This article overviews classification of nanocomposite according to their matrices, reinforcement, dimensional morphology and on the basis of their method of synthesis. . Nanocomposites are multiphase materials with one or more phases in nanoscale dimensions Nanocomposite materials have emerged as suitable alternatives to overcome limitations of microcomposites and monolithics Nanocomposites, a high performance material exhibit unusual property combinations and unique design possibilities. Being environmentally friendly, thermally stable and mechanically strong applications of nanocomposites offer new technology and business opportunities for several sectors of the aerospace, automotive, electronics, biomedical, tissue engineering, wound healing, drug delivery, gene therapy and food packaging .Nanocomposites themselves encompass a very broad category of materials. The classification of nanocomposites according to their matrices shows the existence of three main categories of materials: metal matrix, ceramic matrix and polymer matrix nanocomposites. On the basis of reinforcement nanocomposites are classified as fibre, laminar and particulate reinforced nanocomposites. According to the dimensions nanocomposites may be classified as nanoparticles, nanotubes, nanowires and layered silicates

Spinal muscle atrophy (SMA) is an autosomal recessive and neurodegenerative disease caused by homozygous mutations in the survival motor neuron1(SMN 1) gene. SMA isdistinguished by motor neuron degeneration, which is a resulting in weakness and increasing muscle atrophy. Children with a most severe form of SMA there were not able to sit independently. There was only 8% of children would survivebeyond their 2years of age without permanent ventilation support. One of these therapies, Onasemnogene abeparvovec, a gene replacement therapy based on the adeno-related virus, is a one-time intravenous infusion in which it delivers human function SMA. Inadditionto significantly improving survival, Onasemnogene Abeparvovec increases motor function and reducesthe need for respiratory or nutritional support in many patients. Recommendations of Dosage and administration. Recommendations for Prophylaxis of prednisolone tapering and monitoring for potential adverse events, including hepatotoxicity, Elevated Troponin -I thrombotic microangiopathy, are described here. Table 1.1Demonstrates a sample for post-treatmentmonitoring. It also describes the Postmarketing experience, drug interactions and their use in a specific population, and even temporary vector shedding and waste handling.

Nanocapsule is defined as nanovascular system with a core-shell structure consisting of polymer membrane or coating and the target drug or food formulation is added within the cavity. Drug-filled polymeric nanocapsules have showed possible applications in the drug delivery systems. They have attracted great interest, due to the protective coating, which are usually pyrophoric and easily oxidized and delay the release of active ingredients. Nanocapsules have many uses, including promising medical applications for drug delivery, food enhancement, nutraceuticals, and for self-healing materials.

All the citizens of a country have a dream to have their own house and to make this dream come true the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana urban(PMAY-U) was launched by the government of India in 2015 whose objective is housing for all. Under this scheme "Mor Jameen Mor Makan" Yojana is being implemented in the state of Chhattisgarh through which assistance is being provided to urban poor families for construction of "pucca houses" under this scheme. The construction of houses will have to be started with own resources. The research paper studies the progress of "Mor Jameen Mor Makan" Yojana under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana urban.

District Almora in the state of Uttarakhand, India boasts of its rich natural heritage. It is a beautiful and scenic hill station situated in the lap of Himalaya. Tourism is an important activity both in the state and district. With the increasing number of tourists in the recent past, a threat to natural environment can be sensed here. However, ecotourism provides a sustainable way of development even for the increasing inflow of tourists. The present study focuses on current status of tourism in district Almora and the nature of tourist activities, for which ecotourism is divided into soft-hard continuum. Some eco-tourist spots have been highlighted which are and can further be developed as potential attractions for eco-tourism purposes. Here, the focus is on natural eco-tourist sites which may or may not overlap with the cultural aspect of the region. The secondary data is collected from the Tourism department of the district Almora which is then further analyzed for the study. It is found out that few ecotourism activities are more prominent than the others, however the potential for development is greater in other activities also.

Education facilitates learning, or the development of knowledge, skills, values, morals, beliefs, habits, and personal growth. Education originated as a way of transmitting cultural information down through the generations. Learner emancipation, critical thinking about supplied information, modern-day skills, empathy, and difficult occupational skills are increasingly included in today's educational aims. Education is vital for both individuals and society. The importance of family education on a student's education cannot be overstated. Family members have a vital part in their children's education. The method in which a youngster is immersed in a learning environment is determined by his or her family history. A child's academic success also influences his familial background. The financial stability and hopeful intentions of parents tend to imply a high level of concern about the impact of parental involvement on a child's academic achievement. The goal of this research is to highlight the relevance of parental participation in children's academic achievement. The findings of this research might help with future developments and the creation of ways to encourage and strengthen parental participation at home and at school.

The definition of health has shifted drastically during the last 150 years. Health is defined by the World Health Organization (WHO) as a condition of physical, mental, and social well-being that does not merely relate to the absence of disease. With a better knowledge of the notion of health, the importance of mental health becomes more evident since it ensures that people, families, and society operate properly. Numerous various treatments, such as biologics, behaviour therapy, and psychodynamics, as well as many paradigms, such as medical, empowerment, behavioural change, educational, and social change, have been proposed in order to improve health. The ability to solve social problems is a contemporary notion that has been shown to be useful in reducing psychiatric illness. The process of problem solving in the actual world is referred to as social problem solving. The term "social" in this definition refers to aspects that influence a person's coping practises in a social setting. The social issue solving model influences the majority of social problem-solving research. Based on this concept, different types of methods (e.g. problem solving therapy) can be used as an intervention modality in depression, suicide, mental and physical health issues, and anxiety.
