Simple, specific, accurate, precise and reproducible and robust method have been developed and validated for the Simultaneous Estimation of Azelnidipine and Chlorthalidone in tablet Dosage from. The Reverse Phase High Performance Liquid Chromatography, the chromatographic system was equipped with Kromasil C18 column (150 x 4.6 x 5 m) and UV detector set at 235 nm, in conjunction with a mobile phase of 20 mM diammonium hydrogen phosphate and Methanol in the ratio of 65:35% v/v (Gradient) (pH 5.5, adjusted with 1% orthophosphoric acid) at a flow rate of 1.2 mL/min. The described method was linear over a concentration range of 40.39-121.16 g/ml for Azelnidipine and 31.16-93.47 g/ml for Chlorthalidone. Retention time of Azelnidipine and Chlorthalidone were found to be 10.414 and 4.616 min respectively. The %Recoveries of Azelnidipine and Chlorthalidone at the three different levels were found in the range of 98.9-101.6 % and 99.3-100.9 % respectively. Methods were statistically validated for accuracy, precision, specificity, LOD, LOQ and robustness according to ICH guidelines and can be used for analysis of combined tablet formulation. Azelnidipine and Chlorthalidone were subjected to stress conditions of acid degradation, base degradation, oxidative degradation and thermal degradation under same chromatographic condition. The stress samples were assayed on RP-HPLC system.

ABSTRACT: Denture stomatitis is the most predominant and long-standing problem in denture wearers. The etiopathogenesis of denture stomatitis is multiphase and complex to understand. The placement of denture produces suggestive changes in the oral environment and adversely affects the integrity of oral tissues. The combination of entrapment of yeast cells in irregularities in denture-base and denture relining materials, poor oral hygiene and several systemic factors is the most probable reason for the onset of this infectious disease. Candida species causes colonization and growth on prostheses. This article gives a comprehensive review of epidemiology, etiology, classification, clinical features, prevention and management of denture stomatitis.

This paper aims to scientifically investigate the function of social media in consumer decision-making. A quantitative study explores the extent to which social media use affects experiences. Outsiders are currently increasingly dominating consumer opinions of goods and services in developed spaces, which affects judgements made in the detached space. Customers are more engaged with online social networking since advertisers have no control over the content, timing, or frequency of customer conversations. The findings indicate that consumer satisfaction is influenced by social media use during the information search and alternative evaluation phases, with satisfaction increasing as the consumer advances through the process towards the final purchase decision and post-purchase review.

EVs have experienced a resurgence in the twenty-first century because of technological developments, a focus on renewable energy sources, and the potential to reduce the impact of transportation on climate change, air pollution, and other environmental challenges. In this study, we used the Push Pull Mooring method to examine users' intentions in India to switch from fuel-powered to new energy vehicles. After conducting a review of the literature to identify themes, we created a questionnaire that was distributed to 250 current car owners. Investigative factor analysis was carried out to analyse and explore the factors. Multiple regression was employed to identify the variables that were most indicative of adoption behaviour. The study's findings show how environmental factors influence consumer preferences for and acceptance of electric vehicles. Because only four variables were considered and the Punjab region of India was the study's location, the findings may alter when applied to other regions of India or when other variables are used.

Higher education plays a crucial role in shaping the social, economic, and cultural development of any nation. In India, higher education has witnessed significant growth over the years, with a rise in the number of institutions and students enrolled in various programs. However, ensuring the quality of education being imparted in these institutions is equally important. Quality assessment and accreditation serve as essential tools for maintaining the standards of higher education. The National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) is an autonomous body established by the University Grants Commission (UGC) to assess and accredit institutions of higher education in India. The council was set up in 1994 with the objective of promoting quality education in India and providing a framework for the assessment and accreditation of institutions based on specific parameters. Since its inception, the NAAC has been working towards improving the quality of higher education in India by evaluating institutions and awarding grades based on their performance. This paper aims to provide an overview of the NAAC, its history, objectives, and functioning. It will also discuss the importance of quality assessment and accreditation in higher education and the role of NAAC in promoting excellence in the Indian higher education system.

From time immemorial, storytelling has been a favorite pastime of people across cultures, religions and nations. In this regard, folk tales have had an appeal for the masses whether narrated in a simple story form or whether the content gets rendered in the form of a ballad. Such stories have passed on from mouth to mouth allowing people to interpolate their own content and creativity. This leaves a distinct individual imprint. The content could be region specific. One thing is for sure, i.e they have existed with a few variations. This helped in the perpetuation of stereotypes. That is why the trope of a self- abnegating woman is popular across cultures all over the world. It should be remembered that in the primitive, uncertain times since mankind had to live in communities, strong individualistic attitudes and independent thinking were discouraged in women because, such tendencies were not conducive to sustaining communities. These stories, maxims and parables were the staple diet of the common people since these were the rules by which they had to live. Most of these are rendered from the patriarchal point of view. Revisiting such stories in the present time reveals the politics of making virtues out of negative tendencies. An examination of one or two stories in this regard will reveal the same and how detrimental such attitudes are for the present day and how such attitudes continue to affect us in the present negatively.

Occupational structure, one of the important characteristics of population, which helps to understand a region's standard of living, sources of income, and level of socio-economic development. The occupational classification primarily relates to several branches of activity depending on the type of organization, a product produced, or a service provided. For ease of analysis of information in this regard, it is divided into three occupational activities namely the primary, secondary, and tertiary. In addition, the participation of workers is also a key factor in a region's economic development; therefore, understanding the proportion of workers among the varied occupations in a region is significant. The proportion of workers who are economically employed in various occupations determines a region's socio-economic progress. For the present study, the Eastern Nayar watershed in the Garhwal district was selected and the purpose was to examine the rate of changes in the occupational structure as well as the shift of the workers from agricultural to non-agricultural activities. In order to achieve the aims of the study, main and marginal workers are taken into account, which was further subdivided into four workers categories. The result shows that the agricultural economy of the watershed employs 77.67 percent of its workforce. However, with the advancement of technology and new government policies, there is a slight shift in workers' percentages in various occupational structures.

The construction sector is renowned for being labor-intensive and having little impact on IT. To produce high-quality and useful results for the stakeholders, current building processes are combined with IT-based software and hardware solutions. Therefore, it has been determined that construction industry risk management is a discipline with limited IT involvement and that in order to achieve effective IT-based implementations for the construction industry risk management, it is necessary to increase knowledge and awareness among construction industry professionals. Based on a questionnaire survey of 165 respondents, the drivers and challenges for risk management in the construction industry using IT solutions were validated. The data was analysed using Relative Important Index (RII). The research followed the positivism research philosophy along with the deductive research approach and quantitative research method. The effectiveness of risk management is the main hurdle to IT-based risk management in the construction industry, according to the research's findings. Comprehensive risk identification and efficient risk management are other factors influencing construction risk management. An IT-based framework was created to address risk management procedures specific to the construction industry based on the identified risk management driers and barriers. According to this study, professionals in the construction sector should become more knowledgeable and conscious of risk management in order to better grasp how it differs from IT applications in the sector.
