Chemotherapy is typically used in conjunction with surgery to treat cancer, particularly breast cancer, which is one of the most common cancers to affect women. The quality of life may be negatively impacted by radiation therapy due to a variety of side effects, including exhaustion, mucositis, and skin abnormalities. Personal protection equipment (PPE) is used by oncology nurses in the United States when handling and giving chemotherapy medications to cancer patients. The American Public Health Association (APHA), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) all have uniform recommendations for PPE gowns that are intended to protect individuals from potentially hazardous spills. Made of lint-free, low-permeability fabric, such as fabrics coated with polyethylene, each disposable garment is one size fits all. Long sleeves, a solid front, and ribbed cuffs with a back closure are features of gowns. The patient's reaction to the nurse's presence is equally essential as the staff workers' safety when handing out medicines. In an outpatient environment, patients receive chemotherapy while dressed for the street. The whole picture can be frightening when the nurse arrives dressed in garish, noisy attire. In addition, nurses who were surveyed regarding their experiences expressed dissatisfaction with the clothes' temperature and discomfort. This review paper hypothesizes that the comfort and ease of both nurses and cancer patients might be greatly enhanced through attractive, user-friendly garments made of breathable, washable textiles with a technician-safe, patient-friendly standard, faculty-led designers created a design challenge with customizable sizes. Our study, which was designed to be descriptive in nature, examined the relationship between radiation therapy comfort and quality of life in patients with breast cancer.

In the domain of digital computing, the quest for higher performance, energy efficiency, and miniaturization has driven the exploration of alternative technologies to overcome the limitations of traditional Complementary Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor(CMOS) technology. Quantum Dot Cellular Automata (QCA) has emerges as a promising candidate for revolutionizing the field of digital circuits, offering the potential to push the boundaries of speed and power efficiency. Arithmetic Logic Unit, also known as ALU, is responsible for carrying out logical and arithmetic operations based on the input operands. The proposed Arithmetic Logic Unit is fed input through layering, which results in reduced occupation area and cell count. It consists of half adder and NAND gate followed by two 2 x1 Multiplexer. The proposed design of a half adder and NAND gate (used for And operation) uses less space, less cells, and low energy dissipation than the existing design.

This summary gives a broad overview of the complex interaction between psychology and the social sciences, showing the many ways in which these two fields cross and help us understand how people behave and how societies work. Sociology, anthropology, political science, economics, and other fields are all included in the social sciences and psychology. In order to better understand the intricacies of human cognition, emotions, social relationships, and societal systems, these fields frequently collaborate and cross over. In the social sciences, psychology, which is the study of the mind and behaviours, is crucial because it sheds light on both individual and group dynamics. It explores the subtleties of human perception, motivation, emotion, and cognition and lays the groundwork for other social sciences. Social psychology, for instance, studies how individuals' thoughts and feelings influence their interactions with others, contributing to the understanding of social norms, stereotypes, and group behaviour.

Pharmacogenomics is a field of pharmacology that examines how genetic variation affects a patient's reaction to a medicine by connecting a treatment's efficacy or toxicity to gene expression or single-nucleotide polymorphisms. In order to achieve optimum efficacy with a minimum of side effects, it strives to establish logical methods to optimize pharmacological therapy with respect to the patient's genotype. Such strategies signal the coming of personalized medicine, where medications and treatment combinations are tailored to each person's specific genetic profile. Pharmacogenomics, or "whole genome pharmacogenetics," is the study of how individual genes interact with medications. Understanding the advantages and disadvantages of novel genotyping technologies' potential utility for pharmacogenomics (PGx) is necessary for the ongoing development of these technologies.

The main aim of this innovative research is to design a wearable device which is based on artificial intelligence (AI), and it is used to detect the HRV (heart rate variability) and anxiety management. This study integrates advanced sensor technologies, which include PPG, accelerometer, and GSR sensors and consequently continually capture vital physiological information. The AI algorithms applied in this device, for example, machine learning and deep learning approaches, are used to figure out the trends and the patterns, which often are subtle, from the analysed data and to link them to HRV and stress levels. This research contributes to the urgent demand for an advanced technology that helps users gain insights into their state of health by providing them with actionable data on their physiological wellness [a]. This device which presents information in real time through values of HRV, stress level, and triggers can direct people to make wise decisions about their daily activities and lifestyle. Moreover, the device streamlines the challenging interface by developing mobile applications or wearable displays. These interfaces make the user experience easy and encourage them to engage with the device in their daily routines. The rapidly evolving wearable technology and healthcare innovation scenery for this study represents a prominent step forward in the way of personalized health monitoring and management. My proposed device can create on-the-spot finances for the well-being of users, providing them with preventive care and helping them to feel more in charge of their health. With much more research and development in the pipeline, this device could change the way people track their health and lifestyle, contributing to a total wellness and good life quality.
