The primary aim of this study is to examine the influence of green advertising on consumer purchase behaviour, while also analyzing the impact of environmental literacy and environmental consciousness on buying decisions. Conducting primary research, the study targeted undergraduate, , and postgraduate students of Odisha, India , with a sample size of 100 students. Employing correlation and regression analysis techniques, the research sought to understand consumer responses. The findings reveal that consumer buying behaviour is indeed affected by environmental consciousness. and environmental literacy. Specifically, individuals who possess knowledge about environmental issues and exhibit a greater concern for environmental well-being tend to respond positively to green advertising. Looking ahead, the implications of this study suggest the potential for raising awareness among people about green advertising, thereby encouraging them to purchase products that are not only beneficial for themselves but also for society. However, it's important to acknowledge limitations, such as the study's focus solely on students from Odisha, which was due to time constraints. Expanding the sample size to include the general public in future research could significantly contribute to societal betterment by fostering greater awareness of environmental issues

Abstract: Pumpkin belonging to the family Cucurbitaceae is a perennial plant and is consumed traditionally in a variety of foods such as fresh or cooked vegetables, as well as being stored frozen or canned. In some areas seeds are utilized as uncooked, cooked or roasted, although simply for the domestic purpose. Pumpkin seeds are in great demand for there pharmacological effect. Pumpkin seeds oil also confers many health benefit. Several types of unsaturated fatty acid are the dominant component in pumpkin seeds which can play a role in the disease prevention and promote health. Undoubtedly pumpkin seed are quite beneficial but still untapped potential of this seed is yet to be explored.

-- In this research paper, we present a novel Credit Card Fraud Detection System that leverages machine learning-based feedback. Leveraging machine learning as a revolutionary method, the study explores the adaptation of fraud detection methods to data characteristics, specifically distinguishing between supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques. Our research evaluates the performance of various machine learning algorithms, including random forests, distribution trees, neural networks, support vector machines, naive Bayes, logistic regression, and gradient boosting classifiers. Notably, logistic regression models excel in binary classification problems, offering accurate scores for each transaction and enabling the identification of potential fraud patterns based on historical transaction data. In addition, the study proposes a supervised classifier, addressing the challenges posed by a lack of publicly available information and the overwhelming prevalence of fraud cases compared to regular transactions. The study evaluates under-sampling and over-sampling methods such as random undersampling and near miss sampling, meticulously assessing their effectiveness across classifiers to mitigate the negative consequences of fraudulent transactions and improve overall model performance.

In today's economies, financial analysis is essential since it offers investors, business owners, and policymakers important information. The need for strong financial analysis has increased due to technology breakthroughs and the availability of abundant amounts of data, empowering stakeholders to make better decisions in the face of market uncertainty. In order to forecast stock prices and assess financial performance, this study focuses on applying machine learning techniques, including Linear Regression, Gradient Boosting, and Random Forest Regression. The results show how well these models work in navigating the intricacies of financial markets, as shown by the Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) ratings. The paper also emphasizes the moral issues related to financial technology, arguing that algorithmic trading systems and prediction models should be used responsibly to maintain justice and transparency. This study opens the door for a data-driven strategy to investing in the future, promoting sustainable wealth creation and financial literacy while emphasizing morality and accountability.

Products that do not harm the environment during manufacturing, usage, or disposal are considered sustainable. These items greatly reduce the pollution they would otherwise cause, which helps to maintain the environment. Products that are sustainable consider both human and environmental safety. Customers exhibit diverse purchasing behaviors, which are subject to continuous modification due to the abundance of superior options. India's desire for eco-friendly items has surged dramatically in recent years as environmental awareness has grown. Consumers are opening their wallets for sustainable items as they are "thinking green" more and are eager to purchase more eco-friendly goods. Given this context, the paper's primary goals are to ascertain consumer awareness of and perceptions of sustainable products as well as their willingness to pay a premium for them. Both primary and secondary data have been taken into consideration for the study. Secondary data is gathered from numerous websites, while primary data is gathered from the general population through the distribution of questionnaires.

Gravitational waves, the elusive ripples in the fabric of spacetime predicted by Albert Einstein's theory of general relativity, have captivated the scientific community for decades. These cosmic messengers, emanating from some of the most violent and energetic events in the universe, carry invaluable information about their sources and offer a new window into the study of extreme astrophysical phenomena. This paper delves into the fascinating realm of gravitational wave astronomy, exploring its theoretical foundations, experimental detection techniques, and the groundbreaking discoveries that have revolutionized our understanding of the cosmos. We examine the historical journey that led to the first direct detection of gravitational waves, the principles of laser interferometry that made this feat possible, and the global network of detectors that continues to expand our observational capabilities. Furthermore, we explore the diverse sources of gravitational waves, from the merger of compact binary systems to the cosmic microwave background, and discuss their profound implications for astrophysics, cosmology, and fundamental physics. By investigating the challenges, breakthroughs, and future prospects of this emerging field, we aim to illuminate the profound impact of gravitational wave astronomy on our quest to unravel the mysteries of the universe.

ABSTRACT: While the Constitution recognizes every individual as equal, there is a need for reform in certain laws to achieve equality truly. The landmark Supreme Court judgment in Navtej Singh Johar v. Union of India marked a significant step towards equality for the LGBTQA+ community in India. However, there is still a considerable journey ahead to secure the full range of human rights for this community. The paper delves into the current status of same-sex marriages in India. Through research, the researcher analyses how Countries all over the world can provide equal rights and status as that given to heterosexual couples. The research papers attempt to present a compelling rationale for legalizing same-sex marriage in India and recognizing it as a basic human right in the country, drawing on constitutional provisions, court precedents, and other relevant laws.

The present study focuses upon identifying the determinant of organizational effectiveness with focus on the emerging concept of entrepreneurial leadership. It was hypothesized that executives and non-executives would differ significantly with each other on the variables under study. There would be a significant positive contribution of attributes of entrepreneurial leadership on organizational effectiveness irrespective of organizations' typology. The sample of 150 respondents from both public and private organizations working in the manufacturing sector in Tamilnadu participated in the study. The findings of the study reveal that executives and non-executives of both organizations differ significantly on directed discovery, creative integration of networks and arena building. The quantum of difference in employees of private organizations was low. The findings are important to design interventions on entrepreneurial leadership attributes for enhancing organizational effectiveness.
