Preformulation may be a cluster of studies that specialise in the physicochemical properties of a drug candidate that would have an effect on the drug performance and also the development of an indefinite quantity kind. This could offer necessary data for formulation style or support the need for molecular modification. Each drug has own intrinsic chemical and physical properties that has been take into account before development of pharmaceutical formulation. This property provides the framework for medication combination with pharmaceutical ingredients within the fabrication of indefinite quantity kind. Objective of preformulation study is to develop the elegant, stable, effective and safe indefinite quantity kind by establishing kinetic rate profile, compatibility with the opposite ingredients and establish Physico-chemical parameter of drug substances. Among these properties, drug solubility, partition coefficient, dissolution rate, polymorphic forms and stability are plays important role in preformulation study.

The main factor that limits use of NSAIDs is concern over the development of gastrointestinal (GI) side effects. Topical dosage forms provide relatively consistent drug levels for prolonged periods and avoid gastric irritation, as well as the other typical side effects of oral NSAID administration. In this research work liposomal gel of Etodolac was developed for topical application. Preformulation studies (organoleptic studies, melting point, partition coefficient, absorption maxima, FTIR study) were performed for identification of drug. Prepared liposomes of Etodolac were incorporated into a gel using Carbopol 940. Rheological and texture properties of prepared gel formulation showed suitability of the gel for topical application. The developed formulation was evaluated for drug entrapment efficiency, pH measurement, in vitro drug release, drug content, and skin irritation studies etc.

Nanorobots hold great promise in the treatment of HIV, offering the potential for more targeted and effective drug delivery and even gene editing. While there are no approved systems for the treatment of HIV using nanorobots yet, several promising studies have been conducted that demonstrate the feasibility of this approach. Nanorobots can be engineered to recognize specific markers on the surface of HIV-infected cells and deliver drugs directly to these cells, reducing the viral load in the patient's body and slowing the progression of the disease. Additionally, nanorobots can carry gene editing tools that could be used to remove the virus from infected cells. However, further research is needed to optimize these systems and evaluate their safety and efficacy in animal models and clinical trials. If successful, nanorobots could offer a game-changing approach to the treatment of HIV, providing more targeted and effective treatment options for patients.

In my PDCS minor project, I've chosen to focus on a "international product strategy study of dabur India ltd." There are a lot of factors that led me to choose this project. For the reason that there is a vast amount of ground to cover in the study of it. When it comes to the fast-moving consumer goods market, Dabur is at the very top. Its breadth of offerings includes food and drink in addition to household and personal care items as its primary market share drivers. Around two-thirds of Indians use a product from one of Dabur's 20 different consumer categories. It employs more than 15,000 people and has over 1,200 managers. With over 2000 suppliers and colleagues, it has established a global network. Every day, they go to work to make the future a better place. They're doing it for both new and old additions to their mixes.

The study's goal is to examine the potential for an economic alliance between India and the BIMSTEC region. The Bay of Bengal Initiative for Multi-Sectoral Technical and Economic Cooperation was established by Bangladesh, India, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, Nepal, Myanmar, and Thailand following the liberalisation of these nations. India is the largest economy of the group, followed by Thailand, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Nepal and Bhutan. India's trade opportunity within BIMSTEC is vast due to the organization's potential for Intra - regional trade and economic integration. India has already made significant investments in the region and has established trade agreements with most of the BIMSTEC countries. India still has unrealized potential to expand trade in the area, especially in industries like manufacturing, services, and agriculture.

Over the past ten years, the retail coffee business has been expanding quickly. The region's coffee shops with desirable offline and online social settings due to the high usage of mobile communication devices like smart phones and social media. Nations' ongoing internet development presents several e-commerce prospects for retail firms to expand, flourish, and win customers. This Research Paper attempts to investigate how Starbucks may make the most of social media to broaden their clientele, improve customer happiness, and ultimately boost consumer loyalty. The literature review focuses on the use of social media by businesses, retailers worldwide, the coffee shop industry, and consumer expectations for coffee shop service. The Secondary data collection is intended to test the hypotheses for the retail sale of coffee as well as the social media activity of participants who frequent coffee shops Starbucks. According to the proposed conceptual model, clients of coffee shops who interact with them on social media and the internet will have a positive experience with the business and become devoted patrons. Finally, the model advises that in order to reach their business goals, coffee shops should constantly look to optimize their social media-enabled marketing operations.

In this work, wireless black box using MEMS accelerometer and GPS tracking system is developed for accidental monitoring. The system consists of cooperative components of an accelerometer, microcontroller unit, GPS device and GSM module. In the event of accident, this wireless device will send mobile phone short massage indicating the position of vehicle by GPS system to family member, emergency medical service (EMS) and nearest hospital. The threshold algorithm and speed of motorcycle are used to determine fall or accident in real-time. The system is compact and easy to install under rider seat. The system has been tested in real world applications using bicycles. The test results show that it can detect linear fall, non-linear fall and normal ride with high accuracy.

The rise of mobility solutions, such as autonomous vehicles, drones, and wearable technology, has transformed logistics and supply chain management. These solutions have enabled businesses to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Autonomous vehicles, for instance, have increased the speed and accuracy of deliveries, while drones have facilitated last-mile delivery in remote areas. Wearable technology has improved worker safety and productivity by providing real-time data on their physical condition and location. However, these mobility solutions also pose challenges for logistics and supply chain management. For instance, the integration of these solutions with existing systems and infrastructure requires significant investment in technology and infrastructure. Additionally, there are concerns about cybersecurity and data privacy. Despite these challenges, the adoption of mobility solutions is likely to increase in the coming years, driven by advances in technology and changing consumer demands. Logistics and supply chain managers must adapt to these changes to remain competitive and meet the needs of their customers. This paper examines the impact of mobility solutions on logistics and supply chain management, exploring their benefits and challenges, and discusses the strategies businesses can adopt to leverage these solutions effectively.
