Water is the resource that sustains all life on earth and is a key element of sustainable development. Water pollution occurs when unwanted pollutants are discharged directly or indirectly into water bodies without adequate treatment to remove harmful compounds. Water pollution affects plants and organisms living in water bodies and also to the natural biological communities. The direct effect of water pollution results in increased amount of microbial population. In these microbes some species are useful and some are harmful for human being. Present study deals with the isolate and identify microflora species at different levels of Khan River of Ujjain District.Micro floral study of the river also shows that there are number of microbial population present in it, which are all pathogenic and not only harmful for the human health but also for aquatic flora and fauna. The results indicated that therewere different types of bacteria distributed throughout different sampling stations as Pseudomonas (37.79)%, Salmonella (15.74)%,Klebshilla (11.81)%, Enterobactor (7.08)%, Streptococcus (7.34)%, Actenomycetes (5.24)%,and finally E.Coli (5.24)%. We concluded that Pseudomonas were the most dominant followed by salmonella bacterial strain in the sample.

In the most advance, production six-axis industrial assembly line and martial handling robots are widely use to manipulate production produce in or six degrees of freedom in space. Industrial robots from manufacturers for welding milling assembly and other application material handling can be define as an integrated system that involves activities such as handling storage and control of materials. Handling is a professional activities of modern manufacturing companies. Effective material handling solution can significantly reduce production or distribution cost. Python is a scriptable and interpreted language for both learning and real-world programming. Python is a powerful high-level language developed by Guido van Rossum. In this paper, we will provide an introduction to the main Python programming software tools used for Data science, Machine learning techniques. Briefly, this paper will first introduce Python as a language, and give introduction about Data science, Machine learning and then describe packages that are popular in the Data science and Machine learning sectors, such as NumPy, SciPy, TensorFlow, Keras ,Matplotlib etc. From there, we will move to show the importance of python for building data Science applications. The aim of paper is to propose a different method for measuring and billing of the energy consumed rather the conventional method as well as to minimize the queue at the electricity billing counters. In order to avoid waste of money in this system we have used GSM SMS based billing process. It is possible to recharge the electricity balance through this system just by sending an SMS. An earlier charging will undoubtedly get rid of the issues of unpaid bills and human mistakes in meter readings, along these lines guaranteeing justified income for the utility. Now a days power corporation face many problems such as power theft. Theft of electricity can be a increase the cost of electricity bill. This system will easily detect power theft. This system provides efficient meter reading, avoiding the billing error and reduces the maintenance cost.

In early December 2019, an outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), caused by a novel severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), occurred in Wuhan City, Hubei Province, China. On January 30, 2020 the World Health Organization declared the outbreak as a Public Health Emergency of International Concern. We conducted a review of publicly available information to summerize knowledge about the pathogen and the current pandemic. In this review, History, epidemiology, transmission & life cycle of COVID-19 are all studied. The aim of this study was to summarize the mechanism, antiviral activities of remdesivir against SARS-CoV-2, the causative agent of COVID-19.

Project Management exists way before it has come into existence officially.The making of Pyramids of Giza, Great Wall of China, and Coliseum are all some good examples of project management. The evolution to project management has started around the year 1950, when companies started working with project management tools. Later in the 1970s and 80s some software was developed and gave rise to technological advancement. In the 2000s when the Internet arrived the new project management 2.0 was born, it has increased collaboration between the team members directly by using the project management software. PM 2.0 = PM 1.0 + collaboration. The new age when there was an explosion of mobile phones that had been named the era of Project Management 3.0, the use of mobile devices had given increased efficiency in collaboration, mobility and so on. Project management 4.0 has been defined as the fourth industrial revolution i.e.Industry 4.0, which mainly focuses on the technological tools keeping in mind the fourth industrial revolution. The main focus areas for Project Management 4.0 is the management of time, cost, quality, project team, communication, project risk, procurement and risk.
