Background: COVID-19 is an infectious disease caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) created a devastating impact on global health and economy. This study aids in understanding the clinical and immunological response of children during third wave of COVID. Methods: A Cross sectional study conducted among school going children of age 4-17 during Jan 22 to April 22.Demographic and clinical parameters were assessed based on structured questionnaire. Serum samples were collected from volunteered children who were not vaccinated against COVID-19. COVID-19 Ig G antibodies were estimated using CLIA and the data analyzed using SPSS. Results: 87 children were enrolled from a school.32.2% were girls; 67.8% were boys.78% of the children had fever, 86% had cold, 64% had cough and 64% had headache. Majority were having symptoms for 3-5 days. Serum samples were collected for COVID-19 IgG levels from 23 COVID-19 unvaccinated children, out of which 19(82.6%) were positive for COVID. The mean COVID-19 IgG level around 2 months after recovery was 24.6 IU. Conclusion: This study suggests that children who had fever, cold and cough during third wave had COVID-19 disease and had an overall better prognosis. Future longitudinal studies are necessary to confirm our findings and to better understand the protective IgG levels which prevent further infections in COVID-19 vaccinated and unvaccinated children.

The purpose of the study was Effects of Circuit and Plyometric Training on Blood Pressure of Kabaddi Players. Male players of Kabaddi selected at school level in Nadiad were selected in the present study. Total 90 male players were selected as subjects for the sample of the present study, in which 30 players were included in the plyometric training group, 30 in circuit training group and 30 players were included in the control group. The male players of 13 to 17 years age group were included in the present study. Endurance of torso muscles was measured by Bent knee sit-ups. Statistical technique such as analysis of covariance was applied to know the effects on Circuit training group and Plyometric training group. Mean difference was examined at 0.05 levels by using Least Significant Difference (Post Hoc) Test. Conclusion are as under Remarkable higher improvement was found in performance of endurance of torso muscles of subjects of circuit training group and plyometric training group because of circuit training and circuit training.

MSMEs significantly contributes in the growth and development of an economy. They not only facilitate employment at a lower cost but also boost industrialization. Consequently, regional imbalance reduces and ensures equitable distribution of income and wealth, by eliminating poverty and unemployment. Keeping in mind these benefits this study was conducted to identify significant annual growth in number of people employed in MSME in India. Data was analysed using simple regression. Findings of the study revealed that only 7 states/UTs i.e. Assam, Bihar, Nagaland, Sikkim, Telangana, West Bengal, and Jammu & Kashmir have shown significant annual growth in number of people employed. Whereas, two states/UTs i.e. Goa and Andaman and Nicobar Islands have shown an insignificant negative annual growth in employment.

The goal of targeted drug delivery is to concentrate the medication in the tissues of interest while reducing the relative concentration of the medication in the other tissues. As a consequence, the drug is directed to the desired location. As a result, the drug has no impact on the tissues around it. As a result, carrier technology offers an intelligent form of drug administration by attaching the drug to a carrier particle such as microspheres, nanoparticles, liposomes, niosomes, and so on, which modulates the drug's release and absorption qualities. Microspheres are free-flowing powders comprised of biodegradable proteins or synthetic polymers with particle sizes smaller than 200 m. It is the most dependable means of delivering medication to the intended recipient. h an emphasis on preparation, application, biocompatibility, and stability, it becomes necessary to deliver that specific agent to the target tissues in optimal amount at the right time with minimal side effects in order to achieve the required or enhanced therapeutic efficacy of a given drug effect. The control drug delivery system is concerned with the systemic release of a pharmacological agent in order to maintain a therapeutic level of medication in the body for an extended length of time. This can be accomplished by integrating the therapeutic ingredient into biodegradable polymers and constantly releasing the substance as the matrix erodes.

Background: Information Technology (IT) is a profession that has been in demand during the COVID-19. Due to its high demand and evolving technologies, older IT workers have difficulties adapting to new technologies compared to their younger counterparts. Methods: A qualitative phenomenology approach was used in this study that focused on the lived experiences of middle-aged IT workers on the advancement of technology during the pandemic. Findings: There were four major themes generated from the verbalizations of the participants. These are: (1) Myriad Innovations pertaining to the numerous technological developments participants have acquired while working in the information technology sector; (2) Novel Impressions which include the initial impressions regarding technological innovations; (3) Occupational Responses referring to how middle-aged IT workers master new technology in order to keep up with the IT sector; and (4) Lifestyle Impact that specifies how new technology impacts their lifestyle as middle-aged IT workers living in a digitalized society. Conclusion: The middle-aged IT workers successfully adapted to the technological innovations while continuously adapted to the rigors of their professions during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Recommendations: This paper suggests to future researchers to further specify the qualifications of the participants to discover a variety of experiences and responses to fill the literature gap.
