As a result of the coronavirus, access to legitimate clinical resources has worsened significantly, including shortages of specialists and health workers, insufficient equipment, and drug shortages. Due to the emergency of the entire medical community, many individuals died. Individuals started taking medication themselves without proper consultation due to unavailability, which made their health condition more serious than usual. A growing number of applications are using machine learning and innovative work is being done in automation. In this project, a drug recommendation system is presented with the aim of significantly reducing the burden on specialists. Using patient reviews, we developed a drug recommendation system that uses various vectorization processes such as Bow, TF-IDF, Word2Vec, and Manual Feature Analysis to predict sentiment, which can be used to recommend the most appropriate drug for a given disease based on different classification algorithms. AUC, precision, F1 score and accuracy were used to evaluate the predicted feelings. In emergency situations such as pandemics, floods or cyclones, a medical referral system can help. In the era of machine learning (ML), recommender systems produce more accurate, faster, and more reliable clinical predictions at minimal cost. As a result, these systems maintain better performance, integrity and privacy of patient data in the decision-making process and provide accurate information at all times. Therefore, we present drug recommendation systems to improve the equity and safety of infectious disease treatment. To reduce side effects, medications are recommended based on the patient's previous health profile, lifestyle and habits. A system like this could be useful in recommending safe drugs to patients, especially during medical emergencies

The Covid-19 epidemic has affected nearly every nation across the globe. The virus's propagation had a disastrous effect on both human health and the economy as a whole. The COVID-19 global crisis is the worst since the conclusion of World War II. The global economy decreased by 3.5 percent in 2020, according to the IMF's April 2021 World Economic Outlook Report, a 7 percent reduction from the 3.4 percent growth anticipated in October 2019. While practically every IMF-covered country had negative growth in 2020, the drop was more severe in the world's poorest regions. The global supply system and foreign trade of all countries, including India, were impacted by the worldwide lockdown to prevent the virus from spreading. Since the beginning of 2020, the Covid19 pandemic has had a negative impact on the global business climate. In recent years, the COVID-19 pandemic has caused considerable public health and economic concerns in South Asian countries, with India, Bangladesh, and Pakistan bearing the brunt of the burden. The countries' national lockdown was effective in limiting the spread of the coronavirus in South Asia, but it came at a significant economic and social price. Industrial activity has declined sharply in Japan, South Korea, Indonesia, Vietnam, and the Philippines. Tourism, trade, and remittances, as well as all other important sources of foreign currency for South Asian countries, have been severely hit. The COVID19 spread has had a tremendous impact on global financial markets. As the number of cases began to climb globally, the international financial and energy markets plunged significantly, notably in the United States, Italy, Spain, Germany, France, Iran, and South Korea, as well as South Asian countries. Travel reductions have had a significant influence on service sectors like tourism, hospitality, and transportation. According to the IMF, South Asian economies were anticipated to decline in 2020 for the first time in four decades. Because of premature deaths, occupational absenteeism, and productivity losses, the epidemic has pushed millions into poverty and worsened income and wealth inequality. Manufacturing and productive activity have decreased as a result of global supply chain disruptions and factory closures, resulting in a negative supply shock. This has created a significant short-term hurdle for policymakers, particularly as food and commodity prices rise, worsening economic insecurity. Failing to achieve a balanced recovery might lead to social and political upheaval, as well as severe responses from governments that have been less tolerant of dissenting voices in recent years. The pandemic has devastated almost every sector of the Indian economy. But the extent and severity of the damage varied from sector to sector within each location. Aside from MSMEs, Agricultural and Agro-based businesses, Banking and NBFCs, and Social Sectors were all threatened. The pandemic caused havoc in the Financial Markets and Mutual Funds industries. As lockdown measures were implemented during the early stages of the epidemic, India's auto manufacturing and ancillary sectors were severely harmed, and the situation remained tense for many months.

