ABSTRACT Consumer behaviour research is a useful tool in marketing for all sorts of organisation. Also, consumer behaviour is the study of how individuals and groups, and organisations select, buy, use, and dispose of goods, services, ideas, or experiences to satisfy their needs and wants. Studying consumers provide clues for improving or introducing products or services, setting prices, devising channels constructing messages, and developing other marketing activities. Marketers are always looking for emerging trends that suggest new marketing opportunities. Successful marketing requires that companies fully connect with their customers. Understanding consumers - gaining a 360-degree view of both their daily lives and the changes that occur during their lifetimes. Traditionally, a small business would develop their relationships by going from door-to-door to raise awareness and grow their shopping brand. How fast they achieve this depends on their budget and time available to their shopping.  Abstract

Smartphones have invaded every facet of everyday life. These have drastically altered the way we engage with one another, get information, and stay connected to our surroundings. The major goal of the current study is to determine the influence of a family�s monthly income on the buying behaviour of smartphones in Haryana. A sample of 1000 smartphone customers from rural and semi-urban regions of Haryana have been chosen for this study. A structured questionnaire has been used to collect the data and SPSS software has been used for the analysis. It has been found that there is a significant influence of a family�s monthly income on the buying behaviour of smartphones in Haryana.

 Abstract

As the world moves to a Cashless economy, something more has sprung up in this move. Cryptocurrencies are becoming the medium of making payment in this cashless era. The hard cash money has been turned into virtual currencies in an encrypted form. Supported by Blockchain technology, these currencies have changed many of the definitions of today. Transactions in today�s time are slowly moving towards it. But there are uncertainties related to its use and application. This paper aims at understanding the use of Cryptocurrencies through the lens of E-Commerce sector. The ever growing platform of the E- Commerce sector will be very much impacted with the use of such payments. The study includes the understanding of the pros and cons in this respect along with the keys to face the challenges.

 Abstract

Abstract:- To this day money transactions in business and other activities are made through cheques and other Negotiable Instruments in India. If the transaction through cheque failed the remedies that existed were filing Civil Suit and filing a complaint for the offence of cheating the only ways till l988. Then the Negotiable Instrument Act is amended and if the cheque is dishonoured it became an offence and punishment is prescribed. There are many amendments made and new provisions are introduced to handle the situations to make the cheque dishonour case proceedings effective. Meanwhile, the government of India is discussing the decriminalisation of the offence of cheque dishonour. Further, even after the inclusion of new provisions, there are difficulties in the Criminal Proceedings of cheque dishonour. The earlier remedies, effects if the amendment of decriminalisation is enforced and existing hurdles in the Criminal Proceedings at present and the way out thereof are discussed in this article.

 Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to explore an answer to the question whether it is necessary to artificially construct moral algorithm in order to act morally good or bad.On the basis of moral algorithms AI (machine, robots, etc) make moral decision in the various situation of human life. Firstly,the paper introduces the definition of artificial intelligence and how it works .Further the paper describes specific theory of morality; how it is follow by humans to make decision. Next, the paper narrates some moral algorithms that had been created/developed by engineers. Next, the paper tells what criteria of moral actions are. Further how do machines make ethical decision on the basis of coded moral algorithm and what can be its consequences. The paper concludes that Machine can not take any ethical decisions in the various situations freely.

 Abstract

The main holy grail of the present paper is know how far socio-economic factors impact on the microfinance activities and to know about the effect of before and after joining Self Help Groups (SHGs), and to know the factor driving women empowerment and social capital formation. Since independence maximum attention is given to the development of rural poor but urban poor has been neglected. The poverty programmes, further, undertaken by government except at present where the beneficiary get benefit through direct transfer, could not trickle down to the poor previously. Urban poor like rural requires organised financial assistance to meet the expenditure of children education and health. Bengaluru is experiencing rapid urbanisation due to increase in the population. Microfinance programmes has been emerged as a powerful tool of poverty alleviation since the last 3 decades several studies have examined its economic influence on the community well being (Asghar Tahamaseli et al. 2021).

 Abstract

Eliot Schrefer is an American writer famous for adult fiction and young adult fictional books. The book Rescued is an example for animal fiction. Eco-Criticism gives importance to harmonious existence of the protagonist with his or her environment. This paper analyses the man-animal relationship in Rescued by Eliot Schrefer. The central theme is Raja�s, the orangutan�s struggle in captivity. This book deals with the treatment of animals in captivity. In the end, the whole story is based on the struggle of John to save Raja, the orangutan, and to find a better place to live. The book Rescued reveals the readers that animals deserve a safe place to live and human beings need to treat animals with concern.

Acidic fruits are employed to clean the blade of a dagger, and they serve as mordants in the preparation of an orange dye for silk fabrics.
