 Abstract

Green Finance is a financial concept that embodies the development of the economy and society. The Green Credit Program, which aims to promote sustainable and environmentally friendly practices, has been gaining global recognition for its impact and effectiveness. On December 1st, 2023, India and the UAE jointly hosted a high-level event at COP 28 in Dubai to discuss the program's achievements and prospects. The event was attended by several prominent leaders, including the Prime Minister of Sweden, the President of Mozambique, and the President of the European Council. During the event, the participants highlighted the importance of the Green Credit Program in mitigating climate change and emphasized the need for collaboration among nations to promote sustainable development. The Prime Minister of Sweden shared Sweden's success story of implementing the program and how it has helped the country in achieving its carbon neutrality goals. The President of Mozambique talked about how the program has been instrumental in creating green jobs and promoting economic growth in the country. The participants also discussed the challenges faced in implementing the program and how they can be overcome. They stressed the need for increased investment in renewable energy and the need for innovative financing mechanisms to support green projects. The event concluded with a call for greater global cooperation and commitment to promoting sustainable practices to combat climate change. Globally, the green credit initiative has been conceptualized as an effective response to the challenge of climate change. The Green Credit Program started by the government is a step towards this direction. The green credit program launched by India is not only an effort for carbon emission reduction but also to create a market-based incentive for different kinds of environment-positive actions. The residue being burnt by the farmers was polluting the environment. In the agriculture of India, the rice-wheat system is the most common. Farmers burn the residue that is 'parali' or waste material to free the field for showing the next crop. But the 'parali' after burning releases some oxides and greenhouse gases as well as affects the fertility of the soil and is harmful to human health. The Energy and Resource Institute reported that in year 2012 air pollution led to about 5 million deaths in South Asia. The Green Credit Program started by the government is a step towards this direction. The identified sectors for the Programme are Tree Plantation-based Green Credit, Water-based Green Credit, Sustainable Agriculture based Green Credit, Waste Management based Green Credit, Air Pollution Reduction based Green Credit, Mangrove Conservation and Restoration based Green Credit, Eco mark based Green Credit, Sustainable building and infrastructure based Green Credit. The Government endeavours to create a market where these green credits can be traded. Methodology and standards to measure and verify such actions are being developed. Green credit programs are different from the carbon market which is focused on industry and corporations green credit programs are more focused on individuals and society as well as the environment. The scheme will influence the farmers to protect the environment as well as be motivated by the tradable green credit.

 Abstract

This project involves the creation of a robot capable of both writing text and drawing images on paper. The robot utilizes a combination of precise movements and writing/drawing tools to execute these tasks. The system is designed to accept input, convert it into readable text or drawable images, and then autonomously reproduce the input on paper. The project aims to explore the integration of robotics and artistic expression, providing a unique platform for automated creativity. The system accepts input in the form of text or image data. For text input, the robot utilizes natural language processing algorithms to interpret and understand the content. For image input, image recognition algorithms are employed to analyze and convert the visual information into a format suitable for drawing. This machine can draw both parallel and upstanding. Its single design structures a writing head that spreads beyond the machine, making it possible to draw on objects greater than the machine itself. The major benefit of the machine is that it can be located over the hardcover because the core XY extends the design of the machine. The purpose of this research paper is to present a comprehensive study on the design and development of a handwriting robot. The project aims to create a robotic system capable of accurately mimicking human handwriting, opening up possibilities for various applications in fields such as education, art, and automation. This paper explores the mechanical design, actuation mechanisms, control electronics, and sensors involved in building such a robot. By understanding the intricacies of these components and their interactions, we can achieve precise and fluid handwritten output. The research paper also delves into the challenges faced during the development process and proposes potential solutions for further improvement. Through this study, we hope to contribute to the advancement of robotics and its applications in the field of handwriting replication.

