Background: Lumbarization of the first sacral vertebra refers to the segmentation and incorporation of this vertebra into the lumbar spine. Sacralization is the fusion between L5 and the first sacral segment. Aim: To Identification Sacralization of L5 and Lumbarization of S1 in Ls Spine in plain x-ray. Methods: Patients are divided into two groups according to sacralization and lumbarization . 120 patients 66 males and 54 females were divided into two groups on the basis of age and gender. Result: Out of 120 patient, 66 patient were men and 54 were women. Result shows that Lumbarization and Sacralization were found in age group of 20-40 years and they were mostly men. The rest patients have normal back pain and not found any deformity. Conclusion: It can be concluded that patient of group A age 20-40 years have higher risk of Lumbarization and Sacralization . A total no. of 120 patients in which 38 patients have Lumbarization, 13 patients have sacralization and rest is normal. In the study found that males have higher no. of Lumbarization and Sacralization compare with females.

COVID-19 pandemic has rapidly affected our day-to-day life disrupting the world trade and movements. Wearing a protective face mask has become a new normal. In the near future, many public service providers will ask the customers to wear masks correctly to avail of their services. Therefore, face mask detection has become a crucial task to help global society. The proposed method detects the face from the image correctly and then identifies if it has a mask on it or not. As a surveillance task performer, it can also detect a face along with a mask in motion.

Diabetes mellitus and thyroid disorders are the most common endocrinopathies. Thyroid disorders are pathological states that can adversely affect glycemic control in diabetics and has the potential to affect their health. Hypothyroidism is found commonly in diabetes and is associated with advanced age, particularly in type 2 diabetes. The current study was a Comparative Cross-sectional and hospital-based study which was undertaken in the Outpatients and Inpatient Department of NMCTH, Birgunj, Parsa, Madhesh Province, Nepal. The study variables for the study were Fasting Blood sugar, postprandial blood sugar, HbA1C, fT3, fT4, TSH, Age, and Gender. We had enrolled two hundred and fifty participants, out of which 60% were male and 40% were female participants. In our population the pattern of thyroid status showed that euthyroidism predominated contributing 64.8%, followed by subclinical hypothyroidism (24%) and then primary hypothyroidism (11.2%). There was significant positive correlation with FBS, PPBS, HbA1C and TSH having correlation coefficient (0.23, 0.00), (0.20, 0.00), (0.16, 0.00) and (0.67, 0.00) respectively. There was a significant negative correlation with fT3 and fT4 having correlation coefficients (-0.32, 0.00) and (-0.28, 0.00) respectively. Our study revealed that subclinical and primary hypothyroidism may occur in the diabetic population. Once the diabetes is diagnosed the patients should be screened for the thyroid profile to diagnose the thyroid abnormalities mainly hypothyroidism. Drones are being employed in our day-to-day lives as a result of their versatile applications. The main objective of this project to design and create a Pandemic Health Monitoring and Sanitizing System. Drones can be used to monitor and disinfect congested and dangerous places. This drone can detect temperature, recognize mask wearers and non-mask wearers, and disinfect the appropriate area. The use of a temperature pistol to monitor temperature is dangerous and ineffective and Hand-pump sanitization is a time-consuming and exhausting process. This health monitoring system will detect temperature without the need for a human interaction to solve this problem. The surface will be sanitized by the sanitizing system in the drone. The camera will take photographs of both mask wearers and non-mask wearers.