Cement is a binding material, a substance that sets and hardens singly, and can bind other accoutrements together. In ancient civilization the list accoutrements were of traditional type similar as jiggery, lead, jute, rice coconut etc., now in ultramodern civilization cement is main in the list of accoutrements. The use of concrete containing high volume of fly ash has lately gained fissionability as a resource effective, durable and sustainable option for variety of concrete operation (1). The use of fly ash in concrete at proportions in ranging from 30% to 65% of total cementitious binders has been studied considerably over the last twenty years. In present research cement is replaced by fly ash with suitable proportions. Target strength of M20 grade is fixed, by replacing cement with high volume fly ash as per the normal blend design (2). M20 target tensile strength is gained by replacing cement 60% of its mass by fly ash. Cylindrical specimens were cast and tested for 7 and 28 days. Thirty six concrete specimens were cast and tested in this design. Out of which eighteen were for 7 days and another eighteen for 28 days. Cement has been replaced with fly ash i.e., C100F0, C80F20, C60F30, C50F50, C30F70, C10F90, COF100. Eventually good strength results obtained by replacing the cement with fly ash (3, 4).

The present study covers a wide spectrum of issues involved in the marketing of high yielding and hybrid seeds in the study area. The interrelated aspects of marketing of seeds have been performed by the farmers and the concerned seeds companies. The assured market and better price for the hybrid seeds were the compelling factors for starting the seed farming as asserted by all the farmers. The market is assured since the seeds companies enter into an agreement with the farmers for purchasing all their seed. Similarly price of the hybrid seeds is much better than the other seed. Hence price incentive has been another factor for inducing the seed farmers to go into the seed farming as an alternative to traditional agriculture. As per pre agreement of seed companies brought raw seeds from farmers. After buying raw seeds company following many marketing dimension in there level. This study has focused on the strides made in marketing of hybrid and high yielding varieties of seeds. The study has led to some significant findings and conclusions which have been summarized here to provide a brief comprehensive picture of the research findings on the subject.

The Inclusive Development Philosophy is closely aligned with the Vasudhaiva Kutukbakam Mantra. Though, it seems impossible to follow this conception in the present scenario of tensions and terrorism but this notion has and is still inspiring India. The Government of India is celebrating 75 years of independence and commemorating its glorious history with the help of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav. This initiative has been dedicated to those people who played instrumental role in evolutionary journey of India. This initiative further helps in visualising the conception of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam with greater resonance among the people in India as well as in world. Inclusive development guarantee not only the sustainable development but also make certain that the resources are distributed fairly and equally among all the stakeholders. Though, it is not an easy task for a developing and diverse country like India. It needs consistent efforts and hard work to bring all these people in the mainstream and to ensure the growth of all these people in all the parts of the country. An attempt has been made in this research paper to study the elements and dimensions of inclusive development and its relevance in India. The need to embrace the concept of inclusive development and processes have also been discussed in length. Inclusive development should be the target to achieve. The hindrances like gender inequality, income equality, regional disparities, poverty etc., need to be addressed efficiently and should be given more momentum. Government is already working in this direction and has taken several steps such as reforming governance, setting up new performance benchmarks, creating innovative partnerships and transforming the lives of people by implementing effective policies. These measures along with innovative partnerships at national and international level will definitely lead to the development of human capital, its progress indices and the position of India at global level. So, the need of the hour is frame and implement policies effectively as a step towards achievement of goal of inclusiveness which can ensure equal access to the opportunities and resources. Twenty first century is considered to be the age of information technology and evolution of technology is fast and inevitable. We have moved into Industrial Revolution 5.0 and technologies like Internet of Things (IOT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Digital Twin (DT), Big Data and Blockchain are its building block. Through this article we have tried to understand how artificial intelligence, digital twin and Internet of Things are changing the world. IOT AI and DT are being used in applications like agriculture, manufacturing, health care, smart cities, smart grids, automobile industry, education etc. Self organization and maintenance of IOT and DT environment is the key to develop a reliable and robust system. A self organized system is self sufficient with the ability to analyze and take optimal decisions. Self organized system also takes care of energy utilization, management of huge amount of data generated by IOT AI and DT infrastructure. Self organized systems are vigilant and proactive against intrusions and cyber attacks.
