ABSTRACT- The LoRa-enabled smart fault detection and monitoring platform using IoT technology is a novel strategy for improving the dependability and efficiency of power distribution networks. This attempts to identify many types of faults in real time, including line-to-ground, short-circuit, and line-to-line problems. Critical operational data is continuously collected and wirelessly transferred to a centralized monitoring system via the deployment of sensors and LoRa modules. By taking a proactive stance, utility firms and operators can minimize downtime and maximize network performance by taking preventive measures like timely repair or power rerouting. The platform gives stakeholders the capacity to make well-informed decisions, hence increasing shedding, planning and service reliability, by offering real-time data on transformer health and performance. Moreover, the platform's long-range, low-power communication capabilities provide affordable monitoring options, especially in isolated or difficult-to-reach areas. The platform lowers the possibility of catastrophic failures like rain, thunderstorm, etc., improving safety and reducing environmental impact, by quickly recognizing and fixing defects. Furthermore, the platform supports the shift to more ecologically friendly and efficient power grids by enabling data-driven optimization of energy distribution. To sum up, the smart fault detection and monitoring platform with LoRa support provides a complete solution to improve the sustainability, dependability, and efficiency of power distribution systems. The platform enables stakeholders to maximize network performance while guaranteeing a resilient and sustainable energy future through proactive fault identification and real-time monitoring.

The recovery of plastic waste plays a crucial role in improving waste management by giving discarded plastics a new purpose. An effective method for recovering plastic waste is hydrolysis treatment, where the plastic monomers are recovered through depolymerization. This study specifically examines the recovery of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) using solid acid-mediated or catalyzed synthesis. The analysis focuses on the weight changes of PET under different hydrolysis conditions, including various reaction times and temperatures. Additionally, the study evaluates the recovery of the PET monomer, referred to as terephthalic acid (TPA). The results indicate that higher temperatures with different catalysts such as the green catalyst Amberlite IR-120[H+] resin or NiCl2, and longer reaction times contribute to higher TPA recovery. The measured PET residue, reflected in weight differences, aligns with the observed trend in TPA yield. Particularly, hydrolysis with an acidic catalyst under milder conditions proves to be more efficient in recovering TPA compared to harsh basic or strongly acidic conditions. The knowledge gained from this study holds significant potential for upcycling plastic waste into valuable end products. By understanding the optimal conditions for TPA recovery from PET, this research provides valuable insights into maximizing the effectiveness of hydrolysis processes. Ultimately, these findings contribute to the development of sustainable processes for converting plastic waste into high-value resources.

Gender equality and the empowerment of women in leadership roles are multifaceted and complex endeavours that require a comprehensive and inclusive approach. This critical and timely topic addresses the need for gender equality and women's empowerment in various spheres of life, encompassing issues such as Impostor Syndrome, which can significantly impact an individual's life. The Covid-19 pandemic has underscored the importance of gender equality in workplaces, particularly in regions like India, where deeply ingrained social biases and the pervasive cultural belief in traditional gender roles persist. Mentorship and sponsorship programs are essential for nurturing aspiring women leaders, providing them with guidance, support, and opportunities for professional growth. Embracing gender diversity brings potential benefits to organizations, communities, and nations, promoting innovation, collaboration, and sustainable growth, highlighting the value of investing in these areas. This paper aims to provide an overview of the current state of gender equality in the workplace and to underscore the challenges faced by women leaders in leadership.

Over the past decade, research on moral values has seen significant growth and diversification. This paper aims to provide an overview of the key trends, themes, and insights emerging from the literature published between 2014 and 2024. Drawing upon a comprehensive review on interdisciplinary perspectives from psychology, sociology, philosophy, and other relevant fields, we identify major themes, methodological approaches, and emerging issues in the study of moral values. Our analysis highlights the shifting landscape of moral inquiry, including the influence of cultural factors, technological advancements, and socio-political developments on moral reasoning and behavior. Moreover, it discusses the implications of recent findings for understanding moral development, decision-making, and ethical behavior in various contexts. Through this synthesis, we aim to contribute to a deeper understanding of the contemporary landscape of moral values research and suggest directions for future inquiry. Additionally, we explore avenues for future research and offer recommendations for advancing our understanding of moral values in the decades to come.

One uncharted territory in the realm of trademarks is the trademarks protection of the signature poses of celebrities or famous personalities. Most of the celebrities have a pose or a move and the public identifies it with them. Celebrities are known for their unique identities, including their names and recognizable traits such as mannerisms, speech patterns, and voices, which can be considered a form of intellectual property. Their popularity and public recognition often stem from their talents and skills. In today's media-driven world, there is considerable value attached to utilizing a celebrity's image, characteristics, and behaviour, as these aspects contribute to their marketable appeal. They have personality rights protection as a common law remedy but the problem arises when the celebrities want to commercialize that pose or move,by making it a brand logo or mark, that is when the question of the trademark protection of the pose arises.Celebrity rights encompass various aspects such as advertising, personality, privacy, reproduction, and merchandising rights, among others. While there aren't specific laws dedicated solely to protecting these rights, they are typically safeguarded under trademark and copyright laws. When celebrities begin to commercialize their unique appearances or distinctive bodily features by incorporating them into merchandise, a strong argument can be made for establishing trademark rights for those specific goods.

Abstract The Indian Telecom Sector has become one of the fastest-growing areas of development, and it has recently seen significant expenditures from both the government and commercial companies alike. Assam's telecom sector has seen several good chances during the previous decade. Assam Telecom Circle has achieved a lot in this sector in terms of accessibility and connectivity throughout the state. For a nation's wealth and income to grow, neither any resource can be used to its fullest potential without the active engagement of human resources. Accordingly, the study focused on how BSNL has been able to cope with recent challenges and the existing organizational climate by taking into consideration the Assam Telecom circle. The review study focused on the positive and negative effects of human resource development on BSNL and the telecommunication sector. Several schemes are proposed to solve this problem, but they suffer from low search accuracy on large datasets. In this paper, we propose the first secure image retrieval scheme that simultaneously solves these two problems. To obtain higher search accuracy, we extract image features via fine-tuned convolutional neural networks. Then, the image features are encrypted by using the secure k-Nearest Neighbor algorithm. To improve search speed and reduce the cost of image owners, we let cloud servers locally build a secure hierarchical index graph by using the encrypted image features. Besides, the secure index can be built and updated in parallel. We provide security analysis for the proposed scheme. Performance evaluations on the CIFAR-10 dataset show that the proposed scheme is practical. Moreover, compared with a recent scheme, our scheme can save more index construction time and cost of image owners when building secure indexes
