Abstract:The Dimethoate is one of the pesticide most widely used in agriculture sector in Maharashtra to control the varieties of pests and ectoparasites. The acute toxicity bioassay tests were conducted at various concentrations ranging from 5.0 and 13.0 mg/l freshwater fish, Rasbora daniconius for 24, 48, 72 and 96 h. The acute toxicity values were determined as 11.58, 10.25, 10.63 and 9.13 ppm respectively under laboratory conditions respectively. These LC50 values showed that the chemical is highly toxic to the fish. Then the fish were exposed to sub lethal concentrations 96 h LC50 9.13 ppm and studied the significant changes in glycogen, Protein and lipid levels of the fresh wet tissues. In the present investigation glycogen content of muscle, gill, liver and kidney as 12.78, 9.01, 42.30 and 11.12 mg/gm/wet.wt of tissues respectively. In Protein content of muscle, gill, liver and kidney as 18.04, 10.39, 15.85 and 10.02 mg/gm/wet.wt of tissues respectively and lipid content of muscle, gill, liver and kidney as 59.01, 49.23, 68.01 and 55.25 mg/gm/wet.wt of tissues respectively. In glycogen, protein and lipid content decreases in all tissues when compared with the control group.

In recent years of research, it has been discovered that noble metal nanoparticles, due to their exceptional optical properties, have unique applications in nanoscience. Scientists believe that plasmonic nanoparticles can be utilized as nano heaters, opening new avenues of research at the nanoscale. Plasmonic nanoparticles act as nano heaters that can be controlled remotely by light, resulting in the emergence of an evolving field known as Thermoplasmonic. The goal of all Thermoplasmonic applications is to significantly improve the photothermal conversion of plasmonic nanoparticles, but different sizes of nanoparticles present challenges. The present paper describes the photothermal effect induced by plasmonic nanoparticles of different nano geometry that act as nano sources of heat. Further, basic understanding and some simulation techniques for measuring the heat unleashed by plasmonic nanoparticles at the nanoscale order, as well as recent advances summarized for the application of Thermoplasmonic, specifically to biomedical applications using the photothermal effect, particularly for photothermal cancer therapy, drug and gene delivery, photothermal imaging, and nano-surgery

This survey explores college students awareness and willingness to adopt sustainable fashion. Sustainable fashion prioritizes eco-friendly materials and production methods to minimize environmental harm. As the saying goes, "sustainability" means meeting current needs without jeopardizing future generations' ability to meet theirs. Questionnaires were distributed via Google Forms. While most consumers today are aware of sustainable clothing and interested in adopting it, challenges remain. Fast-changing trends and a desire for wardrobe updates can conflict with sustainable choices. Additionally, concerns exist regarding higher prices, limited variety, and "green washing" (misleading marketing about eco-friendly practices). Despite these hurdles, a majority of consumers seem ready to embrace sustainable fashion for a brighter future.

The adoption of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) by emerging markets marks a transformative phase in their financial reporting landscape. This research seeks to investigate the multifaceted impact of IFRS adoption on the quality of financial reporting, transparency, and comparability within emerging markets. The study employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative analysis of financial statements and qualitative assessments of regulatory frameworks and institutional changes. The research aims to identify the key drivers influencing the decision to adopt IFRS in emerging markets and assess the challenges encountered during the implementation process. The evaluation of financial reporting quality encompasses an examination of reporting consistency, accuracy, and relevance in the post-IFRS adoption period. Transparency is gauged through an analysis of the disclosure practices, with a focus on the extent to which companies provide relevant information to stakeholders. Comparability is assessed by exploring how the adoption of IFRS enhances or alters the ability to compare financial information across entities and jurisdictions. Through a comparative analysis of pre- and post-adoption financial reporting practices, this research aims to contribute insights into the overall effectiveness of IFRS adoption in improving the reliability and transparency of financial information in emerging markets. Additionally, the study seeks to identify any residual challenges and propose recommendations for addressing them, ultimately providing a comprehensive understanding of the impact of IFRS adoption on financial reporting in the dynamic context of emerging markets.

China is fast moving on its path of economic and military strength which is very prominent and evident in last two decades. China under the leadership of Xi Jinping had set two centenary goals (Liang ge yibai nina) which would be achieved by years 2021 and 2049, coinciding with centenaries of Chinese Communist Party and Republic of China respectively. First goal is to build moderately prosperous society in all aspects with targeted reduction of of poverty and improvement of quality of life. Second goal is to build China a modern socialist state which is strong, democratic, prosperous, harmonious and culturally advanced. To achieve the foregoing, China has been openly asserting its economic and military might in the region by following the principle of "with me or against me''. Militarily by rekindling old border disputes and economic assertion by debt trap. In this paper countries which have been considered to be part of South Asia are India, China, Pakistan, Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Maldives. In South Asia except India, all the nations are literally bowing to the dictator and hegemonic tactics of China. Therefore, China perceives India as biggest threat in its rise to global power with particular influence in South Asia and Indian Ocean Region. Besides, India re-alignment with Europe, the USA and Middle East and good balancing with Russia has really raised concerns for China. Therefore, in last one decade China has not been missing a single opportunity to belittle and downsize Indian stature in the region.

Although promoting innovation can be a source of competitive advantage, the failure rate of innovative products is high. Research evidence suggests that only 10 to 20% of major R&D projects gives rise to commercial products. It is nearly impossible to know prior to market introduction whether the new product has tapped an unmet customer need, although good market research can reduce the uncertainty about likely demand for a new technology, that uncertainty cannot be fully eradicated; a certain failure rate is to be expected