 Abstract

The 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) holds significant importance as a foundational document that outlines every individual's inherent rights and freedoms. However, upon closer inspection, it becomes evident that the UDHR presents gaps and limitations in its approach to addressing women's rights. This study embarks on an in-depth analysis of the specific clauses and sections within the UDHR that pertain to women's rights, intending to evaluate their effectiveness in adequately addressing the diverse spectrum of women's needs and experiences. The analysis initiates by emphasizing the fundamental role of gender equality as a cornerstone principle within human rights. Subsequently, it delves into key articles within the UDHR that hold relevance for women's rights. For instance, the examination includes Article 1, which revolves around the principle of non-discrimination, and Article 16, which focuses on the right to marry and establish a family. Although these articles acknowledge women's equality and autonomy, they fall short in providing comprehensive coverage of the multifaceted dimensions of women's rights. A clear deficiency found within the UDHR is the absence of a direct mention of gender-based violence. Although Article 5 explicitly forbids torture and cruel treatment, it fails to specifically address violence inflicted upon women, including domestic violence, sexual assault, and female genital mutilation. This omission becomes especially alarming given the global prevalence and significant consequences of gender-based violence. This study underscores the significance of introducing explicit language into the UDHR that condemns and forbids gender-based violence. It accentuates the need for precise actions aimed at preventing and addressing such forms of violence. Another inadequacy lies in the incomplete recognition of reproductive rights within the UDHR. While Article 16 acknowledges the right to marriage and family formation, it falls short of comprehensively addressing matters linked to reproductive health, family planning, and individual autonomy over one's body. The paper underscores the significance of explicitly acknowledging reproductive rights and integrating language encompassing the full spectrum of reproductive health and decision-making. The repercussions of these gaps within the UDHR are extensive. They impede the identification of gender-based violence and reproductive rights as distinct human rights violations, thus perpetuating an absence of accountability for these offenses. Furthermore, they curtail women's capacity to fully exercise their rights, participate in societal roles, and achieve gender equality. To address these deficiencies, the paper presents recommendations for future actions. These proposals encompass fortifying legal safeguards, implementing policies attuned to gender considerations, heightening awareness and education efforts, and prioritizing reproductive healthcare. The paper also underscores the importance of international collaboration, supporting civil society organizations, and involving men and boys in advancing gender equality. In sum, this analytical exploration casts light on the inadequacies of the UDHR in effectively addressing women's rights. By acknowledging these gaps and taking proactive measures, societies can progress toward achieving gender equality and ensuring the comprehensive realization of UDHR principles for all individuals, irrespective of gender.

 Abstract

Many researchers are searching for structural materials of high strength, less weight and low cost. In generally strong materials are relatively density and light materials have less strength. In order to achieve high strength and less weight, we go for composite materials. Then the tensile strength and impact strength of specimens is determined using ultimate testing machine and impact testing machine. This study investigates the mechanical properties of composite materials by incorporating various fibers, namely S-Glass, Aramid and Nylon, each combined with a 10% addition of carbon powder. Additionally, hybrid combinations of these fibers such as S-Glass + Aramid + 10% Carbon Powder, Aramid + Nylon + 10% Carbon Powder, Nylon + S-Glass + 10% Carbon Powder and Nylon + S-Glass + Aramid + 10% Carbon Powder are explored. Polyester-resin is utilized as the matrix material to form the composite specimens, adhering to ASTM standards. The research focuses on evaluating the mechanical performance of the composite materials through comprehensive testing methods. Tensile Strength, Flexural Strength, Impact Strength, and Hardness are examined to assess the material's overall robustness. Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) is employed to study the microstructure of the composites, providing insights into the distribution and interaction of the fibers within the matrix. Furthermore, the study extends to practical applications by analyzing car bumper made from the composite materials. A static analysis is conducted to determine Von-Misses stress, total deformation. This analysis aids in understanding how these materials perform under real-world conditions, specifically in scenarios relevant to automotive applications. The outcomes of this research contribute valuable insights into the potential enhancements in mechanical properties achieved by incorporating different fibers and carbon powder in composite materials. The findings offer guidance for optimizing the composition of hybrid fiber-reinforced polymers for applications demanding high strength and impact resistance, such as automotive components.
