"With improved access to education and employment, millions of Indian women are entering the country's workforce today. Many working women face sexual harassment at workplace on daily basis. It is crucial therefore that as a country, we strive to eliminate work-place sexual harassment since women have the right to work in safe and secure environment. Protection of women is necessary for gender equality and development of the nation as a whole".

Agrarian nations like India are highly dependent on rainfall amounts to determine the success or failure of agriculture. Most of India's agricultural produce relies on the monsoon rains and its precipitation patterns. Monsoon season provides for most water needs in India. For adequate crop planning, it is important to know average rainfall. Several experiments say that precipitation directly affects crops. Therefore, this study used machine learning techniques and algorithms to analyse Indian states' rainfall patterns using rainfall data from government during 1901-2017 period. The study concludes that machine learning algorithms are useful in analyzing and investigating about Indian states' rain fall with comparable results to those in industry standards.

Gold is a multifunctional material that has been utilized in medicinal applications for centuries because it has been recognized for its bacteriostatic, anticorrosive, and antioxidative properties. Modern medicine makes routine, conventional use of gold and has even developed more advanced applications. It has been shown that colloidal gold exhibits localized plasmon surface resonance (LPSR), meaning that gold nanoparticles can absorb light at specific wavelengths, resulting in photoacoustic and photothermal properties, making them potentially useful for hyperthermic cancer treatments and medical imaging applications. Modifying gold nanoparticle shape and size can change their LPSR photochemical activities, thereby also altering their photothermal and photoacoustic properties, allowing for the utilization of different wavelengths of light, such as light in the near-infrared spectrum. By manufacturing gold in a nanoscale format, it is possible to passively distribute the material through the body, where it can localize in tumors and be safely excreted through the urinary system. The possibility to modify the surface of nanogold particles with different targeting and functional compounds significantly broadens the range of their potential biomedical applications, with particular emphasis on cancer treatment. Functionalized gold nanoparticles exhibit good biocompatibility and controllable biodistribution patterns, which make them particularly fine candidates for the basis of innovative therapies. In this paper, we give a quick review of the structure, applications, recent advancements, and potential future directions for the utilization of gold nanoparticles in cancer therapeutics.

Face detection, a process of identifying faces within video content, has traditionally faced limitations in precision. Leveraging big data techniques can enhance speed and efficiency. Employing Apache Spark, capable of running among several nodes simultaneously, facilitates the conversion of individual video frames into an analyzable format. Utilizing the YOLO Face Detection model, rooted in deep learning, enables the detection of faces within each frame. Deep Face will then be utilized to pinpoint the target face and extract all instances across multiple frames for monitoring purposes.

The establishment of Congress dominance over the Odia political scene in 1920 precipitated a shift towards nationalism in Odisha. Initially the Sammilani justified its abstinence from anti-colonial politics by arguing that there was no need to politically oppose the colonial state as long as it was fulfilling its responsibilities properly. However, despite its best efforts, this attempt to affirm politics as governance remained riddled with contradictions. This nationalization of regional politics could not have been brought about without the intervention of a new breed of Odia intelligentsia led by Gopabandhu Das. Gopabandhu's speech was not only the harbinger of the changes in Odisha politics but also the most sustained and representative statement of the changing attitude towards political activism, the colonial government and the Indian National Congress in Odisha.

A Chronic eye disorder called glaucoma leading to irreversible blindness by damaging the optic nerve of the eye. It is provoked due to exalted intraocular pressure inside the eye. Detecting glaucoma is the most challenging process in case of open angle glaucoma (OAG) due to lack of initial symptoms. Detecting glaucoma in the early stage is required to facilitate appropriate monitoring, treatment, and to diminish the likelihood of vision loss. In this paper, we propose a method to analyse and categorize the fundus image as glaucomatous or healthy image by employing image processing techniques to take into account the cup to disc ratio and feature extracted through Deep learning. The first step in identifying glaucoma is to measure CDR, which rises from 0.6 to 0.9 in cases of the condition. The Deep Learning-Convolution neural network model is used to automate the glaucoma diagnostic procedure and take into account additional medical data. Overfitting is avoided by adopting data augmentation technique. To make the system user friendly and interactive Graphical user interface (GUI) application is developed. The system is trained, and the outcomes show that the method performed well in categorizing the fundus images as healthy or glaucoma.

An inclusive workplace provides a platform to everyone, irrespective of their type of disability whether visible or invisible. It values their employees for the strengths they have in their area of expertise. An inclusive workplace values all employees for their strengths. It offers employees with disabilities -- whether visible or invisible -- an equal opportunity to succeed, to learn, to be compensated fairly, and to advance. True inclusion is about embracing difference. This paper focuses on understanding the literature studies at different timeframes. The studies published during 2013- 2023 are reviewed and summarized. The findings are reported in the study.

The implications of the Government of India's monetary policies on farmers have been a subject of intense scrutiny and debate in the past four years. This research paper focuses on the soft commodity market, specifically targeting agricultural produce. The study aims to evaluate the extent of the benefit of the new Agriculture reforms and Farm Bills and suggest alternative sources of income for the farmers of India. Secondly, this study analyzes the price of commodities (wheat, rice, cotton, mustard, pearl millet, pigeon pea) at which the farmers can sell their produce in APMCs and to what extent MSP is being followed by the traders and buyers of a farmer's produce. By exploring alternative income sources, the research paper proposes strategies to empower farmers and enhance their economic resilience. The research adopts a mixed-method approach to achieve these objectives, combining quantitative analysis of agricultural data and commodity market trends and qualitative insights gathered through questionnaires (from Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Gujarat, MP, Maharashtra, UP, Bihar, Jharkhand, Telangana, Tamil Nadu), and expert perspectives. The results of this study show more exploitation than benefits brought down by the new monetary policies for the farmers and their dissatisfaction with the current MSP. The study analysis shows unfair policies against the farmers and more power to traders and big companies. This research also highlights the awareness level of different government schemes and policies among the farmers surveyed.
