development of novel diagnostic tools and therapeutic interventions.
